I paid extra for a seat and this is the airline's response when i asked why i did not get the seat:

We reviewed your feedback and investigated your reservation with the code US56TH. Let us inform you that we have not detected any chargeable seat payment for your flights in our system logs.

As your reservation has been issued by a travel agency, the agency is fully responsible of this reservation, hence you need to contact the relevant agency regarding your complaint.

I will NEVER use that agency again!

Worst of the worst

I have never experienced this customer service. I paid cancellation insurance and tried to rescheduled my flight. Now the rescheduling flight is more than double of the ticket price. They do not recognize if you are sick, dying or any reason to cancel scheduled flight the fees are a must and they cost more than purchasing new ticket. Scam artists this is what JustFly is. They outsource their customer support overseas and it takes couple hours of nerve breaking transfers from agent to agent to get someone to speak. After 3 hours I am about to hung up because I cannot handle this any more. When they charge your credit card they send 20 transactions from $1 to couple of $100 so they are trying to scam you and confuse you. They do this on purpose to you because this way you do not know what you paid and what you did not pay.

Worst I've come across, and I travel frequently. Stick to the ones you have heard of- these guys will rip you off. I booked 5 international flights, somehow (4) ended up on one flight and (1) passenger on another. 10 minutes after booking, I called and told them this would not work, I need all 5 to go together like I had booked. Could they please fix? Nope-"sorry we have no other option but to cancel your flight and charge you 5 cancellation fees"! But then if I wanted I could re book on my own! What? Hows that for customer service- so now I have paid a substantial fee and still have no flights. Worst I have ever dealt with by far- Beware these guys are crooks.

I booked a round trip flight from Newark to Europe in Oct 2018 for a trip in Aug 2019. In late July my wife fractured her foot. In early August we decided it was best to cancel our trip. Justfly was only one of many travel arrangements which needed to be cancelled. I knew the reservation did not allow changes and was non-refundable. However, Justfly customer service insisted that I could not even cancel the reservation, because that was a change. I suggested the airline would want to know we would not be on the plane and could resell the seats. This went nowhere with the Justfly CSR or their supervisor. So, I called United directly. They were able to cancel the reservation. Additionally, the United CSR provided info on their policy and advised of a web address where I could request a refund for a non-refundable flight, because the cancellation was the result of a medical emergency. I completed the United online request. Additionally, I created requests for the refund of our seat fees and a separate flight from our home in Ohio to Newark. Both were purchased directly from United. Within a week or so all the refunds were approved. The purchases made directly from United were refunded to my CC within days. Unfortunately, they were refunding the flight to Europe (the biggest expense) to Justfly. I was informed my refund would come from Justfly. I received an email confirmation from Justfly regarding the cancelled flight and the refund they were processing. I received a refund to my CC of the Justfly $9.50 booking fee within days. However, I have still not received the refund for my flight. I am relatively sure United has refunded the cost to Justfly, based on how quickly I received refunds from United. When I enter my booking number on the Justfly website, it pops a message indicating the refund has been processed and may take up to 30 days to appear on my statement. When I call Justfly customer service they know nothing. They simply read from a manual that says it could take 6 to 8 weeks for the payment to appear on my statement and suggest I call the CC company. When I explain that their website says within 30 days, they simple restate their propaganda about it taking 6 to 8 weeks. Based on 16 other refunds received for travel purchases related to this trip, I know the refund appears in my CC activity within days of when the company says it processes the refund and not 6 to 8 weeks. It is as plain as the nose on my face that Justfly has not yet actually processed the refund. They are simply playing a money float game with their customers refunds to make more money.

The sad thing is I got a good price for the flight from Justfly. However, their customer service lack of knowledge and corporate level desire to hold refunds over providing customers with timely refunds leaves me extremely frustrated. Consequently, Justfly has lost any chance of future purchases from me.

I just had a terrible experience with this company and did a research to see if others experienced a similar thing. I am relieved to read the reviews. I had a very bad experience with this company. I reserved my flight ticket online, paid a fee so that I could make a change on the ticket, if necessary. It was not a cheap flight.
I ended up having a medical issue\ my doctor advised me not to travel. So I contacted Justfly to change my travel dates a week before my flight. I called them about 6 times within that week.The representatives were kind but not helpful. There was no one to talk to, to understand what could be done. Each time I had to explain my situation from the start and each time they kept telling me to wait. I felt like I was being deceived. Finally I told them that I would like to cancel my ticket. They asked for a doctor's note. I provided a doctor's note that clearly stated why I was unable to fly. They told me that the doctor's note was not accepted, I should have sent a hospital note. I had to pay not only the full ticket fee but also the penalty of the cancelation, plus some other fees. I have been traveling for the last 30 years and I have never experienced anything like this before. I am not sure what they are after. I will never book through this company again.

I bought a ticket and purchased extended cancellation for $19.99 to be able to cancel if needed when i call they said it was only a 24 hr cancellation they were not willing to help at all no credit for future purchase or even some money back i ask to change it to one of the tickets i had just Purchased and they said no i lost $460 hard earned money. I purchased 4 tickets before i called to cancel the one for $460 i was so upset i told them to cancel the 4 tickets i had just bought less than a hour before calling and they wanted to charge me $300 to cancel tickets i had just purchased. They sound like robots they repeat the same stuff over and over i asked to speak with management and they are a joke they don't care about customers their advertising is misleading. It's not with doing business with them.

