Got in a bit of an accident leaving the handlebar bent on the right side. Great fitting, looks great, not the EXACT same as the stock triple clamp though. Most affordable oem option found. Reasonable shipping time. Now back on the road, thanks revzilla.
I ordered a second helmet kit for my Packtalk Bold amd a new Shoei helmet. The helmet I ordered was too small which was my fault. Unfortunately, they don't do exchanges but they did let me return the helmet for a full refund no questions asked. I ordered the new helmet with 2 day shipping. It took a full day to process and it was delivered in 2 days so 3 days total.
Revzilla is my go-to for everything moto related. Tons of options, great prices, and they give to the moto community with Common Tread. On top of that, they have a price match guarantee. I found a jacket and pants on another site for less, and they matched it no problem. These guys are top notch!
Ordered the Helite Turtle 2 vest in black large. Received a hy viz vest in large. Clear plastic bag over the very visible vest sent to me was labeled black large. The vest sent did not have any hangtags attached or in the box. I feel that a $729 product should have a user manual with a warranty tag. Shipping is always quick, and the return was easy. Revzilla extended a $25 credit for the mistake.
The shipping was prompting fast and the tracking order number was all is available for me to find out where my merchandise was as it was on its way to my house
Price seemed a little high for this battery so I gave them a call. They price matched what I would have spent on Amazon. I would rather give my business to Revzilla. Their customer service is always the best.

Super easy, its a little frustrating being forced to choose a specific size of an item when adding to a wishlist, there were several products I had to go back and re-add because I didn't realize they didn't make it due to this. Sometimes the filter by bike feature doesn't work as intended and I get fed all things that fit vs items in a specific category I'm interested in. Otherwise pretty standard UX and nothing too out of the ordinary

My order iarrived on time. But when I used it for the first time my Revitt Jacket I found avery personal items in the pockets, like lipstick and scarf. So I ordered a brand new jacket and received an used one.

Exactly as 'Give your review a title' says. I inquired through the Customer Service CHAT portal to explain why all their NOLAN helmets were on closeout. I received the answer from that department "The company may have changed contracts, or maybe its just old stock that is being priced to move, they do not tell the customer service level agents that kind of information unfortunately. But I'd certainly jump at the deal if I were going to get a Nolan, those are hard to beat!

I CANNOT base a purchase decision for safety gear on "... may have..." or "... maybe its just...", or "... they don't tell us..." information! It's a disservice to you clients and frankly a disservice to those people you put in a Customer Service position to represent your company.
There are numerous reasons why items are on close out. It will never be because the item is not safe to use. I've owned and ridden motorcycles for many years. My most recent purchase was motor oil for my Honda Gold Wing Trike. The oil arrived at my residence within 2 business days after ordering. Excellent service.
Ordered All Ballz front axle bearings for a 2018 YZF250. Got rear bearings in a front bearing package. No biggie, I'm sure Revzilla would have made it right, but we just decided to keep them and I ordered Factory oEM front bearings thru a different vendor. It's all good.

I've ordered quite a bit this year, both riding gear and bike parts. In that time, mistakes were made, usually on my part but on one occasion I had an item damaged in transit. Returns were pretty pain free and refunds were quick. The damage item was immediately replaced for free and the extra parts that came with it that I didn't need were returned and I even got revzilla cash for not retaining them. It's been a very positive experience all around this year.
Went in to get helmet padding because mine is mush. Had to order that gear which i recieved by mail today, but ended up buying a dinese jacket at a price less than expected!
I joined the RPM program at RevZilla and the faster shipping has alone paid for the cost. Never had any issues with their customer service or shipping!
