Hi I have read all the bad reviews and had a similar nightmare with another 3rd party website. Suggestions: file complaint with Dept of Transportation, email the Attorney Generals office for the state where the company is registered in, file complaint at the better business bureau, FBI fraud claim, threaten and execute class action lawsuit send copies of all claims to website contact so they take you seriously. I was fully refunded right before I was about to file class action but this all took 9months. Good luck!
I wish i could give less than one star to this company. I work and save all year to do mission work in kenya. I purchased my ticket in november to go in jan. I started feeling worst and ended up in rhe hostipal in December with throat cancer, unable to talk and fighting for my life, they wanted more money to cancel to it and i still no credit for my flight. Save your monry dont use them. They have bo heart.
I'm not sure who owns or operates the customer service here but they DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. Everytime you call, someone speaks to you in a condescending/angry tone and they are not helpful at all. They almost always tell you there is nothing they can do about it. You are basically on your own if you ever have to deal with them. They are horrible people, it is safe to say they only hire 1 set of people and they are not kind at all.
Back on December 8,2022, I was unable to fly from Seattle to Bangkok, Thailand because I had full blown Covid. I booked my ticket through Justfly.com and honestly I will never book a trip through this unethical travel agency again. I tried to cancel my flight arrangements through Justfly.com and they told me I had to contact the airline directly which I did. ANA does not open until 5:00AM PST. I waited on hold until I got someone. I explained my covid situation to the customer service person. My temperature was almost 102 degrees, could not smell or taste, respiratory congestion and runny nose. The ANA customer service person said he would have to talk to his supervisor. Here is what I was told. "All you need is a vacination card to fly out of Seattle". "Once you arrive at Narita Airport in Tokyo, you will be re-tested for covid. If you test positive you will have to go into quarantine in Tokyo". I said are you kidding me what about the people on the plane flying over to Tokyo. He said that's our policy. What Kind of policy is that. Since then I have just through so many hoops for a $1530.00 refund and they will not give it to me. I produced 2 covid tests. One the day before I flew and the 2nd one from the day of my flight. Both Justfly.com and ANA do not care about their passengers at all. They are both not ethical. Use another agency and fly another airline
JustFly (aka Voyages A La Cart) is a scammer who tricked my 78 year old mom into thinking their website was United's site. As a result, she booked my flight through them without realizing it. They charged her $84 more than the base fare. But that wasn't the worst part...
When I wanted to change to a cheaper flight, JustFly wouldn't let me keep the fare difference as a credit, and on top of that, they required a $75 change fee... two things United Airlines stopped doing three years ago! When I asked to speak with a JustFly manager, none were available.
What's more, JustFly told me that the $41 my mom paid them for "cancellation protection" was useless. They didn't even ask about our reason for changing flights. If they hadn't tricked my mom in the first place, I would've been able to change flights with no fees, and would've been able to keep the fare difference.
Had to cancel due to family illness. Tried to cancel with Airline but was told had to cancel with JustFly. Tried to contact their customer support - never talked to a "live" person. Next tried to cancel online and had to pay a $100.00 fee just to cancel (on a non-refundable ticket). Total scam!
2020 Just before Covid hit and three days before our flight Japan shutdown all flights. We never did not get $7000 back or even a credit with the airline. JustFly also said we had flown and recorded that we flow in our account. We did all we could and to this day never received money or credit back even thought the government paid them money top refund flights during this time period. They did file for bankruptcy protection so they could screw over their customers. I will never trust the JustFly again. Use at your own risk.
I was very unhappy with their customer service and their English was difficult to understand. I booked a flight for my son that they canceled and told him he would get his money back and he would have to rebook. He never got his money back; we called and wrote emails and what we should have done was dispute the charges with our bank but we waited too long and we're without our money back. This experience was so frustrating and a lesson learned for us. This company is a scam. I would never do business with them ever again and I would never recommend them. They should be forced to close down.
These people are trash. All they want to do is that your money. I paid 158 dollar for refund protection and I can not get a refund. I was robbed and my skull fractured the day of my flight. I went to hospital 2 days later. I could not take the pain anymore. I had to have plastic surgery. So I'm healed now and try to get my life back together only to find they will not give my 1033$ back. I have to get a lawyer to resolve this problem which cost even more money plus then time I'm losing having to deal with these people.
This is fraud website. They show you ticket at one price and buy you weigh expensive when charged. Then cancellation you have to in additional. The customer supprt is amost to none, making you wait for 45 minutes. I will never recommend this site for airline tickets.
Justfly had hidden fees, lies about their "free" cancelations (except you need to pay 75$) helped themselves to extra money (even more than was on the inflated invoice with the hidden fees!) From my account, without letting me know, without me consent - this is stealing.
Poor communications and attitude clerks on the telephone line! Waiting on line for 48 minutes no customer service available! Even i pushed for special customers need!