If you want to pay booking fees, have little to no options of changing flights and no ability to choose your International flight seats than Justfly.com is right for you.

Would never use again

Horrible customer service and miss leading information. I was unable to fly out because A family death. Cancel my reservation had to pay a fee and at the end was not even able to use the ticket plus I was charge money just to cancel my flight. If that was the case I would have never call and just lose the ticket.

I do not recommend flying with just ly and frontier airlines, unprofessional, pay more and travel with a better airlines,. My trip was cancelled due to weather circumstances and then they didn't send me cancellation email then they didn't refund my money, after sending multiple email they send the money to wrong visa number! Which was surprising, at the end they told me i ask the third party agency which can not be contacted

I purchased a flight for my wife to visit China... descent but not great price from JustFly. When I received the itinary in my e-mail, within an hour of my booking. I noticed that the connecting flight was not what I had intended. The flight was 11:30 but it was 11:30 at night and she needed to be on the 11:30 in the morning... my mistake. I called JustFly to rectify this within one hour of the purchase. They told me it was out of their hands and I would have to call China Air. China Air told me that because I had purchased from a travel agency and not directly, they could do nothing and that the travel agency given it was a request made within an hour of the booking, has the power to change the flight. I called JustFly back and they said, no can do. Moral of the story... after reading all of the negative experiences people have had with JustFly I would not recomment them to anyone. Also, I have learned better to pay the extra hundred or so dollars to the airline directly... they can and will make the change. Also... there are still vacant seats on that flight. Perhaps my wife will be-able to change it on the day of the trip. Good luck... better to read the reviews of these bargain internet travel agencies before you book. Not all agencies are equal! Buyer beware!

Purchased tickets cancelled flight. Just fly had me pay extra to have the right to cancel and get credit just to find out that they do not give you the credit. They Rob you of your money will not let you use it towards a flight credit. They basically took my 300 and said im sorry theres nothing we can do about it. Never purchase a damn this off this $#*!ty website. Also nobody is from the states on the phone sounds like there in $#*!ing india. Scam Artist

I booked a flight on EVA airlines and received a seat assignment. When I went to check-in online I was told that my seat assignment never existed. When I called customer service, all I got was a run around telling me to talk with the airline and that maybe there was some fine print that I should have read. The printouts I have from Justfly have nothing on them to suggest that my seats would be anything other than what I paid for. Why would I call the airline to verify my seats if I used this service? Why would I have any reason to think that you would make a seat assignment and then screw me out of it? I will never use Justfly again and I will not be flying EVA airlines again after this. I am appalled that both companies think so little of ethics that they could care less about ensuring that I get what I paid for. I suggest that one go elsewhere as this appear to be little more than another company ripping consumers off in the rush to generate revenues.

We booked a flight through JustFly, then recently received an email from them saying the flight has been cancelled, so we are to take the next flight which makes it into a 27hrs+ layover in a foreign country. No explanation, no solutions, nothing. My sister is 5 months pregnant, and there is no way we are able to take such a flight.

I called to try and find a better alternative. As this was a major flight change, and we had completely no control over the situation, it is their responsibility to handle it. Instead, they said they will charge a $360 fee for flight change, and if I wanted to cancel, it'd be a $200 fee and only a 50% refund for my original tickets. Then they tried to push me to try and call the airline to deal with the issue myself. The purchase was made through their system, there is no way the airline can do anything about it!

After numerous calls, speaking directly to the supervisor, we still have yet to receive any resolution! The most unethical and fraudulent company I have ever dealt with and JustFly is not an uncommon company either.

Worst experience EVER

We had the British Airline flight cancelled. I bought the flight insurance & when I called to re-book the flight they refused to book the flight. The lady was RUDE when I discussed it with her and (waited 2 hours). After 3 hours, I finally got someone to book a flight after much problems. They said we had to pay extra and it was a terrible experience. NEVER book through justfly.

Scam Company

I booked a flight for my brother to Italy without first asking him if he could go simply because it said "Free 24 Hour Cancellation" in large letters on the page before I booked. I called back five hours later to cancel and they said it would cost me a $75 cancellation fee because I didn't purchase their "trip cancellation insurance." I complained and they offered to reduce the fee to $37.50. I took it and told them I was going to file a complaint. So, I had to give them my credit card again for the $37.50 charge.

I got the cancellation email on the phone and nowhere on the email did it say that my full purchase price would be refunded. I told the guy that I did not want to hang up until I received an email stating exactly how much would be refunded to my card. I finally got the email and just hung up. I hope to God the refund shows up on my card.

Companies like this should not be allow to remain in business and airlines should refuse to work with them. Where is the FTC when you need them?

The worst travel company ever! Do not deal with them. Make sure you read all the small print if you are purchasing a ticket. There are so many hidden costs. What I thought turned out to be a cheap ticket ended up being the most expensive ticket purchased. They make everything so very hard and suck every dollar they can from your visa card. CROOKS

Their so called 'policies' are absolutely ridicuous. They want to charge me a cancellation fee because a 6 month old infant does not need his own seat. No other site automatically charges you for one in the first place. They also want to charge me a fee for correcting the spelling of a 4 year old child and apparently, if I don't do this, she may not be allowed on the plane. I wish I would have read first the article online titled, "Justfly - a Scam Hiding in Plain Sight"... https://medium.com/@saumil/justfly-com-a-scam-hiding-in-plain-sight-e9e5c*******
