As always, RevZilla delivered! I was very specific on what I wanted: black, leather, gauntlet style, with carbon fiber over the knuckles. With RevZilla there were multiple options from which to choose. The delivery was on time and the sizing was consistent with previous glove purchases.

I have bought multiple items on Revzilla (tires, brake pads, brake fluid et all) over the years and the most recent was the helmet purchase. I always find all necessary specifications for the parts right there on the webpage. Prices are competitive and with helmets at least there is always associated review videos. Kudos on that job. This is the first time I ended up using the technical support and people sound honest and helpful - a rare quality these days.
The shipment times are always on point even for a non-RPM member and I hope this good experience continues regardless of membership status. What more can you ask! Ride safe 2 wheeled brothers and sisters.
Purchased bridgestone motorcycle tires, specifically 18" (retro sizing). Purchase, pricing, delivery to workshop were all direct and on time as promised. Happy with that.
I wish there was stock if more similar tires from pirelli and metzler but that is a different logistics issue to that of purchase and delivery.
I'm in-between sizes, so I reached out to the chat person to discuss what sizes I needed. After taking some measurements at home and working with the person via chat, we accurately sized boots, pants, jersey, and the Bionic Pro V3, which is awesome! All in all, was very happy and will purchase again!

The jacket that I purchased was undersize for the size given. Even after comparing their sizing chart. There was no problem with returning the item but I did have to pay for the return shipping. A good experience
As usually Revzilla is a no brainer for me when it comes to gear and other riding essentials. And usually good pricing on tires.
Shipped the parts in a few days. When I received the parts one of the bags was ripped open and the part was gone. I called customer service and Dawn took great care of me. All ready received the parts in.
Timely delivery via USPS is always problematic. Not having options available for shipping is not acceptable. My recent order took 10 days from Louisville to my door in Kearney, MO. (Kansas City area). A recent order from a MC parts vendor in the UK took 4 days. Shipped via DHL. We all know the problems with USPS. They won't be fixed anytime soon so, when options are out there why not allow your customers the option to use them? IMO it will cost you customers.

Revzilla has always provided me with good products@ good prices. One of my most recent orders a new Schubert's helmet went bad when FedEx lost my package for a bit. Revzilla customer service was great, the applied a nice credit to my account for an inconvenience that was not their fault. That's great customer service service.Abi F. As always, the ordering process was easy. However, Fed Ex shipping had delays, due to inclement weather I assume. My order sat in the local distribution location for over 5 days. It finally arrived yesterday. Pleased with the jacket so far but have not worn it riding yet.
I was waiting for a pinlock insert to become available that had been sold out on RevZilla. I used the tracking option and after about a week when it was back in stock, I received an email from RevZilla notifying me. They included a link that took me right to it and just a few days later I had the part in hand! RevZilla should be the standard that all e-commerce platforms model them selves after.
I ordered 2 of the same items on a recent order that were shipping from 2 different locations. RevZilla kept me informed on the status of each all the way through with links to FedEx once they left their respective warehouses. Both items arrived very well packaged and on their promised dates. Other e-commerce sites should look to these guys for inspiration
I installed the Trask derby cover on my Harley Davidson Road Glide and couldn't get the cover to stop leaking oil. RevZilla gave me a really hard time to return my damaged part because it was installed on my bike. How else would I know the product was damaged if I didn't install it on my bike?
I like the product but it took FedEx 9 days to reach my house. They sent my package all the way to Orlando area to get it to the Texas Panhandle from Las Vegas, NV.
RevZilla does a great job of delivering on orders. But they really should not send you spam surveys unless you opt in. Getting so tired of every company bombarding my emails with surveys.

I upgraded from a Packtalk Slim to the Edge. On my first group ride I was very pleased with the connection performance, response to voice commands, and sound quality, however when I got up over 70 mph connection and sound quality dropped, mostly due to wind noise. I would recommend to others.
I was much less happy with Revzilla service. The box sent to me had been opened and the instructions and quick reference guide were missing. I found instructions online, but I like to carry the quick reference guide in my tail bag for just that purpose. When I called Revzilla support to inform them that they sent me an open box and see if they had a way to provide the quick reference guide, the support person, Reigis, was rude and surly. She eventually checked with a supervisor and gave me a token refund.
