Justfly.com is a scam! They have my money which the airlines has already refunded yet they asked me to pay a fee to get my refunds. I'll never recommend Justfly to anyone.
I bought flights for myself and 4 family members going to Punta Cana. Flight was canceled and airline refunded my money to Justfly. When I called Justfly for my refunds, I was asked to pay a fee to get my money. I refused and till date, I have not heard back from Justfly. It's a Scam!
Can't begin to go into the multi-phone call nightmare I have had with this company. STAY AWAY! Call a human or call airlines direct. No warning on baggage cost, cancellation process and many other issues. I would have to write a mini book on the fiasco I went through. Don't do it.

I have not traveled in about 8 years. I bought a ticket to Amsterdam. I bought the ticket on Wednesday, and received an email saying that the ticket was being processed and it would take up to 4 days. Yes, I was anxious waiting for that confirmation/ticket because in the past it would only take a few hours!

This website is the worse website ever when i did my purchase evrything was fine once i verified the return date they changed my date to 6-7 months away from what i had selected and ive been waiting to get ahold of a manager for like 2 weeks this is ridiculous and their customer service is horrible... dont purchase any tickets through their site PLEASE... still waiting on a resolution
If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience traveling. I missed my flight and they basically said that was too bad, nothing they could do. They didn't rebook me or give me any other solution. Delta was willing to put me in the next flight but because I MADE THE HUGE MISTAKE to buy my flight THROUGH justly.com they couldn't help me. I LOST A FEW THOUSANDS DOLLARS!

If possible, never buy tickets on this site. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. The company charged me money for choosing a seats that I didn't make. They refused to return the money, because the money was withdrawn from my account, although there were 24 hours left before the flight and I did not finish check in yet, and they also refused an alternative solution to this problem. They also denied me a voucher that I could use on their website to buy other tickets in the future. I will never buy tickets from this site again.
If there was a negative star, I would select the lowest! I was lured by the "cheap" prices! If you book online, it'll take you all the way to the end, where you submit the payment. Once that's done, you'll get a notification that the flight is no longer available and they give you other flight options (for double the price). But if you start the flight search again, it'll show that same flight is still available for the same "cheap" price! If you go through the process again, you'll get charged again on your credit card! Good luck trying to get those charges removed! I will never ever recommend Justfly to anyone (even the people I don't like).

El que atendió se llama (Juan hernandez.)y es una persona que no tiene ningún tipo de profesionalidad en su trabajo,muy mala forma.hasta un mensaje de voz me dejó en el teléfono diciendo (."no voy a confirmar nada").compren directo con las aerolíneas,por ahorrarme 40 dolares he perdido 2 horas de mi tiempo y hasta insultado salí de esto.todavia termino de pagar todo porque no me queda de otra y la confirmacion me la dan segun ellos en una hora.no entiendo nada.

I had the worst experience with Justfly company I wish I could give no stars but this is not an option. I booked five round tickets departures from Boston on June and return back on July and the agent(Morgan) by mistake did the return on June instead of July(a month early). They said they're gonna listen to the recorded phone call. After18 days we received a call from Ahmed who said yes you said a different day but at the end you confirmed the day on June as a return day, so you need to rebook the return tickets and that will cost you $3500. It's kind of they know it's there mistake but they are not willing to fix it or even help. They gave us a number for the British airlines who refused to deal with us saying your agent needs to call us not U. When we get back to them and after staying on hold for hours and trying to negotiate to not call the airline company. They said we'll call but that will take up to 14 more days. Also, for your knowledge, you're gonna pay $1000 booking fees for us plus the the rebooking fees for the British airline. That was so weird even though it's not our mistake we are trying to help and they looking for $1000 rebooking commission fees!
To solve the problem which they made, through them, that will cost us $3500 while we can book one way tickets for the return only and they will cost us $2000. Very bad experience.
Don't buy tickets and cancellation policy with justfly you will regret it. Never will I buy from this company. This company and their agents don't reveal all the information regarding cancelation of flights. It's a nightmare.
They changed my flight which would have made me have a layover of 16 hours (32 hours both ways) when I declined the new itinerary they suggested I could cancel. I accepted the cancelation thinking I would get all my money back, wrong! They withheld $433 of my cancellation protection fee when it was not my fault to make flight changes to my initial flight. I was referred to refundable me.com and they bounced me back to justfly. That's when they told me that the cancellation protection is not refundable after 14 days of booking a ticket. I asked the agents why this information was not shared with me as part of my decision making. I did not get answer. When I asked to see this "policy" I was told it was part of their internal policy. How $#*!ing convenient! Don't spend money with companies that scam customers and recreate policies to suit their needs.

Their website quoted one low price ($1556.26), but in the end I ended up paying a much higher price ($1777.26), THEN they charged me to cancel the tickets, because I went over the 4 hour time limit to cancel. The problem is, we called 1.5 hours after the payment and we were ON HOLD for close to 3 hours! They didn't answer the phone and somehow it's our fault that the time limit went over? How is that even logical? They charged me $75 per ticket ($150) because they didn't have enough staff to answer Customer Service calls and the Sales Team had no capability of canceling the tickets either...!
I booked a round trip flight this morning and when I go into to review, they booked my return flight under some random passenger's names! I called them to find out what is going on and they confirm it was an error on their part and that they would be escalating this. Hours later I get an email stating my reservation was cancelled! I call them and they stated they cancelled my entire reservation instead of just rebooking the return flight which was with another airlines. Now I have to scramble to get another flight. Never again will I use them, wish I would have booked directly with the airline.
I never use these 3rd party sites but in a rush. I used justfly.com via Kayak.com to make a reservation. Received airline confirmation number which was erroneous, did not exist. Showed up to counter and there was NO RECORD of my reservation. Tried calling customer service, on hold for 30 mins to no avail. Plan to dispute CC charge. Stay away! Fraudulent company.
Pay a little extra and use another "reputable" booking agent or the airline itself. JUSTFLY SUCKS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR and a HALF and still never answered, even though it say the wait time was 13 minutes.
After waiting 3 FULL days, I still have not received a confirmation for my flight that's supposed to happen in 5 days. It says it's "pending." Why does this take so long? Finding a phone number to actually call requires some online research. When I did call, a recording told me it would be approximately a 4 minute wait time. I've now been waiting 33 minutes and just the stupid music playing. I've booked international travel to meet a cruise, so time is of the essence. After 37 minutes of being on hold I spoke to a human who sent my confirmation. WARNING - Justfly charged these amounts which were not told to me upfront: Airline Optional Services - Seats $35.00

I think you're just as good going through the airline of choice. I won't use justfly.com again. Lesson learned.
