Terrible customer service. I booked a flight and set the departure date exactly one month earlier than I needed to, on accident. About an hour later my friend caught it and I immediately called their customer support to get the departure flight changed. They said it would cost over $300 to change the flight, but that they'd cancel it for $75. After speaking to a manager, they reduced the cancellation fee to $50 but that's all they would do.
I caught the mistake literally less than an hour after booking. Can't believe they are so inflexible and so unwilling to help within the first 24 hrs of a reservation. Will never book with them again.
My daughter attempted to book a one way flight Dublin-SFO. She was tired and frazzled at the time and incorrectly booked the flight destination for the incorrect city/airport. The second she noted her mistake she attempted to cancel the reservation with Just Fly. Their 24-hour cancellation policy is a scam-the consumer believes they have the right to cancel or change a res within a 24 hour period free of penalty, as is DOT regulation with any airline. Because of JustFly's involvement, they slap a $75.00 charge to the consumer for correcting a human error. If you read deep into their policy, they say "24 hour cancel fee IF you purchase $19.99 coverage for extended warranty" Very misleading, trying to lead consumer to believe they have the standard 24 hour period to make changes and the $19.99 is charged for "extended" 24 hour coverage. Spoke to a supervisor and I was told that they are a private company and charge whatever fees they wish. When I asked where they are located, they stated they cannot divulge this information. Totally B. S. - Next step: reporting to BBB and getting word out NEVER use this travel service or whatever they are :(
This is a scam service. I tried to book a ticket through the airline direct and their service highjacked my order such that the flight booking did not go directly to the airline. I always book my flights direct so I don't end up in this situation but because I was using an airline website I had never used before, I thought maybe they were a 3rd party for the small no name airline. Anyways, when I got to the airport after buying my flight, the airline had cancelled my second flight and therefore I wouldn't be able to get to my destination. I waited an hour and half to talk with the attendant to find a solution and learned that my booking had gone through this travel agency - justfly.com that I had never heard of. They said they couldn't help me and that I would have to use the travel agency. The airline said they would have given me a full refund but there was nothing they could do because it had gone through a random travel agency. I then tried to call the agency at 10pm on a Friday night of a 3 day holiday weekend and learned from their answering machine that they are only open until 7pm Monday - Friday EST and closed holidays thus I wouldn't be able to speak to someone for 4 days. I then sent an email. No response. Finally on Tuesday when they were open again, they told me they couldn't help me and that I would have to deal with the airline directly. They also said they are open 24/7 in which I told them they should check their email and that I had tried via phone and email over the course of 3 days to contact them. They continued to deny this although if you call the number, it still says they are closed at 7EST. This is the biggest scam agency. Do not lose your money through them. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them and had no resolve. It is so sad that a company like this takes advantage of customers like this and gets away with it. Please tell your friends so they don't use their service either!
Very poor customer service, it took over 2 hours of waiting on the line to respond to me and denied my request for changing flight with the excuse that it takes minimum 24 hours for them to get the confirmation of booking from airlines!. They forced me to cancel my flight and charged me a large amount of cancellation fee instead of just changing my flight like all other booking agencies. When you call if you choose you are new customer and want to buy ticket they take your money in 2 minutes, if you want help after purchase good luck with that, hours of waiting for nothing. When I informed them that I was unhappy with their service and wanted to complain and asked for their address and contact details they refused. They only gave me an email address: *******@justfly.com.
I booked with flightHub and within minutes airline had my details.

In Januray 2018, booked flight in May from EWR to YVR, agent convinced to purchase meal & asked preference. Flight attendant indiciated no meal was ordered. Flew hungry! Retrun flight from SEA to EWR, told agent at booking we are United Mileage Plus members & provided One Pass member #. Surprised not able to check in until baggage fee is paid. United indicated membership info was not provided. Paid baggage fees. Upon returning home, called JustFly to express dissatisfaction. Waited 30+ minutes before speaking to supervisor Meeko, who did not show any sympathy nor care. Will never use JustFly again for future trips. BUYERS BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY!
I had a trip planned but had to cancel. Justly CHARGED ME $150, OK. But then gave me a credit to go to the same place with the original price of the trip. Does not allow me to go elsewhere or even divide the credit up into two flights. QUOTE; YOU FORFEIT THE MONEY IF THE TICKET IS LESS. BEWARE, THIS IS A SCAM SERVICE.
I did not realize that there is a 75 dollar fee per ticket even if you cancel within 24 hours. That is not the case if you book directly with the airlines. Dont make the same mistake that I did.
If you need to travel use a travel agent or go directly to an airline but dont use just fly. I had to cancel my flight because my daughter was graduating that week. I was told that they were going to charge me 150.00 for the cancellation and I was ok with that but when I tried to reschedule to another date they said the money I paid for the original flight was going to be but in a flight credit and not refund. So I was ok with that also until when I found a flight I wanted they charged me a cancellation penalty charge of 250.00 per ticket so they were never going to give me my money back. What a bunch of crooks. Be careful
I'm not giving this company 1 star even - you have to select at least one star. They book flights that are not possible to complete. They schedule flight transfers to different airports without informing you, and they don't inform you that you'll have to pay to make the transfer. Faulty product doesn't work. Cost us and additional $500 because JustFly wouldn't help us.

