Can't trust their bookings and changing a flight costs a ton. They made me pay dearly when I tried to change my flight. They call it 'penalty' and 'handling fees' which was about $350! Still can't belive this, but what choice did I have? Never ever again!
Justfly offered travel insurance for $150. USD. It turns out it was not travel insurance for sickness, emergency extraction or cancellations. It was insurance ONLY for failure to get on the plane due to illness etc. Non-refundable. Discovered this after making the purchase and an ad pops up offering travel insurance for sickness etc. ALSO charged for seat reservations the airlines offer for free if you book directly with them!
We booked a flight with Justfly.
The first booking we made was cancelled the next day, because the flight price changed.
They already took the money and we had to wait for 10 days to get the money back to book for the next flight.
Since we had extra money, so we booked another flight anyway pending our refund. Eventually the refund came back in pieces: flight fare, the commission, the insurance...
The day of the flight, they changed our flight, the airline and the time, When we got at the airport, we missed our flight because they couldn't find our initial booking.
We had to call justfly, then they asked to call the multiples airlines. We are in Canada but they would give us the tollfree numbers from India. (found out by googling the numbers)
We asked for a refund or to book us on another flight, but no luck. We lost CAN $4748.53 including the insurance.
We spent nearly 2 weeks calling, asking to speak to the supervisor but no luck.
Eventually we had to get another one way ticket with a different agency hoping we could still use our return ticket. Since we were running late with our plans (delay caused by them) we wanted to change the return date and were told to pay US $350 per passenger!
What an experience! I will never use them or recommend them to anyone ever!
When you call the insurance company they keep re routing you back to the customer service
And when you fill out the online form, the response you get is: your request has been closed.
You cannot even add a feedback on their site, they say that they sent you a code to finish but no code is senti
They are no help, all they want is your money. I had visa problems and they didn't want to change flight date to a later date, but they would for $2000 more on top of 5,500 I already paid. Company's like this don't care about how hard it is to make money. I will never buy or even look on their site again. Someone needs to do something about this matter, especially when something is out of your control.
I have applied for a refund 1 year back due to death of the passenger and they promised for 16-18 weeks as per there emails received still no refund has been received whenever i called them they mention about its under process i have dates of there emails. I will be escalating this to other platforms and authorities as this is totally illegal and will never recommend anyone to do book there tickets with them pathetic customer service i have booked my ticket in 2020 and till no refund has been issued.
I was so frustrated after finding out what I paid in full and was told my return flight was included for my mother was NOT. After spending 2 hours with the direct airline trying to figure out what one of your agents did. I had To spend and $520.66 for the flight just to return my mother back home! Still with no answers I WILL NEVER but another ticket through Julyfly! I tried To call customer service and kept getting redirected to call the main airline, WHY! Just to be told they do not know why the Justfly rep used awards. AWARDS my mother did not have/own/acquired! It was frustrating to say the least! So $1000.00 later still no answers!
On JUSTFLY website they mention Free cancellations within 24 hrs from you booking (on the Phone) even they are mention on during Review your booking Terms & Condition page Free cancellations within 24 hrs from you booking. When I call to JUSTFLY.com for cancel my flight within 24hrs they charge me some modification fee they never mention any modification fee on website during booking. Be care full before your booking with JUSTFLY.com

I used this mediocre company by mistake by clicking a link from kayak to book an international flight. I selected my seats right away and paid for the added expense. They could not fulfill the request and failed to inform me. When I tried again leading up to the trip, they again could not fulfill the requests and failed to inform me. When I finally called them, they asked me to take it up with the airline since they had requested it and it was in pending status. The airline did not receive the request and I ended up with the worst seats for a 14 hour flight. I was out on hold for 1 hour and 54 mins waiting to talk to a customer service rep. I will NEVER go near this company again and I am on a campaign to inform others not to.
I booked a Flight for Dec 25th but was changed to Nov 25th, a month early. I tried to call them to change it, but no one responded to my calls. I reached out to the airline and was told it was an error on their part. Till now, I can't reach anyone. Please be careful with them (justfly)
Justfly is a scam and a rip-off. First, I made a reservation for a flight that was during high season. Justfly seemed a few dollars cheaper, but by the time they added their fees they were more expensive than comparable flights. Next, somewhere in the tiny fine print (so they say) was a requirement to pay $75 to Justfly in order to cancel the flight, even for reasons that are justifiable, such as Covid-19, and even with travelers insurance provided by Justfly.
Next, their website is horrible. When I tried to cancel directly with Latam because I couldn't easily get to the right page on Justfly, LATAM said I had to cancel through Justfly. I went back to the webpage, finally found a LONG list of instructions (go here, go there, open this page, then that page, then the next page, etc.etc. Etc.) but it wasn't working the way it was supposed to. I finally called so I could deal with a person (the second time – the first time the guy put me on hold for over 30 minutes so he could "help" me). The second guy threatened not to cancel my flight if I didn't agree to have him charge $75 to my card.
Finally, some of their online helpers speaking in English are almost not understandable – and I am used to working with students with beginning English, from many different language backgrounds. I am an English teacher (as well as a retired college teacher with a PhD in anthropology) with a TESL certificate and several years of experience in teaching English as a second language. This company is hiring people who are not ready to work on the phone in English. One pronounced all "ch" sounds as "sh" making our conversation very difficult. Another reversed normal word order so badly that he was practically incomprehensible. The third did a bit better but it was difficult to understand his consonants, making it necessary for him to repeat most sentences in order for me to figure out which consonants had been left out, so I could be sure I understood what he meant to say.
All in all, a bad experience. Wasted an entire afternoon just trying to cancel a flight and had to pay $75 to do it. Tell all your friends – Justfly is a waste of time and money. I'll never use it again. NO GOOD!

