Purchased a flight with 5 tickets and purchased insurance. Airline made change without my knowledge and justfly did not notify me nor did airline. Once I seen the change, I contacted justly who did not want to refund for my full purchase amount. I requested to speak to manager. You won't be able to… don't expect any support. Don't fall for their insurance either. Truly no help. I filed complaints with BBB and DOT. Save your time and frustration. Awful company that isn't even open 24 hours for support. They are truly trying to pocket people's money. I have called again and was told to wait another 6-8 weeks. I've waited 12 already and still no solution or help. Doesn't even deserve a one star review
Purchased two tickets online, the web says "it takes a few days to confirm your tickets ". A few days later, someone representing JusFly called from this number *******855, he said there is a 40% discount if i will charge my tickets to American Express only. He said," Go to Walmart, purchase American Express credit card, and call me back". I got suspicious and told him to cancel my tickets. Days later, my JusFly tickets showed up on my email, by then i had already bought new tickets from American Airlines. So i called JusFly again. The rep said there is no record of any conversation with JusFly, she said she will refund in full, including the cancellation fee $150 due to my bad experience. I believed her. A week later, i called regarding the cancellation fee $150 which showed up on my credit card. The rep said someone will call me in a week after they have listened to the recorded conversation. Another lie. No one called. So i called JusFly explaining the situation. The rep said the cancellation cannot be refunded, the lady who told me so "made a mistake." I don't think she made a mistake, the company just want to swallow $150. Never will i use JusFly, no matter how cheap the tickets, they cant stand by their word.
I purchased ticket for 3 passengers through JustFly.com for Turkish airlines, I got an emergency call from my family about my dad being in ICU, I tried to reschedule for early departure but, the Turkish airline demanded an an amount close new ticket, I booked different airline and went to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.I Again I tried to use the my previously booked ticket to return;from Addis Abeba, Ethiopia to Atlanta,however, Turkish Airlines said since i didn't use departure I cannot use the return. I purchased a new one way ticket from Turkish airlines for flight bound from Addis Abeba, to Atlanta. I have requested a full refund for previous ticket and they refused to Do so. I have lost my dad and this is an additional burden to happen to me. They claim the airline policy doesn't allow refunds. I booked through JustFly.com. I discussed this issue with the person called Ree, she refused to give her employee ID and last name while I provide my full information. The case number she gave me is *******. In all of this ordeal I have lost 2246 US dollars because of JustFly.com and Turkish airlines.
When you ask Justify for refund they tell you the Turkish airlines policy doesn't allow a refund under any circumstances, Conversely Turkish airlines claim that since the ticket is purchased through Jusfly.com there is nothing they can do.

After buying the flight and cancelation protection on Boxing Day was happy with the price. A month later got an email that my flight changed. The new flight would let me sit for 11 hours in the airport waiting for my connection and the final destination arrived at 12 am in a small airport where nothing is open. Called Just Fly and they told me I have two options first they can get a hold of the airline and see what can they do ( wait for the airline answer 7 till 14 days) or cancel the ticket
I cancelled the ticket and waited for my full refund for 10 days. Today I got some of my refund not the full on. Called Just Fly and ask them why is my full refund not in my account.
Well when you get a cancelation protection that does not cover the airline changing your ticket and you canceling that ticket.
That is totally wrong because if I already paid for a service the air airline should honour that service
The bottom line is that the airline is selling the same ticket for the same time with the same connection for $400 more and because of that they bumped me on a different flight which I would never paid for.
That is why it makes you wonder if the airline and the insurance( cancelation protection) are working together.
Justfly is cheaters, robbers, fraudsters. They just want to make money. Their ill precises have robbed money from many innocent people.
I booked a ticket and on the confirmation page they gave an interface to select the seats and i did it and surprisingly there is charge of 400$. I called within few hours of booking to cancel this and never know about it. They couldn't cancel it, their customer care says read our 100 page terms & condition we would have mentioned there. Can't they just put a message saying there are charges for seat selection. Most of the flights give that option for free.
They are trapping customers. I cancelled my whole ticket with a penalty even within 10 hours of booking. It's always better to be away from such agents.
This company, put several extra charges through not only one but two cards. Blaming credit card companies as they stopped charges due to multiple transactions thankfully. I eventually canceled after several hours of dealing with them locked out my cards and requested a refund that was only partially resolved. My credit card company will deal with the balance remaining. This was an extensive process and very inconvenient dealing with several agents, from sales and costumer service and my credit card company's. Flight hub and Justfly are one and the same Justfly being USA counterpart. I wound definitely not recommend this booking service. And although the agents are polite and seemingly helpful don't be fooled.
If I could I give justfly.com 0 star. The are scam. Real scam. I booked a ticket by them for $50 cheaper, however without letting me know they charged me extra of $218 for no service. The price ended up being $168 more expensive than the airline. When I contacted them they were very rude, not responsive and they keep you waiting for the right response. They are scam and no customer service. Do not buy anything even $1 from them. It will end up much more at the end with this company.
They cannot do anything right and you are stuck with tickets and random changes that airlines companies might make. Nothing works in their system not even the touch tone automatic system that takes you on loop and never recognize the option your choose. Yes this website should be banned and qualified as a SCAM!
One of the worst customer support I have ever used. Please do not even visit the site to make travel arrangements. I have been trying to reach their customers support whole day but no respond. The wait time you may told by automated voice for 5 mins but only god knows when that 5 mins will get over and you will connect to Customer support executives.
Do not book. Ruined my family trip. If you see a good price they will cancel you if they get a better offer. You cannot talk to the airline you book with so you are stuck trying to fix things calling just fly customer service and waiting on hold for hours at a time. Absolute worst experience of my life. Between time calling and trying to fix it I'm out days of my life and thousands of dollars.

This company had a flight from dominican republic to do a layover in panama and then to el salvador and it happen to be a scam they knew it was a 19 hours layover which is wrong because this country will not allowed you to be there more than 12 hours without a visa. So i purchased and they didnt retunr my money
They are charging me a fee from the frying company a fee from the agency and a fee for canceling. No one answers if you call copa air directly this is a big scam too they will not help you with nything and they dont care no custumer services no one is good at all.
This company filtered LATAM phone calls when I was getting info to compare from other airline in order to get 2 tickets.
This agent called me from Quebec. I thought it was Latam. This person took my relatives names and last names Incorrecly. And also my address.
When I tried reaching This company, it took me more than 3 calls of 2 hours each.
Nothing was possible because they said my address was incorrect and because of that my identification couldn't be proved.
I called directly the airline and Latam fixed the problem.

I was loking to buy an air fare to Bolivia the price was $850 with 6 hours in PANAMA, they offer another air fare with one hour in Panama for $ 2,600 Wich I refused (too much), they still charge me $2,600.00, no refund was ever made, more than two years.
There contact support team says something different and there website says something different. There information doesn't correlate. I would not recommend to book tickets from here. Surely it is cheap but they hide lot of information.

Their search engine sucks. They made reservation only half way through and when we called sorry system took nearby airport. How will the nearby airport is 700 miles and they were not able to help cancel flight and not refunding the charges they took.I would give 0, there is no option
Airlines changed our departure time from early morning to 12:44. Called customer service and they wanted us to pay the difference. We are going to a Wedding and the time change didn't work for us. They were rude. DON'T BOOK THROUGH THEM! From now on I will go directly through the Airlines!