On 25March2023 I purchased a flight ticket from JUSTFLY for the date of 16JUN2023 for Minneapolis to Honolulu. The flight recommendations came up with one and a half layover in LA. MSP-LAX with Sun Country airline then LAX-HNL with Hawaiian Airlines. When paying, they recommended a general Baggage protection plan with a price of $12.95, which I thought made sense to have since I have connecting flights with 2 different airlines. My total came to $479.68. I got confirmation email minutes later from Justfly for my $479.68 total but only mentioning Sun Country. Confused, I checked my account, and saw an initial charge of 172.90 from Sun Country. Now a bit relived, thinking that i'd receive a second charge and confirmation email for Hawaiian Airlines. When It didn't arrive within an hour, I thought to give it a couple of days. I call JUSTFLY to deconflict and to inform then that I'm still expecting my LAX to HNL Hawaiian Airline ticket. I was then informed that the 172.90 charge was for Sun Country flight from MSP to LAX and the remainder total of $293.83 was their service fee plus 12.95 baggage protection fee. I told them that this was not my impression. I requested a refund as this was clearly a misunderstanding and They said that according to their policy, Sun Country would have to refund my 172.90 before they could refund their "service fee" and at the same time telling me that the airline will not refund the ticket because the ticket is nonrefundable. But If I could get them to do so, They would give their portion back. I sobbed. All I wanted to do was to go and visit my daughter because she doesn't live where I'm stationed. It makes no sense for me to pay almost $479.68 to go LA where I have no business. I called the airline and they were only able to offer a voucher after vehemently pleading for an actual refund so that I can get the rest of my money back for JUSTFLY. I called them back and the insist their policy wouldn't allow for a refund. I feel cheated.
Bunch of crooks they cancel my flight without letting me know, found out that my credit card wasn't charged so I called to confirm I'm on that flight and they were telling me the price went up and only the spot of my ticket is available since the card never charged me they kept the seat for me(BS).trying to charge me another $360.00.
I google in the same time talking to this crooks and find that there is many seat still available on same flight numbers and same dates.

Justfly is terrible. Never use it, you will regret it. After you book you can never reach them and they just keep asking to pay extra money for seats and luggage. They give you no option to change the flight and you don't know if you will fly.
I bought the ticket. They charged my card. They did not send me any ticket. When I called they told me the price went up. Now they wont give me refund or they wont give me a ticket. I have to wait until my return date! Spuriously? I will dispute with my credit card. Do not buy with this company or you will lose money.
I paid $147.15 for trip cancellation protection and Justfly.com refused to allow me to cancel and refused to refund the cost of the cancelation protection after 14 days

As an elderly person, I have circulation issues, so when I booked my ticket on justfly I booked a bulkhead seat so that I would have room. This cost me $70. When I got on the airplane, it turned out it was a different airplane than the map they had on their site, and that the seat I booked was in no way a bulkhead seat, so I ended up with the guys in front me's lap in my head and feeling ill at the end of the flight. When I called to at least get the seat money back since it had clearly not been what I paid for, they said sorry nothing we can do about it. OK well at least I can warn people. Horrible company
A horrific experience. My flight was canceled after being on the tarmac for 3 hours. All of justfly's customer service is handled by call centers. There were serious language barriers because I am only fluent in English but worse than that they refused to transfer me to a manager and despite the airline authorizing full refunds for ALL tickets including non refundable ones, It took hours of stressful, frustrating and time consuming calls with long waits and in the end Justfly did not refund my money and I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline for twice the money I spent on the original ticket. Unacceptable. Never again will I use them.
