Revzilla is my go-to for gear, tires, parts, and upgrades. Unfortunately my recent purchase will be the last until they offer a shipping partner other than FedEx.
Revzilla has always provided me with good products@ good prices. One of my most recent orders a new Schubert's helmet went bad when FedEx lost my package for a bit. Revzilla customer service was great, the applied a nice credit to my account for an inconvenience that was not their fault. That's great customer service service.Abi F. As always, the ordering process was easy. However, Fed Ex shipping had delays, due to inclement weather I assume. My order sat in the local distribution location for over 5 days. It finally arrived yesterday. Pleased with the jacket so far but have not worn it riding yet.
I was waiting for a pinlock insert to become available that had been sold out on RevZilla. I used the tracking option and after about a week when it was back in stock, I received an email from RevZilla notifying me. They included a link that took me right to it and just a few days later I had the part in hand! RevZilla should be the standard that all e-commerce platforms model them selves after.
I ordered 2 of the same items on a recent order that were shipping from 2 different locations. RevZilla kept me informed on the status of each all the way through with links to FedEx once they left their respective warehouses. Both items arrived very well packaged and on their promised dates. Other e-commerce sites should look to these guys for inspiration
I installed the Trask derby cover on my Harley Davidson Road Glide and couldn't get the cover to stop leaking oil. RevZilla gave me a really hard time to return my damaged part because it was installed on my bike. How else would I know the product was damaged if I didn't install it on my bike?
I like the product but it took FedEx 9 days to reach my house. They sent my package all the way to Orlando area to get it to the Texas Panhandle from Las Vegas, NV.
RevZilla does a great job of delivering on orders. But they really should not send you spam surveys unless you opt in. Getting so tired of every company bombarding my emails with surveys.

I upgraded from a Packtalk Slim to the Edge. On my first group ride I was very pleased with the connection performance, response to voice commands, and sound quality, however when I got up over 70 mph connection and sound quality dropped, mostly due to wind noise. I would recommend to others.
I was much less happy with Revzilla service. The box sent to me had been opened and the instructions and quick reference guide were missing. I found instructions online, but I like to carry the quick reference guide in my tail bag for just that purpose. When I called Revzilla support to inform them that they sent me an open box and see if they had a way to provide the quick reference guide, the support person, Reigis, was rude and surly. She eventually checked with a supervisor and gave me a token refund.

Delivery was a slight hiccup with NZ customs requiring me to get an importers license as total value triggered this. - In hindsight it would have been easier to place 2x orders and 2x shipments.
Goods arrived as described and in top condition - can't wait to dial in on the bikes.
I ordered new rear tire and pay for a membership to guarantee 2 days shipping. Well since USPS was chosen it took 5 days (weather was not issue) to receive the tire and it had a little over 100 miles to be shipped. You can do better. Don't pay for the membership it's not worth it!

Easy frictionless experience. First guy I called to discuss helmets with was disengaged and indifferent. Next guy I got was very knowledgeable and helpful. Return process for unwanted items through cycle gear was amazing. Guys in orange CT could not have been more helpful.

Ordering this part from Revzilla was a dream. It was delivered extremely quickly, and when it arrived it was insanely well packed. The filter itself is absolutely stunning on my bike. Everything I dreamed it would look like. My Sportster is Olive Gold and blacked out and the Gold filter is very sharp! The install instructions were a little wonky I'll say for someone who has never installed one of these before. But once we dove into it more and looked up a couple things on youtube with the instructions it moved a lot quicker. Great filter and great experience overall!
My first order with Revzilla, and I ordered 2 items on Jan 24. They had a broad selection and competitive prices. I was looking for boots and gloves. Not all of the boots came in my size, but it was easy to find gloves that fit.
On Jan 29th they told me the gloves would arrive on Jan 30. Then things went dark and the gloves did not arrive until Feb 7,2 weeks after I ordered. I had reached out to support and they explained that these sorts of delays were "common".
On Jan 29th they also sent me an "Order Overdue Update" on my boots saying " it's taking a bit longer than expected to process" with no estimate. The boots ended up arriving on Feb 5.
I guess free shipping gives you exactly what you pay for.
Everything was fine but shipping via FedEx was confusing, leading me to believe the package might have been lost. FedEx tracking was almost useless for understanding shipping progress. Product and service from RevZilla was great. They were responsive to my questions and courteous.
I have had very good luck with TourMaster products and I expect these to be the same.
It seems Revzilla was out of regular stock and went to an alternate supplier. The delivery was therefore delayed. With 20" of snow I not too upset. They did arrive and Revzilla kept me advised of the status several times.
I have been doing business with Revzilla since the start. Never disappointed with their service or brands. Sure, I have returns items but not because of Revzilla.
Received the ez shift in 4 days which is really good considering where I live. It was packaged extremely well and the quality looks great. Can't wait to get it installed and try it out. Thanks Revzilla
