Never again ever.
This was my first time flying with just fly and jet blue, I got to my flight early, boarded the plain just to be told there will be a slight delay, we sat at in the plane 3 hours just to be told it's illegal to fly there at this moment and the flight attendants are leaving... the Total time of delay was 12 hours.
Then before we got on the plane to make our next stop no one printed our second ticket, told us to go Find someone at the other airport. We lost a hole vacation day because of this. Then when we got to our next flight the same exact thing happen. But this time they lied and said that the plane is fueling up in Washington then 2 hours later they are cleaning it now 3 hours later we are still waiting... please do not book with this company if you would like to make your vacation and not loose 3 days of it at the airport!
P. s the planes are older as well.
Bought tickets from Budapest to NYC. Received confirmation and all booking info.
In couple of hours they cancelled our booking and never sent us a message.
For two weeks they kept us sending Flight info, Insurance info, all marketing garbage they do. When we came to Budapest Airport on the day of flight, the Airline company told us that our booking was cancelled, when and by whom. Had to buy tickets on the spot for $2800 to get home. When contacted justfly.com (which is very hard to do and it is intentionally on their part) where told that there was their system glitch. They did put money back on our credit card. So when we asked to be reimbursed for difference between original tickets price and what we had to pay to get home, they refused, saying that we did not contact them from airport about the issue, adding insult to the injury.
Stay away from this people. I am going tell this story in other places too, to protect traveling folks.
I searched for a round trip flight out of the Dulles airport. A few weeks later we noticed an error in the booking. The departing airport was booked from the Baltimore, MD airport and our returning ticket was to Dulles, WA. Despite the error being on their end, they would not help us in anyway. How am I supposed to use a round trip ticket from airports 1 hour apart? This was a costly and inexcusable error by justfly.com
The 19.99 insurance states that you can cancel your flight within 24 hours. It is for you to assume that it's 24 hours of the flight but it's 24 hours after your ticket is purchased. It's a scam for extra service fees. Almost like tricking you out of tip money.
Horrible website a problem with the system and they penalized us for that. Made us pay 1500 more to be able to get a new flight from Vienna back to St Louis. They were not helpful at all. Stay away from them I will never use them again. Insurance wouldn't help us, because they said that circumstance was not one of the things covered by insurance. So we are just out 1500 bucks.
Fraud! They messed up on the flight details so I called to change it they said it already went through so I'd have to call the airline. So I called Frontier and turns out they didn't use the last 4 of my card. What they do (justfly) takes your money then books your flight with one of their company credit cards so their company receives the " frequent flyer miles". That's why when I tried to fix it the airline had the wrong card number. Then just fly wouldn't fixed their own mistake and didn't give me a refund. So I disputed all the charges with my bank and they got me all my money back. $#*! justfly
I booked a flight from the states to get back home to Europe. However, one of the airlines stopped its flights after I booked it. Even though I payed JustFly they would not refund or help me get another flight. I spent hours on the phone trying to get another flight back home and no one (including the supervisor) helped me at all. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back because JustFly did not provide the service I payed for at all. They expected me to work everything out when they cancelled one of my flights and I spent hours on the phone going between airlines and JustFly and was never helped. Horrible customer service and I will never use this travel agency again.
I will never use justfly.com again. I noticed there was a wrong middle name on my granddaughters name so called right away to have that changed. Their agent Carla said I would have to cancel the reservation with a $75 fee per ticket cancellation fee. Justfly.com does not offer 24 hours to cancel the tickets purchased even for a simple mistake. They said it was in there policy... (it is my opinion now I need to make sure to read everything on their site).
I have used priceline.com many times before and one time I needed to cancel because of a problem on one of my reservations. They helped me on the phone with no charge and then book the new one for me on the spot and seemed to feel sorry for my issue.
Customer service to me is very very important along with looking after ones customers... So I will be sure to use priceline.com in future.
They made it impossible to change my flight to when I wanted and charge $600 to change it the next day.
If you enjoy being quoted in Canadian then being charged in Usd at a substantially higher price, then being charged a cancelation fee for their screw up, then Justfly is the company for you. PRETTY SURE THAT QUALIFIES AS THEFT.
In addition to the usual charges for the flights, Justfly.com added an extra $100 charge to our credit card without any explanation or receipt explaining the charge. Naturally, we disputed the charge. Use them at your peril!

I was on the phone with them for 1.4 hours booking a flight, and after giving them all my information and credit card, they could not get a confirmation number from the airline as it was no longer available. Then they tried a different flight, after holding for the confirmation, that flight was ALSO unavailable. UGH, can't go through this again.
My flight was changed and I had to call them to find out how I could get to my destination.
They gave me two options. One, to fly at a later date or to get a refund which takes 8 weeks.
I chose to book at a later date.
However. My airline stated they would cover any flight i wanted due to the last minute change.
Justfly withheld this information from me. Now will not let me book the flight I want.
I booked for the first time through just fly. I had a round trip to Paris my flight was canceled and I Spoke with 4 different people and not one person could help me they kept giving me the run around. I am suppose to leave in 2 days and no one at Justfly can be bothered to help. They will not book me another flight, issue me a refund i was directed to put in a dispute with my credit card, this is not a company that i will ever want to do business with again!
STAY AWAY! Save your energy money and time with another booking agency.
My wife just booked a flight with this website and the website changed it to an afternoon flight which she cannot do. They gave no warning just automatically changed the flight time. Now they will not refund her or make the correction. They say she has to call Frontier. Frontier will not give us a refund. Just a credit, but we never use Frontier. Stay away from from the scam company.
I love booking with just fly, is an easy ride always. They have the best offers and how can you say no to that.
Booked my flight on 8/20 through JustFly. Spirit Airlines cancelled my outbound flight on 9/25 due to a schedule change. Now I have a return flight on Air Canada whom will not refund because I purchased through JustFly and was told I need to seek a refund through them. JustFly will not refund because they say it's nonrefundable. They have offered instead to sell me another outbound ticket on the same airlines (Spirit - never fly Spirit!) on the same date - even the same flight numbers, for $150 more than my original ticket. Now there's something terribly unethical about this whole picture - both on the part of JustFly and Spirit Airlines, but neither will take responsibility. I even purchased trip insurance (CSA) through JustFly that won't cover this because they only cover cancellations that are due to weather or mechanical - not airlines cancelling due to schedule changes. I will never deal with JustFly, Spirit, or CSA again and am considering legal action. I can't believe companies can screw people like this.
I booked with justfly for a round trip to and from Europe for the holidays. About a month after the booking, justfly changed one of the airports I would have to use on my itinerary. I wouldn't be able make it to that airport at the time of departure, so I had the booking cancelled and requested a refund, but neither justfly nor their in-house travel insurance people would give me one since apparently they don't refund "voluntary cancellations," and that the booking was "no cancellations and no refunds" despite the booking being cancelled already.
I'll never use these people again.
The same flight booked on the same airline was $150 less than they charged me. No refund without penalty. The supervisor sad we have a tape that you agreed for this price. They charging minimum $100 booking fees for an INTERNAL FLIGHT.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
