Remarkably delightful beginning with booking, seat selection and access to discuss a Qatar Atlanta flight cancellation that necessitated an overnight stay in an Atlanta hotel and rebooking the next day on a Jet Blue to Boston, the a Qatar Airlines flight to Doha Qatar to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

TERRIBLE SITE!

So I booked two flights from STI to JFK for my grandparents to come back. Everything was good and accurate even when they asked me to check everything to confirm and it was. After I got my confirmation email I saw the destination was changed from STI to JFK and was switched to fly from JFK to STI! I called delta since that was the airline i was flying with and called JUSTFLY just to have to pay a cancellation fee. I dont even want to cancel I just wanted to switch back to what I originally paid for. Nobody was able to help and I was forced to pay a cancellation fee for a mistake I didnt even make. Never using this site again seems like all theyre doing is ripping people off. RIDICULOUS

I wish I had checked the BBB. But it never occurred to me. Jetfly received copiously low ratings. Jetfly overcharged me $110.00 during the process of purchasing the ticket on their site! I contacted Jetfly for them to honor the original price, they refused and placed the blame on American Airlines, but then AA sent me back to Jetfly stating that Jetfly could honor the lower price, because it was still available. I have never experienced such dishonesty and deceit from a business. I am surprised that AA is doing business with a company like Jetfly. I am also sending a letter of complaint to Jetfly and AA.

BEWARE OF JUSTFLY!

I purchased 4 tickets to Paris and was quoted a very good price. I made a screenshot of the price before I purchased the tickets. I went through the booking process and was overcharged $187.80 on my credit card statement. When I called Justfly the first person (Ken) said he would refund this overcharge. Then I was transferred to three more agents (including two 'supervisors'--Shawn and Rita) who said I would not receive a refund and gave me different explanations as to what the charge was for--one person said "airline taxes", two people said the charges were for seat assignments but one of them said it was $59.00 for the assignment and one said it was $91.00. I sent them several emails with the screen shot showing the price of the tickets and my credit card statement and they said they couldn't see the attachments in the email. They are LIARS! Do not trust or use Just Fly!

Avoid Justfly

They cheat you where ever they can. I did not buy extended cancellation policy but was charged for it. I discover this after we flew so therefore they state they cannot refund me. On top of it, they charged for the seating assignment, $35 per seat. The seats were just regular seats, no extras. No refunds.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. When purchasing tickets through our agency, you must manually opt-out of our extended cancellation policy since it automatically as "yes" We do provide a price recap prior to purchase that clearly indicates the fee.

We see that you have pre-selected your seats for a fee of $39.98 total (not per person). Seat selection is an optional service and travelers are free to skip this step if desired. When selecting your seats, the price is indicated right below the interactive seat map.

I booked a flight with them and had my passport stolen unfortunately. When I called them tomcjanged the flight they could not be bothered instead they said I had to pay full amount for the ticket, when I asked about the insurance I paid for on the ticket cause I needed to change the ticket by 2 days so I could get the emergency passport. Maria (jistfly worker) told me they have nothing to do with them its a separate company. I have to call the insurance myself and she said that could take 1-2 weeks like what?
If you want to fly smoothly and be safe Incase you have problems rather book with the airline straight.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. We are so sorry to hear about this, we can only imagine the stress you have gone through after losing your passport. We would like to advise you that CSA is a company we offer through our website therefore it is not our insurance plan. When a change or cancellation happens on a file, we as a travel agency need to follow the airline fare rules and charge any applicable fees. Once changes are made, you would then need to open a claim with CSA and they will do the necessary refund if any.

As a compensation, we have agreed to go ahead and refund JustFly $150 per passenger modification fee. You should be receiving this refund in the next 2-10 business days.

When it comes to the airline penalty and fare difference in the flight you had to pay as well, we would suggest contacting CSA directly to see if they would be able to refund you those fees. As an agency, the airline fees are completely out of our control which is why we can not authorize the refund.

I was given the option to pay extra to cancel my flight if needed so I paid for it. When they made a mistake booking my flight I tried to have it changed and I was told this is not allowed. So then I asked to cancel it and was also told that I could not do that either even though I paid for the cancellation service. I had no problem paying extra to change but wasn't given the option. This has been a mistake well learned using these guys. Please save yourself a headache here. Go directly to the site that is offering the flight and just book it there

We understand how plans can change at any moment which is why it is important to purchase insurance however, CSA is a company we offer through our website therefore it is not our insurance plan. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! Don't ever book with Justfly. I booked a flight to Trinidad WITH INSURANCE and now they are telling me that in order to cancel, I have to PAY $150 with $0 reimbursement.

If I already paid for my flight, why would I have to PAY $150 just to cancel? That's pretty much theft. I will never ever book through them again. Try Kayak or Expedia. They don't rip people off there!

