I needed tires for the mighty TM Racing EN300FI.
I checked Revzilla first-great price. Looked around (I just retired - sort of weird spending money instead of saving) just to be sure, and no one had a better price. Moreover, the tires arrived 3 days after the order was placed.
I dunno- I never had a bad experience with Revzilla.
After entering the "shop your ride" details for my Bonneville, I ordered a set of mirrors. Upon arrival, the mirrors weren't even close to the right fit. Although the return process was easy, it still cost me $10 to return the order. It would be difficult for me to make a future order based on this experience.

I like Revzilla and the folks that work there and I usually have a great experience. This time the battery that I purchased arrived damaged with a bent and cracked lower corner that was visible on the original box. Not sure if it happened during shipment or not. I will be hesitant to buy batteries in the future.

I needed an SC2 comms system for my Schuberth J2 helmet (bought in Europe, not yet available here in US). I am going on a ride in March. Revzilla had the SC2 in stock and at the right price. It was shipped quickly as promised. Now I know that I will have the helmet setup I wanted for my trip. I'm a happy camper.
Large selection of motorcycle products, easy to navigate website. I purchased the motorcycle gadget handlebar blinkers. Product as described seemed like decent quality. The wiring seems like 26 gauge would prefer a little heavier wire. The lights are not daylight bright the pictures when you research them show them in low light but during the day you barely see the light so as far as the light goes, I would rate them with a 3 stars. I will have to purchase additional front marker lights to make up for the low visibility.
High quality products with multiple options in each product segment, reviews are great (year to year product development as manufacturers make changes, etc), customer service support is fine, returns process is fine.
One suggestion: give your best $$$ customers a better discount to prevent me from going to competitors (direct to manufacturers, Amazon, Ebay, other online retailers)
I received my polyurethane bushings, there was a few extra costs incurred to Ireland, but overall I'm happy. I haven't fitted them yet, so time will tell. But they look great quality. I'm confident that if I have any issues it will be sorted.
I have a pair of Gerbings battery powered heated gloves and I needed a second pair of batteries to extend their use. Revzilla listed them on their website at an okay price. I placed the order and received the batteries about one week later. The batteries charged up as expected but I have yet to use them in the gloves.

Bought the biltong charger helmet for my better half in size small.the head pads fit comfortably but the cheek pads were too tight. So we ordered medium sized cheek pads for a custom fit. Everything worked out great. We ordered on line and received it in four days.

Easy enough to find the battery I needed. Whomever packed it did a terrible job. The box was a mess with this battery rolling around in there resulting in a delay to me. While I have the vent: all the teaser ads with out of stock or weird sized items used as click bait are driving me away from you.
