I have never written a review before, regardless of how much a company or restaurant has messed up. Though I am just too disgusted and appalled by the pure deceit this company has portrayed I have no choice but to warn others. I am a seasoned traveler and never have encountered such a disgusting company. From their horrendous customer service, (hanging up on me multiple times), false advertising, and blatant deceit on the phone this company has taken the win for worst travel company in the world. The agents claim they don't know what you're saying, speak over you and don't answer your questions. Their supervisors are even worse promising solutions they never intend to follow through. I have never been more disgusted with a company and I pray everyone sees this review before using their business. I have never been treated so horribly by someone I am giving my business to. They are sickening and I hope this review will prevent anyone else going through the horror and deceit their company and customer service provide.

Bought the ticket, and wanted to make a change. I understood there might be a fee involved, but no change at all? Didn't even try to be accommodating. Referred me to the airline, who had already told me that they couldn't help me because I'd booked through these jokers. Whatever I saved on this ticket wasn't worth it. I don't know what their business actually is, but it's not being a travel agency.

Stay Away
September 7, 2019

Booked my flight for Dec at 7pm last night. By 12am the idiots had cancelled it over $12 price increase from Via Aerobus. Please don't use them. Use another more repeatable booking site. Don't waste your time and money on this. Called my bank to resolve the issue. Originally they said a refund will take 5-10 days. Now it is saying 30 days. Stay away!

First and last time user
September 5, 2019

First time and last time user
First time user and last time today. Last time user today. Very unhappy with choices, their website was not user friendly. I decided to use justfly because they offered 24 hour cancellations. However, it is not FREE. You can cancel but with fees, so why offer 24 hr cancellation I booked a flight, and 2 hrs later, I needed to change the flight times and paid extra $19 for extended cancellation but it didn't help, I still incurred fees, on top of paying extra for extended cancellations. What a rip off, also, tried to just change the flight times online and went through the steps to do so but search came up with "sooty no flights available". How convenient. Don't use just fly. Stick with who you know, go directly to the airline website.

Buyer beware!
September 5, 2019

If I could, I would give this company a negative 100! Everyone I spoke to spoke very broken English and they were all very sorry for my troubles!

I had selected three seats at the advertised rate and had filled in the first passenger's information, it then asked for credit card info. I thought well, I will have to pay three times. Nope. I had just bought one ticket and the other two had been sold to someone else quicker than I was (so customer service told me). I could however by the other two tickets for a price higher by about $60 than what the airline was selling them for. Cancellation fee for the one ticket was $75. Buyer beware this totally feels like the old bait and switch routine.

The worst company ever!
September 5, 2019

Do NOT ever use this company. I submitted a Dr note for a broken scapula and they would not refund my ticket. They gave me a voucher minus $75.00 for cancel fee. When I tried to use my voucher online, they wanted to charge me an additional $200.00 for a new ticket and another $278.00 for new fees. What a joke!
I ended up losing $428.00 that they would not refund!

Selected specific flights and went thru the payment process. Received a pop up that stated price HS increased to $200+ dollars. Found out that I am returning a whole day later with TWO layovers, one for 12 hours and another for 14 hours. Their system did not indicated that my itinerary changed when I got charged more. When asked to correct, they want to charge me another $140 to fly back from first layover.

I bought the $50 insurance thinking it would cover any changes in flights. I had to change a flight by a day and they charged me a $350 fee per person and said insurance didn't cover changes. Thiefs!

I give this site 4 stars because I didn't have to call customer service so I don't know how that would go, the rest was fine.

I booked a ticket months ago with Justfly, got them from Kayak so I figured it was fine. Then read the reviews and had some anxiety. Just finished the trip, business class on Singapore air. While I have no doubt that folks had issues, I did not. And yes... I had a 10 hour delay on a connecting flight, it was the airlines issue to deal with and they did.
Don't waste your time calling justly to help. Here are some risks and the steps I took to minimize the potential for trouble:

1. You used a small discount web site, not a full-service travel agent. It's a risk, understand that's a risk you took. Go direct to the airline next time, or use Expedia or a corporate travel agent. You may not get the same price, though.

2. I did not have to call customer service, so I get that maybe it's not good. I don't know. That can be a pain if you have not taken the first half of the flight because in many cases the airline can't help you until you've taken the outbound segment. When in doubt, call the airline direct.

3. Immediately after booking your ticket, go to the airline's web site and key in your booking reference to make sure that the flights are all known by the airline. Check your seat assignments and get that all sorted direct with the airline's web site. You'll know right away if there is a problem. If so, call your credit card company and get a refund, and then re-buy the ticket elsewhere.

4. Many of the complaints are around flight delays, baggage charges, and 24 hour cancellation policies not sure what you expect justfly to do about it. Those are airline policies and troubles. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. Smaller airlines are more likely to have cruddy policies and bad support when there is an issue (you get what you pay for)

5. I had an unreasonably long layover, and it was painful on the return trip. But I knew that because I read what I was buying carefully, and I don't blame justfly. They got me a great deal so it was something I was willing to live with.

