I have used justfly for several flights within the past 2-3 years. I was typically happy with their available flights, however I recently booked a flight and was overcharged by the airline after processing. Within minutes I called customer service. I was able to speak to someone relatively quickly, however I was told my only option was to accept the increased charges (which were over $150) or pay a $75 cancellation fee, which they would not waive, and rebook my flight. The poor customer service has deterred me from ever using their site again and I would recommend using a more reputable site
Justfly.com is the WORST website for booking flights. If you cancel they charge a $150-250 penalty, then just post your credit on their website without even notifying you in writing. Then if you try to use the credit, they put a hold on it so that you have to use their so-called "support group" who then hike up the price even more than if you would book thru another online website. They can do that because they have a grip on your credit, which they won't release (even if you book on your own on their website) unless you pay additional penalty for the new booking you are trying to make. THIS COMPANY JUST-FLY.COM IS A TOTAL SCAM AND RIP-OFF. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. You will regret it totally. Their support department put me on hold for 15 minutes while they were processing my credit card, but I think they were just giving me a hard time intentionally.

When using the credit, there is also airline penalty including any potential fare difference. In certain circumstances, fares you are seeing online are for new bookings only which is why they can be less expensive. I booked my flight to Seattle with the wrong return date... the site changed my travel dates and I didn't notice it until too late. I called back to change the return dates to the dates that I originally requested and was told that I had to pay a $75 per ticket cancellation fee. I finally got this reduced to $25 per ticket; however that's $75 for nothing! What terrible service... a bait and switch. And, after I quickly noticed - still no changes to be made without a hefty fee. I will never book through this site again! Stay away!

I had to change the date of my return flight. I ended paying 351$ more, which I accept because I know there are penalty fees and rebooking. However, JustFly called me later the same day to tell me the flight I booked was no longer available at that price and was $100 more expensive. UNACCEPTABLE. After I negotiated they finally called the airline and told me they could give me the same flight for only $30 more, but the time of the flight changed and no longer fit my schedule. So unprofessional. I told them the same airline (westjet) through EXPEDIA was offering the same flight at the time and date I wanted for $150 cheaper and they still wouldn't lower the price of my ticket. That's not how you keep customers. Two phone conversations later with JustFly, and I ended up booking with Expedia for cheaper pricing. Great jobs guys!

Full disclosure, I already hate justfly, and I would not willingly be booking with them if it were not for the flight credit I am trying to use. Today's BS started with being on hold for over an hour before I finally hung up. I called back tonight, and was told I have to talk to a different department to book with flight credit, and was transferred. After 20 minutes hung up. Called back and explained I did not want to hold, please give me a direct number. That was 15 minutes ago, still on hold. About to hang up. I know, just do it myself online. Good point, and I would if I could, but because this S***T for a company has so many restrictions I need help booking. NEVER use them. I mean NEVER. Maybe the strategy is that you just purchase a new ticket and never use the credit. It might just be worth it in the end. :( If Justfly customer service would like to address this please provide a direct number to call where somebody knows what to do. The agents you have on the 1800 number can only book reservations, and are of zero help otherwise.

I purchased a flight going from Los Angeles to Phuket with two connecting services in China: one was a connecting flight, and the other was a connecting train service. Yes, you heard me - a connecting TRAIN service. As a side note, I am an extremely well travelled individual and have been to China multiple times. In fact I am fluent in Chinese so that makes travel and communication easy. When I arrived into China for my connecting train service, I used my Justfly booking number & E-ticket confirmation number to try and retrieve my train tickets (as any normal person would). They were unable to retrieve my train tickets/reservations under the said booking numbers (or traveler passports), so I purchased additional tickets hoping that Justfly would reimburse me since what they provided me was not sufficient in the retrieval of my train tickets/reservation. Having returned to the US, I have called multiple times, filed an official grievance with Justfly customer service, and explained my predicament time and time again. At first, no one understood what the hell was going on because the itinerary is so confusing (my connecting train had a flight number even though it's a standard train service; no one could understand this!). Finally, after hours of communicating with a Justfly agent I was able to explain my situation with full clarity on their end. Their response: We cannot process a refund/reimbursement because your flight is now closed.
Bottom line: stay away from this travel agency! If something were to happen during your flight or itinerary, they will NOT be accountable. They tried to shift the blame on the customer (me), and they tried to shift the blame on the airline providing the itinerary (in this case, China Eastern Airlines) - bottom line, this is not an honest company, and this is not a company that cares about customer satisfaction. And at the end of the day, if you're only saving $50 from buying a flight with Justfly, it is not worth it. Because if something happened to you in a foreign country such as not being able to locate your reservation (as was what happened to me), guess what - that's additional money out of your pocket and money that won't be reimbursed. Indeed, buyer beware!

