HAPPY ENDING! Earlier this year we attempted to book a flight through JstFly from Spokane WA to Oaxaca Mexico. When I got to the last page the price jumped from about $450 to $665. I called the help # as I held the final page for the sale. I was told thta the price must have just gone up. So I reversed through the fields and attempted once again the buying process, as The rep held on the phone with me. The same thing happend, going from $450 to $665 per ticket, The rep could offer no rational explanation so I declined the sale and hung up. Minutes later I received an email congratulating me on my $665 tickets. I immediately called back and both the new rep and his supervisor told me there was nothing I could do except pay for the tickets, or pay $150 to cancel the tickets. The next morning I called Aeromexico and booked the tickets for more than a hundred dollars less per flight. I called back JustFly and explained the situation. Again they refused to cancel my flights for free. They insisted I would have to pay the $150 to cancel (which they claimed was a generous 50% discount off their normal cancellation fee). When my credit card bill arrived I disputed their claim and my credit card company wiped their charge off my bill. The moral: if JustFly screws you don't give up.

-DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
-VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ONLINE TRAVEL AGENT

They listed my name wrong on the airline tickets, when I type in name correctly. And they keep saying that I did not check my preview screen when no preview screen comes up. And the booking completed confirmation listed my name correctly. It is obviously their internal computer error. But they want to make it sound likes my fault. So they say they are not respsponbile for paying for penalty of correcting the name that airline charge them. After 3 hours of talking to the manger on the phone, and proofing that it is their mistakes, she claim that I will be able to get on the flight no problem, so they will not pay for the penalty to change the name for me. However, when I call the the airlines company, the airlines claim that there is a risk since there is a error on the name.

So now, I have to take the risk of not being able to flyout when I get to the airport. And justfly.com are unwilling to change or refund my flight for me.

I booked a trip and purchased the "extended cancellation insurance" from Justfly. My mother became very ill and I had to cancel the trip 5 days after I booked it. It turns out the the "extended cancellation" is actually only to save you some money on the $75 dollar cancellation fee. The fee is $20 and if you cancel within 24 hours of booking you are not billed the $75 fee. If you cancel after the 24 hours (in my case 5 days) not only am I charged the $75 fee but the $20 insurance and they will not refund your money, you only receive travel credit. When I called to try to resolve the issue, I ended up speaking to someone that sounded like a human robot, they only responded with the coined answers they were trained to say. If a more complicated response was required, they said nothing at all. Horrible customer service and hidden fees. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SITE.

Even though my paid reservation showed I had a seat on the final leg of my trip from Auckland to Nelson, NZ, I arrived to find NONE. The regional jet had never been paid. I had to pay out of pocket for both legs, as well as spend a couple of days wondering if I indeed had a return trip to the states. Calling customer service was useless, as was emailing. They could not speak English well enough to comprehend or reply, they just made promises which were never kept. Imaging getting half way around the world to find you are stuck. Thankfully, the regional jet had a seat theat I was able to buy.

Unable to use refund

I booked a ticket in Aug 2017, but my wife suffered a heart attack and was in the ICU during our planned travel. I called Iceland Air who said they would refund the entire ticket, but I needed to get JustFly to do it. I called JustFly and was only able to get a credit for a trip within 1-year but I had to pay $300 for the priviledge. I found out the credit was for the exact same flight, only the date could be changed. Once I tried to book a flight for this summer (2018) none were available for any of the dozen of dates I tried to select. I called customer service and they told me there is nothing they could do to help

I am still waiting for a flight that was booked by one of their supervisors. I am stuck in a hotel in Melbourne, i have spent 4 days on line, was given the runaround between Quantas and them, hung up on after 4 and a half hours on line waiting for customers service. I lost 4 days of my precious vacations. The first vacation in my life after beating a cancer. No compensations for the arriving flight that was a day late and none for hotels i have to rent at a high price in Melbourne. I am waiting in a hotel room not knowing how to get home in canada. All was recorded, i made the supervisor, 2 supervisors in fact... promise the flight he offered after 3 days on the phone was ok. He said yes 2 times, not to worry. When i had no confirmation on email i suspected the worst. And i was right... nothing done. And they put it on the airline fault. I need help! No money and stuck here. If they answer to call them back... i am doing just that for a long time... do not book there... STAY AWAY!

I recently booked 3 U.S. domestic tickets at a very good price. JustFly advertises full refund cancellation within 24 hours. I needed to cancel one of the travelers and attempted this 2 hours before the time limit. I was unable to connect with them even though I tried every 10 minutes only to hear a recording telling me to "try again later." Their call center was temporarily having difficulties (according to their website). I finally connected with them 15 minutes before the 24 hour deadline. They told me I did not meet the 24 hour deadline and therefore will be charged $75 cancellation fee plus my cancelled ticket will not be refunded but only credited with limitations for 1 year. SO, because their system was inoperative, I did not meet their deadline and don't get my $217 refund plus I pay an extra $75 fee. They advertise values of "integrity" but certainly do not stand by this. Additionally, the supervisor told me I should have cancelled way before the 24 hour timeframe rather than wait close to the 24 hour timeframe. But 24 hours is what they advertise! This is not a companythat treats people respectfully and honestly.

I booked a flight and couldn't move it to an earlier flight so tried to cancel this flight 30 days before the flight and they wouldn't allow it. Delta charged me the same price for the earlier tickets and I tried to get a refund from these people and they ignored me. For the people that read this from justfly.com my booking number is 093-953-212 and I know it's correct. I got it from your website. I will NOT pay for a flight I'm not taking. I left several messages on your website and your people will not respond. Guess I'll have to take other measures to insure you don't rip people off in the future. JustFly Booking Number: 093-953-212
