I always book my flight tickets through Justfly. I find it to have the best rates, no hidden changes and hassle-free booking experience. My Recent trip to Miami that had booked through Justfly got cancelled got cancelled by the airlines at last moment because of Hurricane Dorian. I called Justfly customer care and they refunded the service charges and made me talk to the airlines to get airlines travel credits. I rescheduled my trip and booked again through Justfly because I of their customer care. I love using their services.
JustFly did not answer my repeated phone calls June 17,2019 to re-book a CVG to PHX flight after I missed my 6am flight due to I75 closure on my way to the airport.
