The partfinder broufht me to drawings of the parts I needed and they were number for me to select embers correct part. All my parts were correct and they were genuine Honda parts. Only suggestion: I bought two wheel bearings, two seales for each, 2 ball joints for each side of the front suspension, and tie-rod ends.
Since I forgot to purchase a replacement hub seal for each hub, it'd have. When nice to be given a heads up that "something mijgbt. E missing from your cart!
Had to call customer service because part numbers were not what I ordered. The lady I spoke with was Amazingly Polite and extremely helpful. She went over every part I ordered with me to give me the correct superseded number and made everything clear for me,,, She is a very valuable employee for y'all

I needed parts for two of my motorcycles. I wasn't sure about one of the parts so I did the online chat. I wasn't sure about very happy with the help I received. I ordered the parts on Monday and I received them on Thursday. Overall an excellent experience!
I ordered a lever set for my Can Am clutch. This should have had bolts and nuts that levers pivot on. These didn't show up with the set and now I'm not getting any communication from Partzilla as I have been emailing them for resolution

I can understand a delay once or twice, but at this point it seems to be a regular occurrence. I place orders for items that are listed as in stock or with a 2β3 day ship time, yet I consistently receive "updates" days later with revised shipping dates much further out, or notices that the item is backordered. This has become frustrating, and I'd appreciate some clarity on why this keeps happening.