TERRIBLE! They were the cheapest but now I know why! I booked through them and they let me pick and pay for my seats but when I checked in with the airline THERE WERE NO SEATS! I had to hurry and select the seats that were left and I was charged again for seats! I could not sit by my husband on the way to and from Hawaii and it was for our 25th anniversary. I have emailed them everyday for a refund of the seats I paid for twice and they do not respond. The amount I had to pay for the seats for the second time were MORE than my original ticket. DO NOT USE THEM!
I have try to book thru Justfly it give you the best price ever then when you want to book it. It let you do it ask for your credit card then tell you that the price has increased since your booking take sometimes then finally to tell you that there no flight at this price and give you an higher price than any other competitors changed your dates change your time. I am glade that I read review before I got involved and if you read at what the answer from the company to the unsatisfact people. It is the same answer each time please send those people to jail
I booked my daughter's airline ticket and travel insurance from Justfly. However, the airline decided to cancel the flight back and for those passengers flying back, they would fly on Privilege Style Airlines, which is probably a charter. I called Justfly to cancel my flight and asked for a refund on both the flight and insurance. Since the airline gave us a choice to cancel or fly with Privilege, we opted to cancel. Our flight was canceled and I am waiting for the refund. However, Justfly has still not agreed to refund for the insurance. In addition, trying to understand and decipher what the Justfly agents are saying is very challenging.
My flight ticket was increased by $54 after i entered my credit card information. I've called and was put on hold for 73 minutes. Then the person who was assisting me said he was going to fix the issue and adjust the correct price. 73 minutes had passed while waiting then he simply hung up on me. I will never use Justfly.com EVER AGAIN!
JustFly found me a great rate for a nonstop RT Sydney-LAX but their booking details are not very straightforward and can be a little confusing
Terrible experience- no cost savings in the end. My son's name was spelled incorrectly during booking. He could not get through security and when we called justfly to correct, I was disconnected once, treated rudely each time, and ultimately not helped. I had to call four times while in the noisy hectic airport with very little time in between flights. We were told to go directly to the airline to resolve, airline said justfly had to resolve.
Just fly ruined the start of our vacation. Additionally, Our connecting flight was three terminals away, entering from outside and we had to go through security twice, causing my son again to rejected at TSA. Ultimately, we learned just fly needed 24 hours notice to correct the change. If I could have been told that from the very first phone call, it would have been better.
The following day, we called to correct his return flight and were charged $75 to correct one letter. We waited on hold for 40 minutes total and at this point, I have zero faith that we will not encounter the same issue when we try to fly home. I have never been more disappointed by a travel experience.

I called and a representative couldnt not find a flight out within a day or two of my original flight. I was charged and after 6 phone calls asking for the email to be sent to me... I was told every time I would have it within 24hrs, it was never sent to this day. Today I decided to try to rebook my flight I keep getting told there was no flights available. The flight that was available was a flight with a fee that was more than half of my original flight. I told the rep. L You have no flights available, yet Im sent emails on specials for the dates Im requesting and Im online as we speak and can find flights close to the amount I paid for the original flight. I dont mind paying if there a slight difference. So the rep found my a flight still having to pay $150.00 more. I paid it and I thought I was all booked. An hour later I received a call saying they couldnt book this flight after all and going to credit the card I gave to pay the difference. So between two calls, over 41/2 hrs on the phone there are no current flights available for me to use the credit I paid to hold for a later flight. It seems to me I should have just been told at the time of cancellation that I lost my flight funds instead of taking additional funds with no plan to really honor the credit.
Sadly this is the worst service Ive received booking flights.
