Tittle says it all. I couldn't shop online, especially when dealing with EU sizes, any place that didn't have an easy return process with lengthy return times of 90 plus days. I keep buying there for that reason.
These lengthy return times is the only reason I can shop, compare, and get the gear I need, don't ever change it. European sizes just suck, its okay to say it.

Placed the order online. Delivery was extremely slow. I know that they have no control once it leaves their warehouse. That's the issue. The time to actually fill the order took longer than I expected.
I read the fine print. They ship from multiple warehouses, There is one in Philadelphia. I assumed(incorrectly) that it would ship from there and I would have it in a day or two. Nope.
I will continue to buy from RevZilla.
I called and had some jacket/ pants questions about the Alpine star Andes air version on sizes compared to my Andes colder weather combo, I spoke with Ben and he was very helpful and put the order together and received it quickly and the fit is perfect

I ordered some Graves block off plates for my 23 GSXR600 all to find out that they are not correct for my bike so i had to return then at a cost to me of 9.99 so i lost money for something that is advertised incorrectly not happy should not cost me anything to return.
Pretty good for the money. Only negative is the retractable handle. Doesn't lock into place securely. But overall decent product.
I made a purchase and then found the item in a store a few hours later. I reached out to customer service to cancel my order and was told that there was no way to cancel an order. For me to return this I would have had to pay return shipping even though I called to cancel within a few hours of placing the order. Thankfully the customer service rep was able to help me so I didnt have to pay return shipping or wait days to receive my money back for the item. I still will not place another order with this company because of this policy. The next rep may not be as helpful.

FedEx is the worst, my package is delayed 2-3 days and non union drivers.
Why can't I Select Ups or USPS?
The Motul kit was cheaper on Amazon and the wheel cleaner stand was only 25.00 on harbor freight vs 50 on your site.
I have ordered some things and right after I had ordered them a day later I realized that I had put the wrong delivery address so they helped me redirect the delivery which is awesome because I was worried I had thousands of dollars worth of stuff going to an address that who knows who lived there but it was redirected and I got them all nice and pretty so I'm very happy and thank you
When providing the make, model, and year, I expect that product will fit without making modifications to the product and the motorcycle

I needed tires for the mighty TM Racing EN300FI.
I checked Revzilla first-great price. Looked around (I just retired - sort of weird spending money instead of saving) just to be sure, and no one had a better price. Moreover, the tires arrived 3 days after the order was placed.
I dunno- I never had a bad experience with Revzilla.
After entering the "shop your ride" details for my Bonneville, I ordered a set of mirrors. Upon arrival, the mirrors weren't even close to the right fit. Although the return process was easy, it still cost me $10 to return the order. It would be difficult for me to make a future order based on this experience.

I like Revzilla and the folks that work there and I usually have a great experience. This time the battery that I purchased arrived damaged with a bent and cracked lower corner that was visible on the original box. Not sure if it happened during shipment or not. I will be hesitant to buy batteries in the future.
