I found a part that would seem to work on the site but wasn't sure. Called Partszilla and found out my find was incorrect but the advisor found the proper glovebox closure part.
It was a little hard to find the right parts. Some of the descriptions aren't the best. I was supposed to get free shipping, but there was nowhere to enter the code. Got the right parts and they fit good.
I received my parts in a box too large for items which would not have been a problem if some type of space filler had been included. 2 of 6 spark plugs tore themselves out of individual boxes and were beating each other up during shipment. Way too much empty space as all parts just rattled against each other. Not good

I work for an automotive repair company, and we have a 4 wheeler that we use at the shop. The front right CV axle is clicking and we bought a replacement from Partzilla. The axle came in via usps and the end was torn off and the axle was completely missing. I called up the customer service line, and within 5 minutes, and 5 pictures later I had a replacement axle being shipped to me via UPS that was received in 3 business days. You are the worst company of all that I deal with for packing parts so they are not damaged. Most of the time there is some form of damage that I do not call you on. Dented filters, spark plugs that are never in the box and sometimes cracked. Polaris wheel bearings thrown in with delicate parts with absolutely no packing and do huge damage. Check my account and see how many times I order from you!
Sometimes find oem parts on ebay listed by partzilla that are cheaper with less shipping cost that ordering off your site direct, would rather order direct than give money to ebay
I had purchased a fuelpump and switched it out and installed it in my bike and took it for a short ride thank God. And noticed a gass smell I looked under the tank it it was leaking gas. I pulled the filter out and noticed it disnt come with a gasket on it. Me not being experienced I guess disnt realize you wouldn't ship a total product and the seal is sold separately after contacting you guys. You should have a side category when checking out showing all the extra parts you have to buy to make it work. I could of caught my bike on fire real easily

Received my order and the package had been vandalized and I was missing a part. Called customer service and Kenneth was exceptional! He said no problem send pics of the box and I will expedite a replacement part today. I was amazed! No forms to fill out, no excuses, no questions, just send some pics and I will send a replacement, outstanding! Truly unexpected service. I have seen some reviews for you guys online and there are some not so good, but my experience has always been great. Thank you again. (just a note, it appeared the vandal must have known exactly what was in the box, we could only think that it was vandalized before it ever left your store. Hope you are able to find the culprit)
