I made a reservation and immediately realized that I clicked the wrong flight selection button. I wanted the earlier flight on the same day and route. I immediately went on their website to make the change as you're supposed to be allowed to cancel within 24 hours. However, it would not allow me to do it without a $425 change fee. I called to rectify twice and had a customer service rep with marginal English skills and basically said too bad.
When I make the reservation I picked my seats, got the confirmation by email without seats. Called customer service and they told me that they can't see the seats but online it says I can't pick seats because I already did. They transferred my call to someone else by the name Marie, she said that she will request my seats but I won't know until 3-days before my flight. I'm sorry but I picked my seats and I need those seats because I have a back problem that I need to stretch my legs and I need room because of my back pain. I called Delta and they told me that JustFly never entered my seat selection. What a bad company, they tell you that you can pick your seats in order for you to buy the tickets with them and feel like you are getting a good deal. I'm really thinking about canceling my tickets since I got the insurance and get my tickets with another company.

In the unlikely event that they cannot fulfill your request, we are happy to refund the seat selection fee for you. Please note we have gone ahead and processed a refund of $67.80.
At this point, we would suggest contacting the airline directly if you want to confirm your seats. We can not however confirm the airline will not have their own separate fees.

They just steal $200 that I paid for tickets. I canceled my ticket they changed me $75 cancellation fee and on top of that they steal another $15 In total so far they steal $290 DO NOT TRUST THE BIGGEST THIEF ( justfly)

JustFly is now taking charges for seat selection, the charge does not occur until after your card is processed.
I called customer service and only got "their" charge back of $14, the bill shows over $91 dollars in "Airline Optional Services - Seats"
I was given no warning that there would be an additional charge, and customer service said that I agreed to the charge somehow.
I have used JustFly for years and never been charged for this before.
I will no longer be using them and will file a claim with the BBB.

When selecting your seats, the price is indicated right below the interactive seat map. As per checking your reservation, we are able to see that JustFly's fee for this service ($14.95) has been refunded. The second charge we are seeing for the amount of $91.26 is the airlines seat assignment fee. Because that fee comes directly from the airline, it is out of our control to process this refund.

Do not make the same mistake I did. They will keep taking money from you and upcharging without helping you or correcting the mistakes that they keep making on THEIR end. Heading to the bank to file fraud. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP.

I booked 2 round trip tickets from Newark to Ft Meyers for $680, a couple days before the flight I came down with a bad case of the flu so I tried to change the flight dates, I found a flight two months later on Justfly's web site for $40 more per ticket, then when I called Justfly they told me they would provide a $599 travel voucher for my original tickets but the new tickets price would be 1,750.
I booked a flight through kayak, through a travel company JustFly. I got my confirmation email, and then, almost a week later I noticed another email saying my flight was cancelled. I called them and they said it was off of my request, finally the said the airline didnt confirm the flight, so they cancelled it. No one ever contacted me about changing to one of the many other flights that day, so now Im stuck buying last minute expensive plane tickets. They offered nothing for the inconvenience, and my refund wont arrive for 10 business days. WOW!

Booked a flight for my son and somehow our names got crossed. They wouldnt fix the name change had to cancel flight and was charged. Will take 10 days to get my money back, well part of it! I will never use them again. Horrible costumer service was acually hung up on by a supervisor I am beyond upset!

Justfly.com is not a legit business! Be aware! My family we fly alot and always book with expedia and never a problem. But, thought to try another and got scammed. We booked a direct fight and what we got in the end was a stop over fight. No where was this oked with us and only after credit card given and pressed agreement for credit card transaction did you get the real sell.And to change or cancel for extra 100.00 fee. Legally you have 24 hours to cancel no they don't care and keep sending you to people who act as supervisors who don't speak English well either. SCAMMERS!
I had to pay double. I had booked a flight from Bulgaria destination London prior to last October and then 5 hours prior to the flight JustFly screen showed it did not go through yet my cc had been charged. So i booked anther flight w just fly at last minute

I will not use your company again. I booked a return flight from Costa Rica to LAX, the ticket was advertised as a direct flight. I checkin only to be told it is a connecting flight. I called customer service to express the mislead and the rep did nothing. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused. The rep kept repeating that the flight had to stop to refuel for an hour and I did not have to get off because it was the same aircraft. That was wrong, I had to get off and recheck in for a new different connecting flight. I left a review just like this and did not get a response. Awful, because I would have selected a flight that was direct NOT connecting. Thats what my ticket stated and the site, the rep didnt understand that at all.

I used this travel agency for the first time. Inmediately after booking a flight for two, I realized I that I made a mistake on the return flight, so I called the agency right away to cancel my booking, or see if they could help me change the return flight... the person I talked to said that the booking was still in process but he will see what is the best way to help me... after a few minutes and passing me to another person, this person told me that they can cancel the booking and they normally charge $75.00 per person cancellation but "as a courtesy" they will charge me only$25 (it was a booking for two people)... I find very unfair that I was charged a fee for a cancelation done within minutes from booking. I certainly would not use this tricky travel agency again, and would not recommend it to anyone...

However, even though a ticket is purchased within 24 hours, all changes or cancellations will have fees. During the 24 hour window, since change fees are typically higher than the cancellation fee, we will offer to cancel your flight for $75 per passenger with a full refund. Apparently with trying to use flight credits to change flights when you had to cancel and rebook doesn't mean that you will get anywhere near the best price again as it refers you towards the more expensive side. And don't even think about trying to use their customer support line to see if there are other options or to negotiate, you will be on the line at least 20 min plus. Or even to use the credits farther in the future as again, you will be refered towards the more expensive side of ticket prices.
Purchased tickets for a flight at what I thought was a discounted rate only to find out the fees were the same as the airlines and Justfly.com charges an extra fee for you to select your seats. Called to try to get a refund only to be told I would only get a credit less the fee for selecting the seats. Customer service rep was not helpful at all.

Once a ticket is purchased through a travel agency, the agency is allowed to charge fees for any changes or cancellations even within the first 24 hours.
