I am going through pathetic, horrible communication with justfly support team. They guaranteed (and i have email) some refund amount and later they paid only part of it. When asked, they said, their staff made a typo error and i need to pay for it!
Please go for some other booking site. I want to give -ve star for this.

Ordered a flight that changed and charged 75.00 cancelltion fee 5 minutes after booking. The flight had a 22 hour layover in Dallas that showed up and I just wanted to delay a day and they charge a 75.00 fee for a mistake realized 5 minutes after receipt of their confirmation. I realize there was fine print that technically allowed it, but they wouldn't budge. I will be booking my car and hotels through a different site and will not use them ever again for anything. I hope their 75.00 fee was worth it!

Despite 2 hour layover between flights I had a good trip and flights were on time. Air Canada was a pleasure to fly with but there was no food and with layovers I travelled 6 hours for what should have been a 2 hour flight in both directions.
It took Justfly 5 days to try and fix the name on the ticket and then they still didn't fix the ticket with the name change... that is really bad when the can't fix a name correction. Also they were suppose to do a refund on a ticket and still haven't done it... so I am still waiting for that refund... maybe! I need to call the State of North Caroline attorney General

Justfly had the wrong arrival date on their website and charged me $200 to change flight correcting for their mistakes

When flying to Asia, you will always arrive the day after you depart of it a direct flight and when a connecting flight there could be times you arrive 2 days later depending on the layover times. We have already sent your reservation to our Development Team to verify why your first email confirmation was showing the wrong date. However, we are able to see on your electronic ticket, the dates were showing correctly as well as the check out page before confirming your reservation.

I am really upset, JustFly, you hire foreign workers and tell them to lie about who they are and where the live and work. I found out that your workers are from India, but are claiming they work in Connecticut. Here are some tips for you JustFly.
1. Change your name to "JustLie" to the customer to get their money,
2. "JustScam" them to think they are getting a deal and then when they try to have you rectify a mistake your foreign workers make, asked them to charge the hardworking "Real Americans" more money to make the change.
3. "JustFake", a location in the USA, and tell the foreign workers to connect the hard working Americans to fake location that you say is the "Corporate" office.
4. "JustDisrepect", the customer who has been on the phone for 2 to 3 hours in an airport while your hard to understand foreign workers laugh and talk in the background.
5. "JustSteal", tell the foreign worker to give the customer the run around until they get upset and then hit them with "If you would like to cancel, we need more money from you.
JustFly, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, just to add my name to the long list of complaints and the low ratings your company has received but not that you care about the hardworking Americans you don't give jobs to, because it would be, just to ethical, but lets hire foreign workers for pennies on the dollar and let us rip off the American citizens who use our service, and make a crap load of money from them.
Last but not least call yourself "JustPlainSorry", tell the foreign worker to fake empathy, but ensure you don't give them their money back.
Oh, and to the hardworking Americans, the good reviews are mostly done by foreigners that this company hires to rip us off. Let our money be our voice, boycott JustFly, don't give a penny to foreign labor, find an American company that invest in us.

We booked our tickets in Jan for a trip in August with 2 separate airlines. We didn't have any issues with our departure but learned our return flight had been cancelled twice and we were NEVER notified about either one of them. I found out the flight was cancelled when I called the airline we were to be flying with because my confirmation was not working when trying to print our boarding passes. Thankfully that airline (Alaskan Air) was able to book us on a flight with a different airline. I will never be using Justfly again. You can't just change/cancel flights without notifying your customers.

The worst agency ever! I bought the ticket last feb and have a flight august 29... but they keep changing the flight twice... The bad thing they keep asking you a penalty $400 for rebooking while the policy is free to rebook if the flight is change... They dont even have a good costumer service... They never help instead they keep asking for penalty to help you... The worst agency i swear! My layover 2hrs to lax went to 14hrs layover but they cant help to change your flight... Bec they want you to pay a penalty. They want money!

As per checking your reservation, we do see you called in after the ticket was re-validated to change the itinerary to something that has a shorter layover. Unfortunately at that point, the airline penalties do apply as they allow only one change free of charge when a schedule change occurs on the reservation.

Customer service reps misinformed me and withheld information about reservation change fees and the window of time I had to change my booking. As a result, I wasted $778 on a flight that couldn't be changed for less than $1600 due to JustFly's policies. In other words, twice as much as the total cost of my original ticket. I will always book directly with the airline as opposed to this third party from now on, and I hope you take this advice and do the same.

I was charged additonal charges set aside from my flight to result in $667. The website was not clear on the accrual of fees, now I am out of around almost $1000. I will never use this site again.

Had to change my flight because I accidentally clicked on an earlier time. I just had to switch to the later time and I called a MINUTE after being processed. There was no price difference or anything yet they charged me for a cancellation fee. I called LESS THAN 1 MINUTE AFTER SUBMITTING. THIS IS NOT OK. Straight up scam.

First time we used JustFly and we love it. The website is very easy to use, the prices are very reasonable, and everything went according to the booking. We would recommend JustFly to family and friends.
I had to call customer service a few times because the email from JustFly with my supposed itinerary just brought me to a broken link. I got the same girl every time I called customer service, and she was more frustrating than helpful at first... Kept interrupting me or not fully listening to what I was saying, and then almost sent my itinerary to a completely different customer's email address. But in the end, it all worked out, so I can't be too upset over something so insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Just didn't expect to spend so much time on the phone for something like that.
I missed my flight last year December because of New York unneccesary Trump traffic and even though I had left like four hours ahead of time my flight left before I could get to JFK and I was only 20 minutes away yet in the middle of a whole stream of unmoving traffic. Called this agency to inform them my dilemma and how they could assist me get another flight and they declined. I called the next day to ask about my ticket a very unprofessional rep told me my ticket was valid for a whole year and she never gave me any other info until I called last week ready to use my ticket again and they started telling me how I should have paid some fee and how I should have activated my ticket credit in order for it to be valid for a year and they told me it was no longer valid for a year. A whole $780.00 wasted just like that because somebody in their office did not give me the right info. For those wondering why there are so many bad reviews is because of what people have gone through. It does not mean if you were served properly others were too. I would not recommend this agency in a million years. STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY! AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! They are scammers!
