I thought i booked the right trip. But apparently, the return trip has a 24 hour layover from Taipei to san francisco. I had to changed the flight, and they charged me $300+ for it. I had to negotiated a little bit and they reduced to $250. The ticket was ~$750, instead I had to pay $1,009+.

Everything was perfect. I had not mix ups when I arrived at the airport(s). I will definitely use JustFly on my next booking experience.
I am please that I was able to get such a low cost fare out from Dallas, Texas to Seattle, WA it was very pleasing in getting a flight straight through without any stops other than a layover for an hour or so.
I am so disappointed in the customer service I've received. First, Just Fly did not inform me of a cancelled flight which delayed my travel to Africa by over 20 hours. Then, I was told to cancel my entire flight by a representative the night before my trip. Then, I was treated as a child by the customer service representative as she repeated her statement, raised her voice, and put me on hold to get a supervisor for over 20 minutes. After over an hour on the phone (and the 4th time I've spoken with Just Fly regarding this trip) I was told they could not help, because they had used ANOTHER third party to book my travel and could not refund my flight I never took. Rene, the supervisor and Gianna the customer service representatives were not helpful at all. I count myself a very positive, hopeful person but I would not recommend Just Fly to even my worst enemies.

After calling multiple time I found out I was unable to make any changes to my reservation. Probably will never book through a third party again. Just easy and to book through airline.
I purchase a flight to Seattle WA. Then the next day I click again on the link to my reservation and it said flights to Virginia. I called customer service and after waiting for hours. I end up paying almost 200 to cancel the flight they mess up.

Without a valid doctors note, we can not waive any fees when doing any changes to a booking. I have forwarded your review to our Escalations Team so they can look further into this and verify what they can do. We can not guarantee however, that the airline has a provision due to medical reason.

For changing itinerary for two persons I had to call them at least 4times and they charged me 300 dollars PER ticket only for rebooking and extra money for ticket fare difference. So far so good, the highlight part is they insisted to go over by one ticket at a time to book even though we asked them to book our both tickets at the same time, and guess what? After booking the first ticket ( they charged us rebooking fee $150 and fare difference of $30 at this point) which took for one hour and thirty minutes of long waiting, they said the fare for second ticket went up while taking care of the first one so we have to pay $400 extra for the second one. Omg. Which airline on earth does let the flight ticket fare go up a couple hundreds of dollars within 2 hours? I can only assume this is justfly's dirty trick to make side money. Worst company ever in the whole world. I have been sooo stressed out feeling like a hell because of this company. So angry so frustrated! Cannot reason with this company's policy

It's good to use justfly service was excellent and I will continue to use for any future travel with my family.
I think I paid too much. United Airlines is a joke with all the fees you have to pay to upgrade to Economy class. But the "forecast" said to buy so I did. I should have held out for an option that had price drop protection so I could get a better deal. I probably won't use this site/service again it's not worth it.
Bought the cancellation protection, and had a death in the family... THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY and they refuse to work with you or refund the ticket price... They were rude, uncaring and couldn't even speak ENGLISH! UNBELIEVABLE they wording used suits there purposes... DO NOT BOOK UNDER THEM EVER...

By purchasing this, you have the option of cancelling your reservation within 24 hours of making it without and extra fees and would receive a full refund. Since you called outside of the 24 hours, the Extended Cancellation Policy would no longer be applicable to your reservation.

I booked tickets and needed to change the return. On top of 350 per person fee they upsold to more expensive seats even though the flight had dozens of seats available in the same fair class. It took two hours on the phone to get ripped off. Avoid.
I booked my flight with them payed a lot money I get to the airport with itinerary my name was not on the passagers list from air Brussels called them to fix expende 6 hours on the phone with them given me no solution didn't put me on other flight I still stuck at airport last night they told me to call this morning because the department that takes care of that it's closed I called the bull$#*! department now they telling me the person that can resolve my problem it's the same guy called Sidney that yesterday told me he can't put me on the next flight because of is limitations now I'm on hold with them to try to travel and they given lies this company it's a scam I already report them to the police because they took my money from my visa and they don't want to put me on the next flight to Brussels só guys be careful buy tickets throw them.

Worst customer service ever. They don't tell you all that they do and wont do. All airlines need to stop working with them. They are very rude. I have never had as much bs as I did while booking with them.

I was charged extra to pick my seats and then found out from Delta that my seats were not available and had to pay extra again to choose another seat.

The flight was was prett standard. I did not encounter any problems. The only issue I had was a the smal child who kept shreaking throughout the flight. Parents need to control their kids more effectively.
I got a great price however because I was unfamiliar with the site I didn't realize that I had not chosen seats for one portion of my flight. That was my fault. It would have been nice before purchasing if the site had a warning of some kind to alert me that I had not chosen seats. Otherwise a great experience.
Prices were good, but seat selection was not that great could not seat the family together even though the filght is not till November.