The issue I had with JustFly is that I had to cancel a trip to Mexico last minute. They offered a full travel credit but required a $150 cancellation fee. I paid the fee and received a credit of about $457. When I went to rebook my trip, both directly through JustFly as well as through Kayak, I found another flight, same origin and destination, for $407. When I tried to book it on JustFly, I was not able to use my travel credit, I had to use my credit card. Turns out in order to use my travel credit, I have to book through My Bookings which leads to a different flight search. I found the exact same flight, as on Kayak and their website (which was $407) offered to me for $660. They are adding a $253 mark up just to use the travel credit. That is absolutely ridiculous and should be illegal.
I encourage you to research company thoroughly prior to booking.

We do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. There is a brief description of these fees at the bottom of your confirmation email as well as in our Terms and Conditions (https://www.justfly.com/terms-and-conditions) Since you are changing to a new flight, if the fare for the new flight is higher than the original, you must pay the fare difference. When searching for a flight online, fares tend to be lower as they are for new reservations only.

I looked for my tickets thought kaka.com and I was redirected to justfly. After buying them, I noticed that they changed my son's name keeping only the initial of the first name and a truncated last name. After 6+ hours talking with them, they said I should cancel the flight, but then I called the airline to double check, and they confirmed that I can fly anyway since the names made sense and the birth dates match.
Until here, a lot of time lost but ok.
The problem was that I went some days after this into the airline's webpage to check the itinerary with my reservation number, and I didn't my if. I contacted them, and they said that justly cancelled my tickets! Without even asking me, or even worse, when they sent me an email saying that I should cancel, I replied saying dont do it.
When I visit justly page, it shows that my reservation is still confirmed and correct. Ive been calling them for hours, and as soon as I explain the case, they check the case with their system or transfer me to the support area and let me waiting there forever, no response yet.

Worse online flight booker, EVER.
Spirit Airlines had cancelled my flight 3 months before our traveling date and Justfly did not notify us!
Instead, it sent us messages offering seats upgrade options and luggage payment reminders Hours BEFORE the flight!
We spoke on the phone to people in India claiming to work in Connecticut, lying every other sentence and who would do NOTHING to help us and forget about reimbursement!
They are trained to have calling customers quit.
I did too, after 7 calls and countless hours on the phone...
We learned our lesson and now will only book directly from the airlines the next time.

Nothing wrong with the website, but if you have even the smallest issue they are the antithesis of helpful. They'll keep you on hold until you hang up or they'll hang up on you and refuse to do basic services.
My flight had an airline initiated time change that didn't work for me. Normally this is no big deal, you can just get on another flight in the same class. There were plenty of seats available and the airline was willing to make the change, but legally it had to go through Justfly. Justfly refused to change me without enormous fees.
I went back and forth with them on multiple calls for hours and they either pretended to put in a request that they never did, or just kept me on hold (literally for over an hour) until you hang up, or they just straight hang up on you.

Thank you for making my travel to Chicago stress free. I was able to enjoy my stay without worrying about teturn trip.
Everything went smoothly. We had no problems whatsoever. Would use JustFly again. The money saved was substantial, service great and just an all in all good experience.

My experience with just fly has been fair enough,,, the only bad experience I had with them is when I tried to change the timing of my flight, they told me that it will cost something more than the ticket price itself. And another experience was I booked many hotels with just fly, one hotel charge me resort fee which was not mentioned when I booked thru just fly site. Upon asking to the hotel they told me that their fees are not visible when you guys sell them online and they themselves does not know the answer.
I travel a lot, and somehow, JustFly always have the best prices and the best choice, so now I only look at them instead of everywhere to find the better deal!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
