I have placed a few different orders two within the last two weeks and the parts I've needed aren't easy to find just anywhere plus my bike is a 98. Partzilla had what I needed in stock. All orders have been shipped and processed fast. I appreciate their customer service and communication on the tracking and shipping. All my orders have arrived fast and parts were dead on correct. I will definitely continue to order from them in the future.
Very fast shipping, part, was better than I expected, Side by Side is now working and the all balls replacement part is half the cost of the OEM part and works as well if not better than the original part.
2 things. You'd think after spending a thousands of dollars over the years they would pitch in a t shirt or at least some decals. Shipping used to be fast and FREE. Now they hold your parts hostage for days if you don't pay the expedite fees.

The only problem I have with Partzilla is that they do not communicate with their customers very well. No confirmation of order received, parts shipped, or estimated date of delivery. Every other company I do business with renders this information. What's wrong with Partzilla? Is it really so difficult to provide this essential information to your customers? Please get with the program.
"Ships in 2 to 3 days" clause on parts that are back ordered or not in stock should be changed to "ships within 14 days" or something else more realistic. Its annoying to customers to have a perceived and expected advertised ship date that's 3 days out on order status and then once 3 days hits it just goes to the next day for 5, 7, 10 days or more without giving a realistic availability window.
