I clicked and found a much better price for a round trip flight using two different Airlines... things worked out great on short notice. (1 week out purchase).
The worse service I've ever used. I usually go through Cheap flight and I've never had an issue. No one helped me, barley spoke English, lied and told me their were no supervisor or manager. Laughed on the phone, very rude. When I spoke to a manager they didn't help either, I will never go through this company again. Ever.

Have booking for July 2021 already.
Tickets are Less expensive rate however after you purchased you cannot change the date anymore unless you have protection plan or you will pay the said fee in changing the tickets. I hope you will allow your clients to modify their tickets for free for atleast one hour up to three hrs. Prior to the time they purchase their tickets.
Found my flight in minutes. It was lower then any other flight I could find! Check out was easy and secure. I created an account so next time it will be even faster.

My experience with JustFly has been great. Additionally, they have assisted me in having a return date change which was successfully honored by the Airline.
The marketing on the site is deceitful to get you to pay more. Then I spent over 1 hour on hold when I called to question it and nobody came back to talk to me. After calling back I spoke to someone that expressly agreed that it was deceitful marketing.

Me and my wife traveled to California, Had great service provided by airlines. We both travel on wheelchairs.
These people are a bunch of thieves. I purchased tickets for my sister and myself the fly to Trinidad for our brothers funeral. No even 5 mins later I realized I entered the wrong dates so i called to have the dates changed but the rep told me she could not change them even though I was see they had the availability that i needed so she cancelled the flight costing me money. I will never use this service again and will be disputing these charges with my credit card. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF... TAKING ADVANTAGE OF GRIEVING PEOPLE LIKE THAT JUST TO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE

Be sure what you order, because refund is more than just click of a button. I reserved a ticket to London earlier In October, cost $406.3 weeks later, I needed to cancel the reservation. I called their 1-800 number several times and it didn't go through. I cancel the ticket online anyhow. Then discovered it charged my card $200. Then I called their number for third time, the rep said it is a cancellation fee for reservation. Basically I spent 1 way ticket for $600.
Why did the price change in the middle of the confirmation process (buying the tickets).? All of the rest seemed to be standard business practices.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
