Having a question during the online booking we called customer service at least twice and never could get a real answer. I ended up paying more for a baggage fee than advertised on the site because I had to make that selection after the flight purchase directly with the airline instead of what was advertised on justfly.

Complete incompetence

I had originally made travel plans with 2 stops in a foreign country. The agent booking the ticket did NOT make the break between cities. When I copied the travel itinerary,
I did not have 2 cities to visit. I had to pay an additional $235 for the "new ticket" as it was over 24 hours before i noticed the error. Then pay and additional $135 for the break in the travel as no longer consider a "round trip ticket". Much to my surprise, at the US departure, I had to pay $135 for luggage, as the ticket was issued as not luggage! Booking number? Which One(s)?

I just wrote a review and it was dumped! Here goes the second round.
I purchased four roundtrip tickets to Hawaii from LAX for two couples. With this we had four legs of our trip.
The first leg of the trip went well. But from that point on, not so well.
My husband is claustrophobic so I requested aisle seats for him on all four legs of flight. We actually had the seats requested for the first leg. The second leg our seats were moved from the center of the plane to the very back of the small plane, in tight space. The third leg we were again moved from the center of the plane to the rear of the plane and he had the window seat. It was very cramped. I offered to change but the change would have been even worse. The final leg, not only were we moved yet again but we were also separated from the other couple and they were separated from one another. Our seats were the center two seats of an eight seat row. They were about 17 rows apart.
Our next issue was the people on the phones being absolute jokes. They told me that they cannot change seats 24 hours prior to departure. You cannot check in more than 24 hours prior to departure. Our seats were supposedly correct 24 hours prior to departure. Anyone else see a problem with this logic?
The next issue: our friends were sent from one location to the next trying to get their seating corrected. They were told they would probably have to upgrade (at $160) to be seated together. They were finally sent to a ticket agent that was knowledgeable and friendly that was able to resolve their seating.
Another issue we had was the lack of a correct confirmation number. I tried to check in for the second leg of the trip. I had two confirmation numbers, neither of which was correct. After calling United three times and Hawaiian three times, I finally got an agent that saw that there was a third confirmation number. I was finally able to check in for our flight.
We did save a few bucks by using Justfly but it was not worth the savings.

Do not use Just Fly

Booked flight and autofill of my new Mac figured I need tickets for me not for the person I was buying it for. Upon confirmation I realized the mistake I made and called JustFly. Oh well, after 5 hours on hold I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone. On the website there are directions on how to cancel the ticket, but when you actually try to do it the button they referring to is not available. I would imagine it will appear after 24 hours, when cancelation is not free. So be aware 20-50$ of savings is not worth the risk of loosing much more.

So I booked an international first class and would like to downgrade to business class. Booked in the afternoon of 22th western time, called them at 9pm to cancel (btw the waiting time is ridiculously long. Basically no one there answering the service related calls. I had to choose New Reservation to be finally connected to someone and get transferred. They just want to sell, instead of providing service). That was only 3 hours gap. The customer service told me I could not downgrade but only cancel the flight and book again. I asked her if there's any fee she told me no. Afterwards I tried to check from their website for the status, the link just kept bringing me to the same useless page where I can do nothing. Today I found my funds withdrew and checked the website again. Finally it allowed me to cancel but there's $150 fee per person. Called customer service, I mean, New Reservation department again to get me transferred to customer service. They insisted that I booked on 22th and called on 23th, which fails the same-day cancellation. I guess that's because they are based on east bay... I almost laughed... totally joke. The line always said it will record for customer service purpose, but the truth is they record nothing. OK JustFly go ahead and enjoy my $300 to hire someone who is capable enough to do some basic stuff such as calculating hours instead of days, answer CUSTOMER SERVICE calls, and make a real website.

