I will suggest to my friends and family to use the sight for there future travel. There prices are very affordable I tried to compare with other sights but nobody can beat there price.

Nightmare! Liars! Will waist your time. Stay away! After an hour on the phone to book flight for 3 passengers. They tel me they are getting an error message and I should call the airlines. This is after respelling the 3 passenger names at least 10 times each!
I booked through Justfly less than a month ago and had to cancel the flight within an hour, which was annoying to do (I had to do it via phone, they had no online option). In the intervening time they have changed their policies without making the change clear at all, and when I had to cancel a flight booked in error within 30 min (due to their extremely misleading practice of showing alternate dates when you search for a specific date) they charged me $75 for cancellation and said it was an airline (Jetblue) policy. The Jetblue website told a different story, so I called and asked for a refund, and was told first that it was a Jetblue policy, then a Justfly policy, then a Jetblue policy again. I will never use this horrible site again and I advise anyone considering using it to go directly to the airline or use another site.
Found the site to be priced much higher than airline. Roughly 34 percent higher than buying direct from the airline. Also the airline gave me a wider choice of available flights. Why would I use a third party broker when going direct to the airline saves so much time, money, and hassle?

If trying to book flying with a minor child, you might as well call the airlines directly. The Justfly website would not let me book us together.

I called 30 seconds after I booked the flight in error, because the search included an alternative flight option. By the way I was trying to leave due to a HURRICANE hence the rush in booking AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!

My flight was delayed for no reason and because I bought my ticket with you and not delta thy actually cancelled my ticket and told me that if there is a delay my ticket is canceled and I need to buy a new one I was waiting for HOURRSS! Never again will I buy from you

Booked my flight August 4,2017 for December 14,2017 for a wedding. I called them on September 5,2017 to cancel or receive credit for this flight because the wedding was canceled. I was told by customer service to just "take the loss of the flight" because they would not offer me Credit and if I canceled I would owe JF more money. My flight was only $167.72 (I booked it 5 months in advance) customer service told me the cancellation fee was $125 plus tax and $25 processing fees. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me to "take the loss for the flight" This company has about OVER 44 BBB filed complains on them that they had to return money to customer. This company ethical values are over GREED instead of creating loyal customers.

It was a simple way to book flights. Everything went according to plan. I am satisfied with my just fly experience.
I booked a last minute flight to Denver, CO and got a good deal. It's easy to book with JustFly! I found a better deal compared to other sites.
We have tried to resolve a name change issue for months. Each time we call you are put on hold for at least 10 minutes at least three time. Each time we are told something different. No one knows a basic answer to a basic question without putting you on hold... again. Each call is as if they have never heard from us. On last call we were told they would refund the price and apply it to the new ticket price, which is now 10x what we paid.

It was very easy to book my flight with justFly. Thank you JustFly. No difficulties at all at any point of my booking.
Their website had a computer glitch and would not allow two people two book therefore I booked each one individually. After I confirmed the second reservation a price increase kicked in of over 50 $. I refused to confirm that reservation. I proceeded to cancel the first one and was charged 75$ even though the reservation was made minutes previously. I phoned them and was basically lied to about the price increase saying that it was the airline that increased it. I proceeded to book with Expedia who was awesome for the exact price that just fly had prior to the increase. Their customer service was horrible. I asked to speak to supervisor and was placed on hold so long I had to disconnect. At one time I used them frequently but will never use them again. If it looks to good then it is. I would go with a reputable company like Expedia or kayak. Never never use just fly

I booked a flight for my sister & her husband for a surprise 40th anniversary trip... 24 hrs later changes needed to be made. When talking with customer support I got 3 different responses on what needed to be done and the fees etc. In the end, a manager told me that I should just buy a new ticket (and lose the last ticket and what I paid for it!) because it was cheaper than all the fees they would charge. If I went to the airlines directly or any other sites that would not have been the case. The communication is horrible and you get various responses for the same issue every tIme they transfer you and you start over again. Management is even worse. WHAT A MISTAKE! FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE THIS SITE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

As a travel agency, we do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, when you wish to change a ticket, there are fees and fare differences and at times it could be that the cost to exchange the ticket comes out more than the original ticket or just purchasing a new one which is why agent may offer this option. Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD

We recently went through some policy changes concerning the 4 hour free cancellation. Up until mid August, this was something that we offered. This policy has officially changed on Friday August 11th and the Terms and Conditions have all been updated on our website no longer offering or advertising free 4 hour cancellation.
Due to the circumstances and the sudden change in policy, we have gone ahead and refunded modification fee of $75. Please allow a delay of 2-10 business days before receiving the refund back onto your credit card.
Please note that as of now, all cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will have a fee of $75 per passenger.
