This is the worst costumer service ever! I was on the phone for 5hrs total today with 6 different representatives JustFly. First they say one thing like partial refunding my ticket due to trip interruption and in couple hours later - no refund. All representatives have such strong accent that it was hard for me to understand what they say. No idea who is working for this company, but be AWARE that this company sounds like a fraud. They literally hang up phone call TWICE on me not calling back after me being for an hour long with one superviser and then with another "superviser" with extremely bad English (I really doubt that I spoke to another superviser). I hope I can attach all photos showing how long were phone call holds and waits and NO RESULTS. NO business with JustFly in future for sure. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Very disappointing experience.

If there was a 0 review that would be their rating. They are very fraudulent company that takes your money, supposedly books the ticket and then cancels one of your flight with out any notification and makes you have to call them 5 times to not resolve the situation they made. They will try to say pay cancellation fee or rebooking which both will charge you money and that what their policy say. Bull$#*!!

Here is what happened to me. I purchase 2 round trip tickets for my parents 3 months ago. I received confirmation and receipt number with all the detail of the flight, paid the full amount for the round trip ticket. I found out that justfly said they booked the return flight but never confirmed with the airlines the return ticket. Never telling me that the return ticket was never booked when they gave me details of the round trip flight that was paid for. I was on the phone with justly 3 times to try to show them the booking and sent it to *******@justfly.com but the email bounced back to my email and I kept telling them the email does not work. But they don't listen and they just follow the script. When they finally found what I was saying they told me to contact the airline. So I did.

The airline has been going threw financial turmoil so flights were cancelled recently but not 3 months ago. I contact the airline threw email and they let me get a full refund or a rebooking but I had to do it there the travel agency.

I call justfly about the airline but they pretended to not understand what I was trying to tell them. They made an error and they want to charge me for the cancellation fee or rebooking fee. No way, I hung up and called my credit card company to open up a case to get my money back. Capitol one was more then happen to help and make a case towards them and all refund me in 2-3 business days. Make sure you have proof of all communications threw EMAIL! To be able to show proof if you need it.

Yes, they are international's call center from the Philippines. I have nothing against them since I am Asian but their accent is hard to understand and they are like a robot that does not understand their error. It's frustrating when they think they are doing their job but ethically working for a fraudulent company taking.

Next time book edreams.net they are much better site!

Getting a refund for a cancelation with this idiots is a pain. 6-8 weeks you have to wait to get a refund, when the airline refunded to them in 3 days.
The $#*! that I was talking to left me on hold and never came back to the phone.
DO NOT USE THEM...

It was a nightmare! Scam. They offer seat selection for added $$ fees and don't have an arrangement with airlines to do so. We had no secured seats for any of our international and domestic flights. They never confirmed or informed us of our status. The online support was awful. They hang upon you when you are put on hold. A real mess don't book with them EVER. No savings!

I purchased 2 airfare tickets through Justfly.com. I notice that this site policy for cancellation and updating/edit names are extremely difficult and very expensive. Once you clicked on purchased, if you don't purchase the 24hrs cancellation add-on plan (lucky but not lucky I purchased the cancellation policy). You're screw vs other sites, they allow 24hrs cancellation without charge. My mom's flight is mis-spelled a letter in her middle name, I requested to update. Their customer service told me that they can't guarantee if the system will update the changes within 24hrs or it could be other issues and if I pass my cancellation plan (after 24hrs). Then I may be risked of cannot travel with that ticket. She then suggested me to cancel and rebook another flight for my mom but then I may not get the same flight with her. Then what's the point? Why would I want to book with you and purchased the extended policy? This is a scams that they put in their policy to easy steal other people money. I would not recommend this site to anyone. They seem to be scams to me.

I ended up cancelled both my mom and my flights and lost some money just within an hour of purchased. I had to purchase another flights for us. This is ridiculous for just update the middle name.

Been late for my flight, about 15 minutes before departure, I've called the customer's service to help me postpone my flight to the next one with Royal Air Maroc. Despite all my explanation that it is mandatory for me to travel today and that I'm going to visit a dying parent that need me right there, that lady of JUSTFLY, found nothing best than cancelling completely my flights. She collected my 200 CAD saying to help me find solution. After long time of waiting online, she reappeared saying she must cancel the 1st flight from YUL to CMN. Doing this, she cancelled the whole ticket and was unable to solve the situation. Fortunately that flight had been delayed before departure and I could have gone if I did not call for help. Charging me 200 dollars for a bad or even a worst customers service I've ever received and refusing to me my right to speak to her supervisor. Even when Royal Air Maroc wanted to give me assistance, nothing could do because she had cancelled the whole trip and not only the concerned one without my consent sending me for partial refund in weeks. Worst experience ever.

