Horrible packaging for spark plugs, flimsy plastic envelope wish made all spark plugs come out of boxes and be banging each other a no no, weid because for a hose clamp it was send in a box even with bubble wrap 😀, maybe one order picker care one didn't give crap, returned after receiving same day

I followed the manufacturers instructions contacted them. They advised me that the particular battery did not meet spec. Therefore I didn't use it and sent it back.
Bought an open box item. The fine print says that it might be missing components, but I was expecting to get the manual and charger with it. I didn't see the warning until after the item arrived and I opened the package. This is on me, since I should have read the details better. Mea Culpa.

Purchased an open box item; item arrived missing a component. Contacted sales rep at Revzilla, they in turn contacted Hogworkz and items was replaced as if it was a brand new purchase. Great customer service. This is what I've come to expect as the norm with Revzilla.

This is a very good tire. For some reason, it took FedEx a full week to get the tire to me, usually it's only a few days. The tire is 14 months old, which is a little older than tires I normally get from RevZilla. Overall, a goods experience.
My tires arrived at my location within one week with good tire dates. Revzilla often times is not the cheapest, but does offer tire dates that are not old and are shipped in a reasonable time.
Beware, shipping and delivery are ALWAYS LATE. It never fails. Every single order I've ever placed, even when I pay for fast shipping, is never delivered on time or ad advertised. So if you have a deadline or requirment be careful and dont expect your item to arrive when they say it will.
The Revzilla website provides a thorough description of the product which is always appreciated since there's no surprises when you receive the goodies. I got my order in about 3 days which, considering the way the weather had been was impressive.

I bought a race suit that cost over 3k$ and the box was coming apart and the suit coming through it.
I perused the store and saved items to my wish list as I am wont to do from time to time. This particular is order though is a combination Valentine's Day gift and anniversary gift for my partner, so I already knew what I was getting. I appreciate that Affirm is an option which is very useful for small purchases that are perhaps a couple hundred dollars but less than $1000. I have zero complaints about my experience with Revzilla anytime I make a purchase, and I'll be back for more.

Satisfied return customer. Multiple previous purchases of different items, but wanted motorcycle boots for 4 different people. I called Revzilla customer support to see what happens if a pair or two don't fit. I was informed free shipping first time exchange. Ordered 4 boot pairs. 4 different sizes. 3 different brands. Only one pair didn't fit. Attempting return online required payment. I decided to call back to customer support who issued me a return label without my payment, and once received my CC would be reimbursed. I was required to make a separate purchase to get the correct size. It was during the replacement purchase process that I noticed $10 was removed from my reward account. So I did "pay" for the first return, which disappointed me. The replacement boots fit as expected, and the recipient is happy. Not happy I was either lied to up front, or a return process was handled incorrectly. Removing value from my earned rewards, does NOT make the process'free'. As a minimum, explain that to me when I call ahead to ask, and second explain that process after I call to utilize a free service, and let me know it isn't actually free, and rewards will be used in place of cash. Otherwise the process feels dirty.

I had ordered this boot as I have had Forma in the past and wanted a low boot for comfort.
I normally wear a 10 1/2 so I ordered an 11.
I received them in a timely manner. I tried them on the day I received them.
They did fit but snuggly. I put them away for a week and re-tried them.
I tried them with thick socks and thin socks. I was worried that I might develop hot spots once wearing them.
Sadly had to return them.
I did order the Icon boots.
We will see how they fit.
I have been shopping at RevZilla since the early 00's, and they are great to do business with. Nice site, with a good selection of gear and parts, decent prices, and the military discount is nice. I just wish shipping was quicker to the east-coast-USA.
I had to call RevZilla Customer Service to get their opinion of helmet sizing. They walked me through it and explained everything. I told them of trying on a helmet at a local shop and the shop owners telling me I needed a certain size smaller; however, I didn't feel that was correct. When I talked with RevZilla, they confirmed my inclinations on sizing. I received the helmet earlier this week and it's a perfect fit!