6. Smaller airlines are more likely to not help you than the big boys, be aware of it.

7. Travel insurance for flights sucks and rarely ever pays for anything. Justfly makes money on it, but they are not the insurance company so you need to fight it out with the insurer. The same for all the web sites, even the bigger names. I stopped buying the insurance because it's so worthless.

Not sure that this will be my go-to site for future purchases, but I know the risks and I've already purchased another trip because the price made it worthwhile.

Hope this helps.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES
August 28, 2019

I booked my flights on JustFly and within 30 minutes realized that the Norwegian airlines flight that I had booked DOES NOT INCLUDE BAGGAGE, even though there was no mention of that on the JustFly website. So I called the JustFly help desk to cancel those flights and rebook with another airline that has baggage, well they wanted to charge me $225.00 to cancel those flights, even though I called Norwegian airlines and they said that they had not received my flight confirmation yet... I mean really? When I complained to the "JustFly" people they were rude and unhelpful, and after I told them that I would just call my CC Company they offered to reduce the cancellation fee to $111.00 When I mentioned how in the USA they have this 24 hour cancellation policy, they told me that they dont have to follow those rules since they aren't the airline, they are just a travel agency --- WOW these people are crooks!
Don't book with them! Don't use them!

I booked tickets from SAN to AMS with a stop in Philadelphia. 24 hours after booking, the layover time changed from 2.5 hours to 5 hours. The flight they booked us on did not exist (I checked)... Not good! It is now 24 hours before our flight, I went to check in and the seats I reserved when booking were no longer available. I had to book new seats. The only free seats were middle seats. I had to pay an extra $200 to get extra leg room seats for the flight from Philadelphia to AMS, there were no free seats left on the flight. I had reserved exit seats on all the flights and paid extra for it, but the seats apparently were never reserved. So be aware! You are going to pay a lot extra for seats. Best to book directly with the airline. Don't book with JustFly! Don't do it!

We got tickets from this site for our trip to India, which was during Dec'17. While returning back from Delhi to SFO, we were told that our names were not on the list for the flight. Justfly.com cheated us. They gave us very cheap tickets to India, but when we returned back, we were not allowed to take the flight as the flights did not have our names with them, So we had to come back on our own, by buying extremely expensive tickets.

Horrible service.
August 23, 2019

I booked two tickets for me and my daughter to fly over seas because we have death in the family. I have to booked through live agent because we have to fly separately. The agent I talk too, misspelled my daughter last name. When I call back they ask me to pay $ 75 for correction. UNBELIEVABLE! They made mistake and I have to pay for it? Really?
I am the customer in this situation or what? After I was on the phone for an hour, speaking to supervisor and the agent, my issue is not resolved. They keep saying "Im sorry "and asking for $75 dollars or they wont correct last name if I dont pay

Bought tickets through Japan, land in Hanada and connecting flight is Narita. I have Phillipino passport with no Japanese visa, JUSTFLY knowingly sold us these tickets. Tried to reroute when JAL asked for visa. But JUSTFLY would not. I cancelled and I am charged $75.00 each passenger because of their fault of not telling us we would need a visa just to shuttle to the other airport in Tokyo to continue with our flight to states... for my sisters funeral... Why to go JUSTFLY... I recommend to stay away from this company. I will post this on Facebook also. And twitter and,,,,,, everyone I know..

Horrible, just dont!
August 21, 2019

Misleading and dishonest. They tell you you have a seat, but then when you check-in, new rules suddenly apply and you have to pay a ton extra for seats. I learned my lesson on a trip to France was told by just fly that I had seat 13H from Paris to Charlotte and of course, I didn't have any seat, but would have to pay $130 for the seat they told me I already had. It was the same thing with the seating on the way there and I was stuck in the waaaaay back and in the middle row. Bad way to start and end a trip. Next time I will book directly with the airlines, or choose a better company... not just fly ever again.

Horrible experience
August 19, 2019

When I booked the flights on JustFly, their website said I've booked the economy+ fare that includes extra leg room and luggage for each passenger. Once I got to the airport, the airlines told me that I have a discounted basic fare and I have to pay for my luggage ($212 to be precise) AND, we are seated in the back of the plane (for a flight from Portugal to Chicago) Spent 3 hours over 2 days trying to talk to Customer Service (2 reps, 2 supervisors and 1 manager), who's tone changed every time they did the research into my case because they knew they messed up. BUT still wouldn't refund me the extra money I paid due to their mistake!

No refund
August 19, 2019

I canceled my flight just within 24 hours of cancelation period. My account supposed to be credited in 10 days. After 15 days no credit. Pay attention to all negative reviews - everything is true. Hard to understand the very simple English. So I bought my trip directly from the flight company (in my case from Aeroflot) - 20 dollars more but no headache. I wouldn't trust them. Try to avoid it. They might be cheap but in long run you pay more.