Never use they guys

I booked tickets a month before departure with fly.com. They changed my flight for the following day. I didn't know until I tried to check in. It said it was too early. I had received an e-mail stating that my flight was leaving tomorrow which had the right date on, but my itinerary was for the following day. I had to change my whole trip. Had to change my excursions that we were going on. Had to change my rental car. Had to change dates on other tickets that I had purchased for entertainment. I would say, never book through these guys.

JustFly alway provides the cheapest ticket price. But each time when you select the price you will be asked to add $75 more because the price you selected is no longer available. This is not the worst. The worst nightmare is the paid price doubled instantly right after you submit your order. I cancelled my order immediately but charged $150 cancellation fee (two tickets). The refund is not full refund. I received a refund that was $50 short. This is cheating. JustFly make money by charging you for a cancellation fee. Stay away from this company.

Justfly books their flights through another agency. To change a flight they have to get approval not only from the airline but also through a second agency. They are not allowed to call the airline so the request just sits in email and there is nothing Justfly can do. I called the airline and they said its no problem (change is due to airline cancelling the flight entirely), but Justfly cannot process the change. Have been waiting 2 full weeks now for the change to be made.

Will never book again! This is a nightmare.

Hi,

I was denied to enter my flight from Tehran to the United States. The Justflt employee told me that I need a Schengen visa because I have two stops in Europe. However, before I book my flight I contacted customer service and they told me I do not need it if I am a permanent resident (Green card holder) of the United States. This is what she was referring to "holders of a valid residence permit issued by Ireland or the United Kingdom, Andorra, Canada, Japan, San Marino or the United States of America guaranteeing the holder's unconditional readmission does not need Airport Transit Visa". She was just encouraging and pushing me to buy! And I did.

Therefore I was very much misled by their employee because my flight required a regular Schengen Transit Visa and not an Airport Transit Visa. And your employee did not have any knowledge and told me you are fine because you have a green card holder!

Horrible experience. They are based in the Philippines. Very very poor service. One of the Worst companies I've delt with. I have a major medical emergency. And you could not believe what they are putting me through to move my flight up a few weeks. I need to return to the USA for a major surgery. Not one person I am dealing with has said sorry to hear you had an accident let us handle this. Its an absolute nightmare. RUN NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY,, No amount of money saved can be worth this level of no service

Purchased ticket through Justfly and one page it gave me one amount. On the next page, the total was almost $300 more! I immediately called about and then said they would issue a refund in less than 10 days. It's been over a month and still haven't received the refund. I'm going back to CheapOAir. Never again with this company.

PLEASE STAY AWAY! BUY YOUR TICKETS DIRECTLY.

Horrible service, they charged me for a different timing of the same flight and layover was completely different.
When I called them immediately to cancel, they charged me a cancellation fee of 75$, which is totally uncalled for.
Also, the money has not been refunded yet. They are saying it will take upto 10 business days for the credit back to my account.

Totally unprofessional. Its scary sometimes I have to deal with lot of these unprofessional onlne travel agent company.

Liars and scammers

Stay away from them! Had to rebook a flight and after 40+ hours on the phone over several months I was lied to and given different stories by multiple people. To get to a supervisor takes over 40 mins. And then they have to go to the "Help Desk" level. Corrupt and rude. Did NOT return phone calls in agreed upon time and would NOT provide compensation for their errors and lies. NEVER again... lost $1700... tragic mess and considering legal action

I was scammed by JustFly. "$200 to process my credit/refund request. If successful they would keep the $200. If not they would refund the $200". On recorded line. Now I am out the $2,000 for the ticket, and another $200 for their fraudulent charge. Lufthansa told me (I called them before JustFly) they would "probably" refund once they received the communication & Doctor's letter stating I could not fly from JustFly - as long as the letter was legitimate. I am confident JustFly never reached out - they just kept my $200. Want to buy a ticket? Book through the airlines directly.
