Justify has refused to refund my money. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. NEVER use JustFly they have refused to refund my money but they sent me an email confirming reservation failed and flight, what do I do to get my money back quickly as it is a family emergency situation. My reservation booking number is 230 111 811. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE IN JUSTFLY PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY QUICKLY BY TODAY. JUSTFLY ARE THIEVES STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Booked "economy" international flights only to receive "economy light" tickets. Had to spend hours on customer service line to get refund. Still haven't received refunds we were promised to cover our baggage. Also, we were never notified our seat request wasn't completed and had to book our own seats.
We experienced a sudden death in the family for which we had to cancel our airline tickets that we booked through justfly. Not only they refused to talk to the airline to refund our ticketed amounts, they charged $800 extra and called it a cancellation fees. We spent hours and hours on the phone talking to the justfly agents one after another just to be transferred and explaining our case to every single person, and re-submitting all our documents like passports, death certificate, doctor's note etc, and at the end they refused to refund their cancellation fees. $800 for cancellation fees just doesn't make sense, plus in the case of emergency they behaved ruthless. Beware and stay away from these Justfly scammers.
2 times bad experience with them and that is last time booking with this agency. Their agents barely know English and are not really helpful. I had ticket going from Chicago to Skopje, and they asked me to pay additional $279.00 just because flying company change the flight time.
I called earlier that day and some agent, barely educated and without basic knowledge for the job he is doing told me that everything is fine with the ticket, but wasn't.
They are promoting cheaper flights. Hmmm. Nope. Tickets are same price like you book from the airline. Be aware. They will took additional money anyway and additional stress before your flight.

Made the mistake of putting the wrong departure date, cancelled the flight after 10 minutes, got charged $225 for nothing.
Bought two tickets that said they were nonstop. After buying them, it turns out they were not nonstop. This was through Avianca. When I tried calling Avianca multiple times, the phone basically said in English, "don't even bother calling here if you're trying to speak to an agent in English."
Total scam. Don't say a flight is nonstop and then it has a stop.
I had to go to Pakistan to visit my sick mother, I bought a ticket from Justfly website along with my return ticket., I got information from their customer service about Covid that Qatar Airways travelers need a Covid test? So their customer service people said that covid test is not mandatory in Qatar airways. I went to the airport without any intention. But the check-in desk staff asked me for PCR test for travel,it is not with me i reply,but Qatar Airways staff said you can't travel to Pakistan. Hearing this, I started to lose consciousness because how much preparation does one make before going on a journey and our loved ones were waiting for us. My family came to drop me off in Houston from San Antonio. They dropped me at the airport gate. I called my family after 3 hours. They were about halfway there. I spent 8 hours worrying at the airport that day. Justfly people They should write a special note on my ticket. Covid vaccination or PCR test is mandatory to go to Pakistan, It is our responsibility to follow the written instructions, after that I came back and contacted Just fly customer service, they said to redo your booking. You have to pay another 1200 dollars more. I told them that I had inquired from your agent 3 times before leaving for the trip, they told me that Qatar Airways does not require any covid-19 vaccination, the customer service person did not give me the correct information. I was very worried that all my money was going to be lost and I had to pay more money to get the ticket. I used to visit my mother. The ball was in their court at that time, I was forced into their hands, before they charged me 200 dollars from my credit card, don't trust the JustFly website to buy tickets, because these people will rip you off. Lure to buy. Tickets, receive 200 hidden dollars after viewing cheap tickets. I gave them $850 to rebook my ticket, I requested them to refund my extra money, because this whole situation happened with their wrong information.
I make tickets for a International trip for three young adults. I realized I had one letter wrong in the last name from a S to a Z.
I was able to change it with Southwest, NO problem. The reservations was only 24 hours. Instead of allowing me to change the letter, They made me cancel the flight and then Try to rebook. Of Course the price and the flight was not available. I lost the flights and had to pay 1300 dollars more. Will not be using them again ever.
These people on the phone seem nice, but when you fly, the plane company they book the ticket with has certain requirements that Just fly doesn't know about. When your try to get a refund for a legitimate reason, although they say they will give you a refund, they charge for processing. Depending on the trip. For me, it costs 200.00. The trip was cancelled because supposedly a Covid test was required. This was with Nippon Airlines. This was a policy Nippon airlines had, but Justfly travel people didn't know about. Thus, I couldn't take the plane. Although Just fly was sorry about what had happened, they claimed that in order to get another plane ticket, it was going to cost 7,000.00. I delclined and got a ticket at the Lost angels air port for 1200.00. Basically, Justfly was trying to rip me off. In the future, if I am going to take any trips, I wouldn't use Justfly.com. Buy ticket from the Airlines them self. Online there is a lot of scams.
They charged me a seat request fee. Weeks passed by and they never contacted me about reserving seats or not, I tried to call to get an update and their hold time is forever. No one answers. Held for about 2 hours. I ended up disputing the bank, funny how they respond quickly to disputes but can't answer their phones. Now I'm stuck fighting these poeple. Don't book with them!
I bought a tickety from them and few days after that i called them to change the dates and they wanted to charge me 100% the price i got the tickets, i got the ticket for $ 2400 and when i asked to push back the travel date for one month they said i had t $1800 extra for Japonese Airline and $200 for their company and $ 16 as a trascation fee and if you try to cancel your tickets you will end up paying $400.the flying tickets in other companies will cost 50% less for the same date i will travel compare what they want to what Jusfly wants to charge if i want to chamge the fly date. I ended up cancelling my tickets with them and paid $400. It was a rape. Please don`t buy ticket for this website. They are horrible.
This is a scam, please don't buy tickets from them. I made a reservation for the Economy class tickets, they sold me the Basic Economy for this price. And that's it, you can't do anything. You can't control what you buy.
The dont allow cancellation. You end paying money to them if you are planning to cancel your ticket. Mock of a travel agency.
They will charge you right away for your ticket BUT you might not get confirmation for 4 business days. Or 5 business days. Or 24 hours before departure. And if you attempt to cancel after not receiving that confirmation, you are charged a handling fee. Do NOT use this company. I cancelled 2 hours after making my reservation and was told it may take 10 days for me to get a refund.
Be careful with this website. They always have hidden fees. Plus not all your money is refundable. They are cheap for a reason.

Trying to cancel my booking the same day cause I found a cheaper price, but thet are trying to charge me $75 for every passenger, and there's 6 of us. It should be 100% refund with in 24 hours. And not just that on our way back it says on our booking that our flight for united airlines has free carry on bag, but when we're checking in the airline is charging $35 each carry on. Tried to call them but never answer. I will for sure not use this website to book flights. NEVER AGAIN Never book on Just Fly. I'm still calling them and no one is answering me. I've been trying to call since friday and no answer.