I bought a business class ticket LAX-PVG-SIN, SIN-PVG-JFK and needed to change the date of my return flight. Went to the website and was "happy" to see how fuss free it was to change the date. I picked a flight that had a $230 penalty fee (which I was willing to pay) and no fare difference. To my horror, once it was confirmed, I realized that the change was made to economy class! Why was that not pointed out? What a scam! Have been on hold now with the representative for 30 minutes and it is still not resolved. I was initially really happy to get this ticket but this experience in changing my flight has totally turned my experience negative. Never booking with travel agents again! Not worth the stress.

*****update*****

After being jerked around by different representatives and a whole week of stress, they took another $150 from me but told me due to airline restrictions, they couldn't issue a ticket. One representative told me it would be better if I forgo this ticket and buy a brand new ticket. Mind you, I had spent $2500+ for a round trip business class ticket. I ended up contacting the airline directly and paid $200 to reinstate the economy class ticket I had initially changed my original flight to. I will be reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and suggest all of you who got scammed by them to do so. A few friends even suggested that on principle, I should pursue legal means to stop these fraudsters.

I would give zero star if I could. Whatever you do, please DO NOT buy your ticker from justfly! The worse travel agency out there.
I purchased my flight ticket through them. 6 hrs before my flight they sent me an email that my transaction has been cancelled.
They basically cancelled my ticket without any noticed. It was the most horrible experience ever. I called them and they told me they dont know exactly why, it might be the airline that doesnt accept master card. I asked them why my transactions then went through in first place and they told me, they dont know. I called the airline and they dont me they dont have any issue with Master card and that shouldnt even be an issue on their part since I bought my ticket through agency.
Long story short I had to buy another ticker for much higher price since my flight was a few hrs before it left.
Also the supervisor hang up on me, when I was trying to solve my problem after being on hold for 35mins.
On other thing, when you miss your flight, you should be able to receive your airport tax back since you havent used the airport. Justfly goes around circle and never refund you for that when you request it.
They are the worse travel agency out there. Please Dont even consider them

I'm so disappointed! I really hope that somebody listens to this review and I will try to write this same review on other review sites about this company. I just booked a ticket that costed 1680 some dollars for my baby and me and i tried to checked I had all the names right as they were in the passports. Anyway after I had made sure I submitted the payment... After the payment confirmation I checked one more time the information and, I guess you can never be too careful, but my daughter's middle name only had the initial... so knowing that this could be a big issue I called right away to fix this. A guy named "gaby" "helped" me out. After all the explanation he gave he told me that it would be better to cancel the trip bu t it was going to cost me 75 dollars, because name correction had to go through the approval of the airlines I was going to be flying with and it could messed up the trip if one them did not approve. Anyways he also told me that the cancellation email I going to get it no more than 24hrs and my refund in no more than 10 days. I really feel like I reaped off. This is the worst feeling ever. I've made mistakes before with other websites in the past when booking for a flight and they did not made me paid for them anything! The insurance for this trip I was booking was 117,75 could cover a lot from those 117, this just doesn't seem right. People make sure you can cancel for free, websites like these just rape people.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

Purchased a tickets in February for 6 family members to Europe. We have a destination wedding there. In May I received an email from them that my itinerary has changed, and I have to contact them. I called, and they told me that there is a problem with the return flight, and that we have to change the date. I spent 6 weeks on the phone with different supervisors who are not helpful at all. Every phone call to their customer service takes hours! They are based in India, and when you call to book a new ticket they will answer within 2 minutes. If you are calling about a reservation number that has a problem, you will be on hold for 2 hours! After 2 hours they will just hung up on you. Also, you can not make any changes on their website, it is totally unresponsive. So just 3 weeks before my trip they canceled my tickets. The only option that they had for me was to return a week before my scheduled time, so I would miss the wedding!
Now my tickets are canceled, and I am waiting for days to get confirmation on my email! So far no confirmation! No money!
I had to purchase new tickets at doubled rates! Reason I booked my trip in February is the price. At that time you can find amazing deals. Now every price is doubled! They didn't offer to book a new trip at February price, and it is their fault! I would have to pay full price!
The worst customer service ever! I have United's and Swiss' booking numbers, and i called them. They are willing to help me, but request for a change has to come from JustFly, not me... and they don't want to change anything. They only want to cancel my tickets. They were dragging me for 2 months!
This company is a complete scam! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
Booked a new trip directly with Delta! Paid double the price now!
JustFly never again!

