I always find the flight that I want to fly and also, I have a limited budget but with justfly, it shows reasonable flight with decent airline. I will be using this website whenever I have time to fly overseas.
Everything was fine, however we had to cancel our flight due to political turmoil in our destination country and had to pay a cancellation as well as one to the airlines. Next time I likely will book direct with the airline.
I would give 0 star if I could. I have paid extra $75 to cancel my flight and to receive credit that can be applied towards the purchase of new flights. I thought I was going to be able to use the credit towards any other flights, but they only allow you to use it toward the same destination. PLUS the prices that you see online is what they call for "new reservations". There's a separate price for those who use the credit. For example, the price for the flight shown online was $169, but they said I need to pay extra $350 including the credit to book the same flight. The agent said it would be cheaper to make a new reservation rather than using the credit. I now have $204 credit that I cannot even use and that is only valid for 6 months. Basically they made me spend $204 +$75+ $189(new flight cost).
Poor service. Change the price. Never again. Had to contact the airline on my own for satisfaction.

I've worked as a travel consultant for 25 years and this company is by far the absolute worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! The 1 star I gave them is a gross exaggeration!
I don't even know where to begin... worst customer service~ absolutely!? "Supervisors" can't make outside calls so they can't follow up with you to see if the problem was resolved ~ unheard of and what a way to blow you off! Schedule changes... it happens we all know that, but you should expect to be notified if a flight number or time has been changed, much less if a flight has been CANCELLED but not with this company! They expect you to call them regularly to see if there's been changes! Talk about PASS THE BUCK they take NO responsibility for ANYTHING especially after the sale has been made. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!
Great ride, no complaints I would love to travel again. Everyone was welcoming and made sure we got to our destination safe and sound.

You changed fare after I booked my reservation, I was not happy. Your customer service did nothing for me.
Just Fly makes booking convienient. It alerts me of prices I can afford. They keep me updated and informed. Because of them, I have been able to visit destinations I have dreamed of seeing.
There is no meswing around. Put in your dates and it's all done for you. All you have to do is decide the flight that works best for you!
My trip went just fine with no problems. I got the price and schedule that worked best for me and I will definitely use again

Two insurance policies for one ticket. Yes, and apparently I bought the wrong one for a cancellation, even though they charged me. They have canned answers and will DO NOTHING. Best bet is to turn them into the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency. Do not forget to call your credit card company and dispute the charge. This company should be put out of business and not allowed to prey on consumers!
Stay away! They will confuse you, take your money and do nothing about it. I am an experienced traveler and they DOOPED ME.
We were looking for round trip tickets for my sons graduation from Air Force basic training in San Antonio TX. We found a deal on Justfly.com $159.59 round trip so we bought 6 tickets for family and friends. The next day we got an email saying that our reservation had been cancelled Due to issues with the airline. We started looking again, Justfly.com had the exact same flight again for a few dollars more we bought 6 tickets again. The next day the same thing happened, we got get an email saying that our reservation had been cancelled Due to issues with the airline. We started looking around for the third time and the same thing Justfly.com had the exact same flight again from the $159.00 that it was the first time we bought tickets. What the hell we tried it for the third time bought 6 tickets with the same results the next day cancelled Due to issues with the airline. I call the airline and they told me that the flight had never changed, and this was all on Justfly. I called Justfly and spoke to a supervisor he still put it all on the airlines. Now they have the same flight for twice the price, and keep sending us 2 or 3 notification a day about it. Justfly.com is full of s*** I wouldnt trust them.

I booked a flight from Washington DC to Guayaquil Ecuador. I had to cancel. Because of an illness and an accident. I paid $719 and that included travel insurance. While I was canceling the hit my debit card for another $150. With out permission. I ended getting $340. After getting $869.00 token out of my bank account! In 4-8 weeks! And I have to submit tons of paperwork and my second son to the insurance company to recoup the remainder! Insurance company said it could take up to six months! Stay away from these people
Alvin, on the phone obviously. Said there's only a french department. No spanish speaking there. Then he ask if i'm booking, i said yes but i would like to know some deals... then he said he if can have my american express. I said i can't just ask my dad for his card without knowing the price, i said thank you for your help... but didn't want to tell me any deal to Guayaquil, Ecuador. I couldn't explain to my father any prices because ALVIN said to give him the card information first. I said no no no. This is crazy. French department, but no spanish. NO STARTS AT ALL. No stars. I repeat. No stars!
