They airline I booked my tickets on changed the departure time of one of my flights. I then tried to change my flight, because it no longer worked with my plans. The airline would have given me a full refund, but because I booked through JustFly, JustFly charged me a $500 change fee. If the airline would refund JustFly, why wont JustFly do the same for me? I had even paid for additional insurance, but was told that the insurance only covers medical emergencies. An ABSOLUTE waste of money. I will never use the website again.
My flight changed multiple times and in the process got downgraded to basic economy. Their *******015 customer service line is disconnected and can't get anyone to reply to me via their website. I had my flight booked and confirmed with them then one of the flights in my travel to Aus was cancelled and was informed via email that there was a change (this was 2 weeks ago) and they will let me know once my itinerary was updated. Still waiting yet I have no way of contacting them... DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS ITS A TOTAL SCAM. My money is gone and I have now flight
Would not recommend if they direct you to a Frontier flight. You are unable to by luggage through them, and then later if you try to do it through Frontier, they have you booked through someone else, so requires phone call to then have account switched from the third party (JustFly)... You get the idea, not worth it, book direct with the airline.
Justfly generated a wrong schedule for me. When I asked them to correct it in 24 hours, they charged me a cancellation fee $150! Be careful Buyer on Justfly!
I have booked the flight through Justfly at Alaska Airlines, on the same day after one I have canceled ticket for some personal reasons. Alaska airlines processed the refund to Justfly airlines to their cooperate business credit card. But Justfly never processed refund to me. I called the customer support of Justfly, they put me on hold for more than 1 hour, an agent who is pretending to help me on refund checked me twice whether I am still there online and never called me back again. The same process repeated when I called them twice again.
Justfly has so many traps to scam customers. No 1, cancellation fee is around $150! No 2, choosing a seat costs you around $150. Both does not give you warning. JustFly should be banned from internet!
What a scam! That refund you think you already paid to be able to get is going to cost you more. And if you consider changing your flight plans instead... it's an option... it will cost you money hand over fist. Just go to a reputable company to begin with. Wish I had. This place is the worst!
This has been the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. I booked with Justfly through Affirm to Barcelona on specific dates in November. 7 weeks ago the people I am traveling with found an email in their junk mail from Justfly stating that Iberia Airlines had changed our outbound flights. No call from the airlines or Justfly to see if this would work for us which it did not they just changed it. I would not have known if my travel partners had not checked their junk email. After many phone calls with Justfly my travel partners got their flights changed back to the same outbound date on a new airline. I on the other had have been waiting 7 weeks and still no reconciliation for my travel plans. I have spent many times and many hours on the phone with Justfly and get no where. I have been told every time I call that its in the process and I will hear something within 24 to 72 hours. Its now 7 weeks. My blood pressure is through the roof. At this point all I want is a refund and I will go to Barcelona another time. Tonight I was told that its at their "partners" discretion and if I am awarded the full refund it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get. I am beside myself! Because if 24 to 72 hours takes 7 weeks how long will 6 to 8 weeks take? Justfly says they can only communicate with their "partners" through email however Iberia says there is a 24 hour agency service line that Justfly can call. THEY WONT... I have gone round and round and feel I am just screwed because NO ONE can apparently help me. BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE! DO NOT BOOK WITH JUSTFLY or your too could be their next victim. By the way... Iberia says this is not the 1st time they have heard this. Wish I had known before booking.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
