Purchase process was flawless as usual. The shipping not so much. My order was unfortunately held up for some unknown reason for an extra week. Reliance on USPS instead of FedEx or UPS is often fraught with difficulties from time to time.
Saw the Nelson-Rigg Hurricane Adventure Tail Bag recommended on a rider's site. Went to Revzilla, ordered it, and it arrived, I think, like, three days later. The product arrived in perfect shape, went on the bike very easily, and is everything I expected. Very useful, and better than the tank bag it replaces since it's not in your face. However, I think I'll still get a small tank bag for stuff you wanna have access to without getting off the bike.
The tire (Michelin Road 6 GT) in the size I required was in stock (as usual) and shipped immediately. I am now ready to install my tire in the riding off-season here in Western PA to be ready for the riding season.in March.

Sometimes returns sometimes cost more than the product. I ordered the wrong splined adapter for my floorboards and it's not worth my time/money to return them. This is poor customer service in my opinion now that everyone is used to amazon returns being free. Strengthen your partnerships with Cycle Gear or J&P Cycle and allow free returns in store!

I order a hjc raph 91 modular helmet,I order in a large it came and was very tight,I spoke with a Micah in customer support on a Sunday morning told me how to return the helmet letf it with FedEx. Went home and order my new helmet in a XL,GREAT FIT ALSO RECEIVED MY H 37 face shield. Looks sharp, bad $#*! helmet.