It is a nightmare customer service. It is a foreign call center you can hear the background conversations. They negotiate the change fee like a car salesman. The person on the phone but me on hold several times, $750. Change fee for moving the date.

Flawed!

I booked 4 tickets with one search for very specific departure and return dates. However, the confirmation email came with a wrong return date while everything else was correct (reference booking No., departure date, fare and other fees). I called but was told it's definitely me who booked the wrong date. However, when I searched my justfly.com online account, there is the record of my upcoming trip showing the correct dates, fare and the same reference booking No. My search record only showed one search with the correct dates and fares. I was asked to send in a screen shot, which I did and then followed up with a call to customer service again. The agent and her supervisor repeated the same thing I heard the night before (It's definitely me who booked the wrong date). But they didn't address the inconsistency between my online account record and the confirmation email but instead quickly offered to cancel the tickets with $75 cancellation fee per ticket and much higher fare to change back to the return date that I wanted. I definitely smelled a fraud and will dispute this. Be very careful with this site and don't get near for the purpose of saving a few bucks.

This means that, if there are cheaper flights available for alternate dates, we will post these at the top of our search results for travelers who are flexible.

As an online travel agency, we do offer 24 hour cancellation as per the airline's fare rules. However, even though a ticket is purchased within 24 hours, all changes or cancellations will have fees. First time I used their service. As I was booking my flight, my computer crashed before submitting my confirmation. I went back to the website, but selected the wrong flight time on my return trip. Immediately called customer services, waited on the phone for assistance 38 minutes. After 38 minutes, a customer representative took my information requesting to change only my return flight time and transferred me to another customer representative. Due to my calling within the hour and computer crash, they discounted my cancelation fee to $25.00 per passenger. As I was about to accept the offer, the representative changed the cancellation fee to $50.00 (this was recorded and overheard on speaker phone). I told them to forget it. ALSO, never received an booking email or receipt to my email despite placing my email address on the booking page. Also, the next day, 1/22/18, I went to my booking page and looked to see what happened if I selected seats, a charge popped up and a circle spinning to complete the transaction, I hurriedly exited out of the site altogether and when I entered back in, a $23.00 charge appeared for seat selection. I never confirmed it, submitted the final charged, or gave permission for them to charge me for seat selection. There is no removing the seat selection. TALK about ripping people off every chance they get. BEWARE. I see there a similar complaints from other people.

Itinerary: Albuquerque to Los Angeles

I booked this flight with Justfly on United Airlines on a November 22,2017 and had to cancel a day later. I got a partial refund of 235.20 in the form of a credit for one year. This week I tried booking a flight for the same rout. I was put on hold for a long time, while my call was transferred to a special department. While I was on hold, I checked Expedia to see what it would cost to fly the same route And the same date. The United airlines ticket was $102. After a long wait an agent came on line and finally gave me a price of $437 which would include my credit of $235.20 plus another $202 in cash. That would be 4 times higher ticket cost then buying it myself on Expedia. I hung up the phone with disgust. I will never deal with Justfly again, and I hope the rest of you out there will do the same.

I lost almost $1500

In reality this happened to me exactly and I lost almost $1500, the flight info is below,

Turkish Airlines Confirmation Number: SEG2WD
Let me see what you can do, you said to me you can refund the ticket if I pay $200 then you changed again
Justfly.com is the WORST website for booking flights. If you cancel they charge a $150 penalty, then just post your credit on their website without even notifying you in writing. Then if you try to use the credit, they put a hold on it so that you have to use their so-called "support group" who then hike up the price even more than if you would book thru another online website. They can do that because they have a grip on your credit, which they won't release (even if you book on your own on their website) unless you pay additional penalty for the new booking you are trying to make. THIS COMPANY JUST-FLY.COM IS A TOTAL SCAM AND RIP-OFF. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. You will regret it totally. Their support department put me on hold for 15 minutes while they were processing my credit card, but I think they were just giving me a hard time intentionally.

Booked flight in September, December found they made changes by accident, they did not notify me. Went to check flight on Monday and more changes, gave me a layover of 20 minutes for an international flight. Got it changed told I would get email in 24 hours, no email. Called again on hold for over 40 minutes and disconnected. Finally talked with someone, again promised email in 24 hours and no email. Third call and they say reservation kept getting sent back with errors. Why do I have to call to find this out, why aren't they fixing the errors? Every keeps saying they guarantee it is fixed and I will get an email. Still no email. Have now talked with 5 different people with all kinds of promises but no ticket. Currently on hold again for 1 hour insisting ticket be sent immediately. They tell me not to worry I have 48 hours before departure, apparently they do not know math as I have less then 30 hours before departure. It looks like I've been swindled! Do not use JustFly-run just run away!
