I selected a later flight for a change knowing it would be $150, it took my funds and instead booked a different flight althogether. I tried changing flight immediately to the one I wanted to begin with, and again it gave a completely different flight and time. By the time I figured out they would not refund the fees althought it is there computer glitch, I lost $450 in just flight changes.

My daughter who is in the US Navy spent over $800 on tickets & they ripped her off! We will NEVER buy tickets here again! Their customer service SUCKS!

If it looks too cheap to be true, it most likely is. Had to cancel son's flight last Christmas. Trying to book now for the summer. Nothing but problems. Emails after rebooking confirmation saying "urgent, call us". Phone calls in the middle of the night. Justify is not worth the headache.

Disappointing
June 23, 2018

Bought tickets for my 2 kids and I on June 4, to travel on June 23. Got the confirmation. Set everything ready. At the airport we were checked in, to be told minutes before getting into the plane that the agency void the reservation on June 5th, so we didnt have tickets. But unfortunately I was never notified, nor any message appeared at my reservation when printing it on the same flight day. I was told to contact the agency to see if they could fix it so I still could get in (about 30 minutes). But I was waiting for the customer service for endless minutes to finally get to talk to a lady that sounded like a robot, not just by making straight questions but for not aknowledging the principal concern and then seemed that didnt even speak English. Very difficult to address a concern if someone doesnt understand. After waiting again and again, I was transfer to another less automated rep, who I believe tried to get me another flight (cuz at this time my flight is already closed) but so expensive that didnt make any sense to take the vacation any more. Disappointed, just ask to please refund me my return flight (that somehow it was not voided), since I wont b able to use it cuz was denied on the going, should be granted the coming back. Anyways, all this time Im writing in my cell while I wait for this rep to refund me my not will be able to use return flight, hoping to have at least the decency to do it the least harshly way. Lets cross my fingers and of course learn from this experience and NEVER NEVER EVER again book with any of these so called agencies that are a shame to the internet businesses world. I will post the outcome of this request

Website said can cancel in 24 hrs, when booked flight, I thought it came with at least 1 checked baggage and I had option to pay for more with JetBlue, it did not clearly say that there was no checked bags with my purchase, very misleading! Also, when I called in within 24 hrs, they said I had to pay $150 to cancel(2 passengers) and said I had to purchase the extended insurance to be able to cancel within 24 hrs, out of country scam organization that I will not do business with ever again! Book directly with the airline, lesson learned from me!

Worst experience ever, DO NO USE THIS SITE.
Called to book a one way flight, I assumed the rep knew what she was doing. Paid for the flight. Then I received 7 emails stating there was a problem processing my card and to re-book.
When I checked my account-the charge was processed yet I was sent emails that they could not process-and cancelled my reservation! Deceitful!
I was told when I called them that it would take 24 hours for the charge to credit back to my account and she could not re-book my flight because there was an issue with my card and that they did not process the payment.
Use any other site but not this one

Everything went without a hitch. Our airline, New Zealand, did change the time for our return flight from Australia, but I was kept abreast of that. I brought my tickets 9 months in advance, so I was taking some risk, especially since I did not get flight insurance. For a total savings of $700 for two tickets, I felt it was a good risk. I also went in with both eyes open that I would loss my money if I changed my mind about the trip.

I spent almost two hours on the phone with Justfly, and they kept referring me back to the airline for changes. The airline would then refer me back to the agent to make changes to my ticket. Justfly representatives are like automatons - they repeat the same line over and over again hoping that you will be pacified with their coined answer. Both representative and supervisor in my case could NOT understand English.

You may get a great price, but be cognizant of the added costs and hidden costs associated with low priced tickets. I didn't find out until United emailed me telling me that I had purchased a basic economy ticket and had to pay an additional $25-$35 for a carry-on bag.

If you check all of your "T's" and dot your "I's,' and don't need to speak to them by phone or email or chat, you will do well to book through the site. If you require customer services or need to quickly book your ticket, stay away because you will be taken 2 out of 3 times.

They straight up cancelled one of my reservations and tried to charge me more the second time. They are very dishonest. Do not book with justfly. Their customer service is even worse. Again I repeat, do not book with them. Worst experience I have ever had with a booking agency. I'm definitely telling all my friends to stay away. Whoever is reading this should too. They will give you the run around.

They charged me 15$ to book the ticket then I had to cancel withen 12hours and they charged me 25$ for cancelling although it's showing on the site free cancellation withen 24 hours.

This people sold my tickets to ecuador
Took money 2 times and they said they didn't do that... send the picture of the charges and they send me an invoice and that they can't do anything about it
Called the airlines and they told me that the tiƧkets didn't exist... had the money returned by the airlines and bought the tickets with the airline waiting for just fly to return the fees

Do not book with this company ever unless you like wasting time and money. I booked flights with them today and have also cancelled them today after getting confirmation from the airline about my booking which was different to what I had paid for. As a 'courtesy' they agreed to refund the cost of seat reservations that the airline also charged. This whole fiasco has taken up 2 hours of my life, increased my blood pressure and cost me $125 to cancel.

Beware of hidden charges including never heard of $29.90 for having 2 seats together when both tickets are bought in same purchase. Also $4 service charge ($2 each ticket issued)
Total $33.90 separate and additional charge benefiting JustFly.com found on credit card statement
Be advised this is not a charge from airline for seats selection or customary charge for upgraded seats, but an unilateral additional fee from JustFly.com
Fool me once shame on JustFly.com, fool me twice shame on me.

I have been trying to book flights several times today. The price was very competitive to the major sites but it offered a better airline. 1st time to book, i enter all my info and cc info then submit only to be told that the prices has gone up within 2mins of me entering the info by $267.74. I try this from 3 different computers and 3 different IP addresses today, and each time the price goes up. I call CSR and they are trying to sell me a flight $400 over the value. Seriously, why just not publish the true fares. Not sure how they got high reviews.

BBB - issued a warning that it has 99% negative reviews.

They keep the travel credit instead of charging you a cancellation fee, then they quote you ridiculously high prices to re-use travel credit and ask for additional money, mostly because you do not have access to the travel credit and you have to go through a phone call with their support which takes an hour if you are lucky.

I didn't find anything smooth before this happened, but what took the cake was that my flight, booked with Justfly.com, on Alaskan Airlines, was cancelled, and Alaskan rescheduled me for a later flight. I called the airline to see why my confirmation from Justfly was a different flight at a different time of day, and the airline told me that it was up to the booking site to let me know of a cancelled flight. I got no such email from Justfly.com and I'll never use them again.