I booked with Just Fly and my flight was from St. Thomas with a connecting flight to Ft. Lauderdale to Baltimore. I then went on to check my bags and was getting charged over $100.00 for my two bags from St. Thomas to Ft. Lauderdale and then I was being charged again over $100 for my two bags from Ft. Lauderdale to Baltimore. I called the airline and they said it was because my flights through Just Fly were two separate direct flights instead of a connecting flight. I then spent two hours on the phone with Just Fly explaining they made a mistake with my flights and asking them to correct and book a connecting flight. Finally I got a manager and the wonderful manager Dave laughed at me and said that flights are done this way all the time and if I didn't have any bags it wouldn't matter. He was such a condescending jerk and had absolutely no intention of helping me. Obviously I received no help from Just Fly so we were going to have to fly into Ft. Lauderdale and have one hour to go get our bags and recheck them and go through security again and make our next flight...Ridiculous! Thank goodness when we got to the airport in St. Thomas and told them how Just Fly set up our flights the desk told us that how it was set up is illegal and made corrections and set it up properly. I would never recommend booking a flight through Just Fly.
I booked a honeymoon trip to Ireland for April 2020. Covid canceled all flights, was told to rebook. Ireland was closed until this summer due to Covid, Contacted Just Fly and they told me to rebook by Dec 21 2022. When I tried to rebook early December, they told my my ticket was expired, and I there is nothing I can do. This firm stole $2300. Always book direct through the airlines is my lesson learned.
1. I bought an international ticket with justfly stating that I am flying Delta. I was getting regular notifications from Delta until I suddenly started receiving from from Virgin Atlantic few days to my flight. This means that my Courier was changed.
2. I was told by Virgin Atlantic that JUSTFLY paid for just 10kg carryon luggage for me for an international flight that cost me $1444.74, paid for since July for a December trip. I was arguing with Virgin stupidly as I have never heard of such in my life. Most times, the least of the economy tickets gets 2 bags of 23kg each, carry-on and hand luggage. I am now being forced to pay $75+$100+$200 for each of my 3 bags.
This is my terrible experience with justfly. I will continue to report and review them bad until my complaint is addressed.

I attempted to cancel my $8,000 booking within one hour and there was no place to cancel it on their website. When I called the only number available, a woman with a thick accent responded and said, "You have to pay $700" to cancel. She sent an email to me confirming the cancellation with a 3-page long disclaimer listing a hundred reasons why getting a refund is never possible. I never got my tickets nor a refund.
I am disputing the charges with my bank and I submitted a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission as well as to the BBB. I am in the process of starting a class-action law suit against them. Their scheming has to stop.
Jusfly issued tickets without any seat selection. Airlines do not take any requests for JusttFly tickets. If you call into JustFly customer service, you will be on hold for several hours and no one will show up. You will get the last seats next to the toilets. Not worth your money for these scoundrels

My flight was overbooked this December 2022. Turkish Airlines overbooked the flight and then falsely called me a "no-show". Turkish Airlines left more than a dozen passengers, including a young couple with an infant and families, with no options. They didn't help or care at all and I received no refund.
JustFly magically had a ticket the next day (none were available online when I did extensive searches). Turkish Airlines charged me ~$1,200 and JustFly charged me $200 extra to fly the next day (I had to due to a business meeting). The whole experience stank of a scam between JustFly and Turkish Airlines.
Don't believe me?... look at Wikipedia and you'll see that legal action has been taken against JustFly for this behavior. They are a scam company. They get sued, claim bankrupty and then start the same scam under a different name up in Canada. Caveat emptor.
I just lost a very detailed explanation of my experience trying to find my receipt for my trip which they seem to require. Well I'd say they've managed to have that be a reason for me not to leave my review. I don't think so.
Bad, no non existent customer service, they ruined my Europe trip and even though it was most definitely their mistake, no compensation. I basically paid twice for my tickets to Europe ( had my kids with me)

Avoid this site in purchasing your ticket...they canceled my flight in 2019 due to covid they told me they will my money but they didn't.
They act exactly like scammers
They did not send the confirmation of the reservation but pace pending charges on my credit card. They sent me a massage telling me that it may take up to 24 before the trip to get the confirmation that was 10days.
I tried to call them but there was no contact information in their massage. I checked on line and all their contact none with alive person and all needed me to provide reservation number which I never received.
That meant I could not confirm if I will for sure get the ticket or I can cancel because the charge was " pending" and when I called united airline they were going to put me on, they assured me that there was no reservation for me. After I made another reservation they send me the confirmation and to cancel they charged me $75.
This is total scam.