Straight up a scam.
I booked a ticket to China and there are the things that happened:
1. A day after my ticket confirmation they charged my extra $70 without any explanation.
2. I needed to change my flight, I called JustFly, they told me to call AirLines because they don't have authorization. I called Airlines and turns out:
A. JustFly messed up my first ticket and had to void it, and then rebook without asking me. The price difference was $70 so they charged me that amount without telling me.
B. Since JustFly messed up and changed my flight once, I now can't change my flight anymore. But they did not admit it was their fault but just redirect me to the AirLines saying "We don't have authorization to change your ticket".

Straight up a scam.

I need my tickets, website is unresponsive and the 800# plays hold music all day. I Have been on hold all day. The links on the web site don't work. When I called the number the phone caller id did not say just fly it says Ethiopian... I have nothing against the country but that is not a good sign. As I type this I am still on hold. I am calling my credit card company and tell them I was scammed and then I am going to buy tickets direct from the airline. I used expedia and I would have thought the vendors would be vetted so that this type of thing would not happen. Thank God the trip is 2 days from now and not tomorrow.

Justfly is a SCAM!

This company is a complete scam! They switched my dates and I noticed it as the ticket was confirming, I took screen shots and all. I called them I kept getting hung up on. I emailed them with all the screen shots and shots of the calls. They will NOT admit what they do and will NOT give you back the money they scammed from you! I am telling you I double checked the dates and times and they 100% switched it. I called every day on hold for hours, then they would hang up on me. The customer service was awful. BE AWARE!

WOW this is crazy

I have been on the phone now for 2 hours! I have been disconnected 4 times. DO NOT and I cannot stress this enough this site unless you are booking yourself and you are not going to cancel. The insurance is a joke you basically have to be dead to get the insurance so I took the credit which has to be used in a year. I paid $150.00 to get that which left us a 1600 credit. Looking at THIER website found a flight in the states that we want for $600/ticket and now they are telling me they need $285 MORE to get this flight. Speaking to a supervisor now walking her through the flights as she tried telling me there is no flights OMG. IF my brain does not blow up it will be a blessed event. I thought I would have extra money for another. I just hung up as they want $700 extra for the flight that is $571 each. IS THERE SOMEONE WE CAN REPORT THESE PEOPLE TOO.

This have been a very bad time with this co. They changed our flight and didn't email or call me, went to the carrier and found out then tried to change the one flight, put on hold for over 2 hrs. Finally hung up and went to web site and canceled the flights all together, which cost me $225.00 then booking another flight with the right times.
I could have booked with out this nasty third party and got the time I needed and saved money so if you look at JUSYFLY's web site its all lies. They know all of this and give you the wrong confirmation #'s and then if you book to leave at 10:10 PM AND find out the flight next day is changed with out any notice to me I found out putting in my info on carriers site... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND AS OTHERS SAY YOU GET ANOTHER COUNTRY FOR HELP AND PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER TWO HRS.

Wrong flight date

My return date from Myanmar to USA is 25 of march, but I make change to 26 march and they send me confirmation letter to my email but they fail to update to Delta Airline, and I was told at the airport that your flight is yesterday. I show them the confirmation email and they just said sorry. I need a reimbursement for my return date which I purchase separately.

I booked a ticket, then had to change flights due to a visa delay. They confirmed my changes, charged me 500 extra, then gave me the original exact same itinerary. So basically they will charge you to do nothing. Good luck getting a hold of them and good luck getting your money back. The worst of the worst.

Charged to reserve seat. Send confirmation stated that seats requested are not guaranteed. Called Korean Airline, it says this particular economy class cannot reserve seats in advance.

Called Customer Service, they did not help, instead just read the policy over the phone.! Not helpful, very poor customer service. Info is not very clear. Should have done thorough research before booking. You paid for what you get.

Will not book through Justfly again.
