Before booking on Justfly.com website the flight info read Free 24 hour cancellation. I booked the flight. I also purchased CSA insurance. It took me over one day to get Justfly.com phone number for customer service. In conversation the yelled at me, argued, fussed. Finally I spoke to the highest level supervisor. I complained about how I was treated. The supervisor only said Im sorry after I stated I will file a complaint with the company. All customer service persons are foreign accent. Rude, arrogant deceiving & out talk the customer. *******015 & *******189 are the 800 #. Be ready to be verbally abused.
I stated there was false information which is fraud (Free 24 hour cancellation). I would not have booked the flight. However CSA will give me a refund. Get CSA INSURANCE for $24 not Justfly.com cancellation insurance!
- I bought two domestic tickets and they were cheaper than their cancellation fee are inconsiderate, $75 cancellation fee for each booking. I cancelled the tickets within an hour of me purchasing it, yet i was charged full amount in fees. I was charged in total of $150 in cancellation fees which is more than two of my tickets combined. Its waste of money and they only care about their money more than their customer. I tried calling to see if they could lower the fees, but don't bother calling their customer service line, they are just robots saying the same thing. I am student on a tight budget trying to go home to meet my parents and had to change dates because of my school activities and i would rather pay couple extra dollars to go with trusted companies to buy my tickets.

I have booked multiple times through JustFly. The website is easy, and the flight prices are comparable to other sites. I have used other sites if I can get a cheaper flight. I had a glitch once and the customer service rep was able to rectify it for me without any major problems.
Be careful with their 24HR Cancellation Policy. I tried booking something, after I paid and saw the travel times, it wasn't the time that I wanted so I called Justfly right away, withing 5 minutes of booking. I wanted to cancel, they allowed me cancel but they charged cancellation fees $25 per passenger, there were 3 of us so I got charged for $75 dollars within 5 minutes of booking. They said they normally charge $75 per passenger for cancellations but as a courtesy, they lowered it to $25 per person. I told them that they cannot charge me $75 per person for cancellation fees, my trip total was just $252.60 so how can they charge me $75x3=$225 within five minutes of booking. So be careful when you look at the

My review on this trip is great. The flight attendants were friendly and helpful on assisting with beverages and snacks. Flight was nice and smooth which was excellent since I'm uneasy on the whole flying thing. I can't wait to book my next trip with y'all thanks again.

We booked our family flights from LAX to Sydney, Australia using justfly. Even though the payment processing was somewhat frustrating the overall experience was good and the price of the tickets was amazing.
Awesome service. Friendly staff. Easy and cheap... Easy to talk too as well. Ibhad a slight problem booking wrong date but the fixed it quickly.
I booked a flight through them in 2017... all went well so used them again this year. Complete disaster--was told by airline upon cgeck-in that reservation on return flight was now completely different --different days and with an overnight in SLC--that was never in the plan... Delta blamed it on JustFly. Justfly blamed Delta... never did get a straight story. Anyway ended up with a $9 phone call and a 40 minute wait with JustFly while I was in PARIS. Talking to them when I could have been enjoying my vacation. A real mess... only to end up with a new itinerary that was almost identical to what I booked though JustFly in the first place. I will not use them again.

I don't have time to mess around with this process. Justfly makes it fast and easy. Good prices. Easy to sign in and sign out. Keeps my trips easy to find.
I've never had issues with inputting my card at any flight reservation site. Multiple attempts double checking the number and other details of my card resulted in having to use a non-preferred card for the transaction.
When my flight was canceled the phone rep seemed upset and then booked a crazy itenerary to get me home. A two hour flight became 48 hours with lots of layover in Philadelphia, then Miami, to Charlotte, and the finally getting to CAK airport. This is why I will not use your services again.
My parents booked a ticket for 3 people traveling to Lisbon via telephone, after waiting more than 48 hours to receive the ticket via email nothing came through. We began calling to learn they spelled our last name wrong (our last name is part of our email address as well) they were more than willing to correct the email address and send the tickets with our last name spelled WRONG. After many phone calls 3 representatives told us, and i quote "your $2800 ticket is unusable and you will NOT be getting a refund" Absolutely pathetic excuse of a company. HOW do they exist?

Here is my letter to the BBB Please address this matter appropriately
On 4/19/18, I spoke to miss Carla at Justfly travel agency. Unfortunately, she did not disclosed all charges at the time when I booked my tickets, I asked her about reserving seats and check in baggage but she told me that I can do that after purchasing my tickets. She told me 25.00 to check in one bag and that was ok with me. One part of the flight was booked with jet-blue. No charge for reserving seats and 25.00 for one check in bag.
The second flight was with Spirit airline and they charge 12.00 each to reserved a seat and 42.00 to 65.00 per check in bag. This info was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. If I knew this, I would not have purchased the tickets. Miss Carla purposely avoid giving me the accurate info.
On 4/21/18, I spoke Miss Elizabeth and Manager Era and both said there is nothing they can do about this mater. I cannot cancel the tickets or there will be 150.00 fee deducted. This is Cheating the citizen of the United State of America. They made a mistake, commit fraud and on top it wants to charge the customer a fee for their fraud.

At 1st I was happy with the low cost of my flight. I bought cancelation insurance as I have a new job and wasn't sure of my schedule. I didn't realize it was only good for
THE SAME DAY YOU BOUGHT. That's crazy. Then paid the $125 to cancel to only get a credit for the same flight. I want a refund on my credit card, as I will never use this flight. I feel like they just stole over $600. Super frustration.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. Prior to purchase our Extended Cancellation Policy, information is mentioned that it is only valid within the first 24 hours or purchase. When booking through a travel agency, we must still follow the standard airline fare rules. At the point your ticket was cancelled, the ticket is no longer refundable and can only be held for a credit.

I dont know where to begin. This fraudulent company is the worst company to work with. They charged me 90% fee of my original ticket to edit a flight in addition to the original ticket. My ticket was about $1000. Imagine an additional $900 just to fix a date (ticket was not anymore expensive. I looked online). The airlines refused to help/get involved because i went through this travel agency. Customer Service Rep Marie and others pretty much told me if you are not amendable, we cannot confirm anything for you. Smh. They pretty much read a script.
Also- they pull this move where we agree on a price. And hang up. Then they call me back saying oh it didnt go through. Were gonna look it up again and try to charge you. When they look up the price again. I swear. They pulled this move on me 3 separate times. The fee increased by $400. Goddddd I hated this company. Never working with them again. If you get stuck with them. Report this fraudulent company. Talk to your bank too.

I did call to the airlines and they said there's no penalty for what justfly is talking about! I really hope that this company will soon be broken by the lack of consideration for the customers!
I had to cancel my trip payed $150.00 to cancel and now I wanted to use the travel credit I have but when I go to the website to use it I can not complete my booking, I did call Justfly and they said I have to pay more for the ticket, but I can see on the website a cheaper ticket and they said I can not buy this ticket. They are liars! I will never use this website again!

At this point, the ticket non-refundable as per the airline fare rules. We would suggest contacting CSA Insurance to verify with them if you cancel the ticket if you will be receiving a refund.
