My bolts were not in my package due to package being rippied open by a sorting machine fault, they made it right after contacting the support in less than 20 minutes. Replacement was shipped the same day's evening and im currently waiting for it. Nothing but 5 stars for you guys! Thank you

I paid for the expedited shipping and the package was shipped with the cheapest and slowest ground service possible with the least credible shipper, USPS.
The package has been now sitting for 4 days at the USPS warehouse without any progress.
Partzilla should use a more reliable shipping especially if they are charging for expedited shipping. I have now been waiting for 2 weeks on the part that said it was in stock when I placed the order.

For this order, the expedited (Rush) shipping option applies to in-stock items, which shipped immediately on 1/30 and were delivered within 2 business days (2/3). Items that were not in stock shipped separately once available, as outlined during checkout.
The second shipment was sent on 2/6 via USPS. While tracking updates can occasionally lag due to missed scans, the package is typically still moving through the carrier’s network. We understand how concerning delays and limited tracking can feel and truly regret the disappointment this caused.
Our team is always happy to review shipping concerns directly and assist however we can.
They had an issue with getting the SkiDoo parts from their distributor.
All the customers service representatives I communicated with were excellent.

I bought a 1981 Cafe Racer that was partially disassembled and had missing small components and fasteners. Using the exploded parts view system, I was able to identify what was missing and easily order the missing neutral safety switch pawl, associated spring and screws/washers that were meant for the motorcycle. A dealer mechanic level experience as a DIY! 5 stars for Partzilla!

Order numerous parts for winter maintenance project Honda GL1800. I ordered a fork seal and bushing kit and was surprised when it did not have to copper plug washers. I did not realize this until I received the kit and paid more for shipping the two washers than the parts cost.
Call the dealership to get some rear swingarm bushings, they told me it was on back order. Googled it. Partzilla came up. Clicked on the correct information. Ordered all eight. They were here within a couple of days. Fast shipping, correct parts. What more can you ask for?

I am working on an old 2002 Kawasaki Bayou 220 that had to replace the carburetor and other components due to age and needed to replace the O ring and seat on the fuel valve without having to replace the valve itself and came across this website and found what I needed and am very satisfied. Great place to get Oem and accessories. I am able to get a lot of the Oem parts I need that are usually in stock, if not usually pretty quick it get them in. Also you can access some Oem accessories on their site that usually isn't available through other online Oem retailers.

Placed an order for main bearings, website showed all in stock. Proceed to check out, paired for them showing they would all show up 6 on one day and 4 the next, two different part numbers. I get my parts and am missing a bearing and the shipping label says it's on back order. I was never notified that any of my parts went on back order, and there was no eta on when the back order part would be shipped.
