I purchased a few item for my bike and never received a tracking number or a shipped email. I had a purchase confirmation but that was it. Everything arrived but it was a crap shoot as to where anything was.

Description of items is a perfect fitting, guidance and variety is good.

Light fits and works well in my 2000 Heritage. Had to make a wire adapter / jumper to fit it to the original wiring.

Currently the seat is a bit stiff but I only have a couple hundred miles on it, so definitely not broken in yet. Was instantly leagues ahead of the stock harley seat.

Bought this for my 97 Heritage Springer. If fit perfect and I am very happy with the service and shipping experience I got from J&P Cycles.

The customer service was TOP notch, when I called about exhaust questions. However when the box arrived the packing/protection for the parts, it was broken up inside the box. The exhaust pipes and a few scratches on them right out of the box. I opted to install them, but was a little bummed to see it. The cobra neighbor haters sound great on my 2017 dyna.

I chose the 2-day shipping for $20 and I got a shipping tracking # 3 days later. By the time I actually got my product it was well over a week after ordering. I contacted J&P Cycles after about day 4 and asked for a refund of the $20 2 day shipping and they gave me back $15. Good on their part but if you want your parts quick I would shop somewhere else. J&P Cycles sure do have a lot of the good stuff in stock.

When I need something for my motorcycle I usually check this site first.
