Purchased a $700 Alpinestar Tech-air chest protector. Received package within just a couple days but when I opened the box I found a used chest protector that had been worn by someone who appears to have crashed in it. I'm not trusting my Son's life with a used chest protector and quite honestly I can't believe an online retailer would be so careless as to ship out a life-saving device after it had obviously been used by someone else. I realize everyone makes mistakes but when that kind of money is on the line and someone's safety is in question you better make damn sure you send what the customer paid you for. That's my opinion anyways. They have offered to take it back of course however, I believe we'll hold onto it in an attempt to further make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen to someone else in the future. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.
I personally have good experiences with my purchases with Revzilla, always receive new products never repackaged or opened merchandise.

Just received my air hawk 12x18 it was just put in a shipping box loose no packaging but you included a box for 11x11 pad that this wont even fit in that however is not the problem the problem is no straps to install talked with conner who tried to help but wastold you wouldnt ship me straps had to return then i was instructed you need a picture, i dont have that capability so its up to me to rig something up to make work, was told zilla was different but as of now just like all the chinese sellers but thank you for getting to me on time because im also waiting for a set of boot straps since before thanksgiving, well I guess im on my own so I hope you as a company prospers and ill move on see if i can find a responsible place to buy parts have a great day

To clarify, we do not carry replacement straps for the Airhawk pad. Because of that, the only way we’re able to resolve a missing-parts issue like this is by processing a return for either a refund or replacement. That’s why returning the item was advised.
Regarding the photo request: the picture is not meant to create extra work for you. It’s required so we can confirm the issue and ensure the item is properly marked as damaged/incomplete, which prevents it from being placed back into inventory and potentially affecting another customer.
I understand not having the ability to provide photos can be limiting, and I’m sorry that made the process feel one-sided. That was not our intention. We truly do want to do the right thing and prevent this from happening again.

They are a reliable company. Similar to j&p but with more stuff for foreign bikes. I like the pennys back on the dollars spent, makes me feel like I'm saving money.

I bought a Memphis Shades vent for my aftermarket windshield. I had to cut the hole in my windshield for the vent. I had an old windshield with vent which served as my pattern. However, I suggest the manufacturer include a large template for marking the hole for other buyers.
