Ordered Atv axle that was vehicle specific and picture showed to rear axle. What was recieved was front axle and when called rear axle was not available. Returning part, and that process has been smooth so far.
Bought a drive belt, had issues with it and called for tec support. Ian gave me some sugestions to try and said I ciuld still return if not satisfied. I then received a new OEM drive belt a day later. Ian ensured I will remain a customer! That and their great service videos by John Tally!

I bought a Kawasaki OEM voltage regulator, it worked great unlike the two non oem both appeared to be wired backard. The Kawasaki was expensive compared to the other two, but it worked great so "you get what you paid for".

At first while placing an order on the website it was confusing as to where to enter the promo code. I called the order line and the young lady was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and extremely nice knew exactly the problem I was having she guided me through my order and I got everything I needed to complete my order. The shipping was extremely fast and the packaging was the best I ever received being oil it was sealed up, in a bag, and zip tied up! This is the second time I have ordered a part from your company and requested expedited shipping. Both times you have utilized USPS Ground Advantage. No one would consider that an expedited shipping option. Common sense would say that if someone is buying a part from you and requesting expedited shipping, they are needing it quickly. There is nothing quick about USPS, ever.

I called customer service and no wait time they didn't put me on hold the rep that helped me listen and was so polite and immediately switched my parts. It was that simple no hassle.
I ordered a drive belt for my Honda scooter. There are dozens of belts to sort through given the number of models of Honda scooters, making sources such as Amazon risky. The index Partzilla has makes getting the proper part very easy. There are parts diagrams which allow you to visibly confirm what you are looking for. The belt arrived on time and as ordered. Very happy with the transaction and I will be using Partzilla for further purchases.

Everything they can manage was great and there is very little they can do to improve. The only issue I had/have was not with them but the post office. This has happened many times with other companies and is nothing Partzilla can do other then change shippers.
