As usual, order delivered quickly and accurately. Extra added bonus was that it was cheaper than the manufacture with everything factored in. Thanks guys!
Employees at Philly store took care of business for me correcting a online misorder.Returned the wrong part and got the correct part to my residence in a few days along with other purchases they made for me in store.Courteous, professional and quick.
Mixed review for Revzilla. Great website and selection. Fair pricing. Order fulfillment and shipping were nothing short of heinous. I would most likely use the site again but only if I dont need the item right away.
I didn't fit as described and it's a nice upgrade to the bike. It's shipping was quick and everything arrived in good shape. It is however a major letting down receiving your packages and finding there are no stickers included. We don't buy these parts for the bike we buy these parts so we get three stickers obviously.
I wanted boots but wasn't sure what. Tried some on at Cycle Gear but they were too stiff to shift. So I went to RevZilla and watched several videos and selected a pair. The video demonstrated they were flexible enough. Very happy with my choice.
Overall very satisfying. Only issue was also buying hip pads and braces for the riding pants. Neither was available at Revzilla.
My wife ordered these riding pants to replace her worn-out pair. Perfect fit using the Rev'it measuring chart. Great features. Quickly delivered.
Easy website navigation. Good selection of products.
Stating the obvious- you know you gotta be a cheapass to buy a $35 set of 7.5" dimpled dorkhorns on purpose. Truth be told, I've done so much weird, kinky stuff to bikes over the years that I have found grace and beauty in the simple stock hand controls. Granted, I'm running a far from stock setup consisting of an FX front end on an evo fatboy with a bobtail rear fender, true dual heritage fishtip twice-pipes, and depending on how I'm feeling about riding any given day will determine which of the 4 different saddles get plopped on for ripping around the Middle Tennessee countryside. I splurged on a set of +2" T/I cables from amazon and now have additional options for going up yet an additional 2" on the handlebars if I so choose. But that'll be a story for another time...
The real reason I went el-cheapo was to get my hands up from a drag bar to where my mirrors are actually usable instead of staring at my shoulders and trying to hunch & duck, contorting my torso just to get a peek of what may be behind me in the cutest little heart-shaped mirrors you ever did see. I've built whole-$#*! bikes around a god damned intake cover. I've also built bikes around silly $#*! seats. This frankensoftail has blessed me with over 80k miles of smiles all over the country, and now with functioning mirrors, I am riding with a lot more peace of mind. I also have children so they take up most of my money. That is reason enough to get cheap parts. If you've made it this far, I applaud your attention span and thank you for your time.
Keep your knees in the breeze and shiny side up, ya weirdos.
The ONLY issue I had with making my purchase was deciding on what handlebar to choose. The drop menus to sort by all the features such as width, rise, finish, and price made the process much easier, and I very much appreciate that! THANK YOU!
One of the items listed as "In stock", it didn't seem like it was "in stock" as the item took more than a week and a half to arrive. The item also did not fit my bike! Apparently the wrong item was sent. All good, RevZilla and the manufacturer came through. My experience with RevZilla across the board was decent and I will continue to order their products.
I ordered several items including helmet, riding jeans, gloves, shoes and riding jacket and all of the items had good detailed sizing information and everything I ordered fit well. All items shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. Overall a very good shopping experience.
I have tried 3 different windscreens on the Honda NX500. I am 5'-11" and the stock screen was terrible for buffeting. I tried another brand of touring screen but the buffeting was still bad enough to cause blurred vision. I tried another brand short sport screen which got my head up in clean air so there was no buffeting but the wind noise was terribly loud. The puig screen works, I feel just a slight amount of buffeting on the very top of my helmet but it's not enough to blurt my vision. The only trade off is it's so tall it looks a little goofy in my opinion, but maybe it will grow on me.
Someone needs to invent a better solution for wind buffeting on adventure bikes or everyone needs to be 5'-6"" in height. This screen does work if you have run out of options.
Good luck.
I saw two different reviews warning to order 1 size smaller on icon jackets but I ordered what was recommended by icon's sizing chart and I feel it was correct. If I had ordered the size smaller it would have been too tight in the shoulders.
Initial order placed with full shipping address. Per someone on your end, you decided to ship it to half of the shipping address, so when it arrived to my post office, they could not deliver. Contacted support, reissued my order with full shipping address and another 2weeks wait for the initial order. Additionally, the Fuel Screen strainer did not indicate it came with the O ring, so I ordered an O ring and spent needless money. A little disappointing considering your reputation.
I ordered a pair of boots on here that cost over $500. They took way longer than expected to come to me and when they did come, they were way too big. I had to issue a return on the boots and after a very long time, it was approved. In the meantime of the refund coming through my bank detected fraud on my debit card and turned it off. I explained this to Revzilla and they told me not to worry that I would still get my refund. Well, several weeks later I still have no refund. I called my bank and they show no history of Revzilla making a refund. I spoke to Kaitlyn in customer service and she told me that there's nothing that she could do because the refund was initiated, even if my bank hasn't received it. Basically i'm out $535 and have no protection for riding on my feet. Terrible customer service, terrible business. Was planning to shop for all gear here but will never be returning and will encourage my friends to buy elsewhere as well
Have purchased many parts from RevZella and have had quick delivery and good prices. When required to speak to someone they were knowledgeable and quick to solve my issues. I will use them again in the future.
I ordered the klockwerks 11inch sport windshield and it looks good on the bike but I wish I would have got the 12 inch I think that would have been perfect for me.
Revzilla usually has what you want in stock and has fair pricing so you can't complain to much.
Customer service and shipping is great. The gloves just fit funky tight through the hand but really baggy and loose to the wrist.
Able to narrow down to my vehicle and knowing that the part will fit is everything. Black wind screen upgrade to the Ninja ZX6R 636 on a white bike. Looks sleek and sharp.
I've been using Cardo for approximately 15 years never failed me. When we do a group ride anywhere from 6 to 10 guys we can all talk to each other. That's awesome.
I ordered a couple of expensive clothing items and paid extra to have 2-day delivery. There was *no* delay in Revzilla getting the items into the mail, so they came very quickly. Unfortunately, the sizing is off (by "that" much), so I have to return. I'm not happy about it because I did research sizing pretty carefully. But I appreciate Revzilla's return policy, and I always treat items very carefully while I'm trying them on, and pack as I received them. It's a two way street.
Everything was terrible especially shipping. Fed ex never updates their site and the product arrives in state days before its delivered. The product is usually incorrect even though it says it fits your motorcycle. Beyond dissatisfied! Take 3 to 5 days to even ship. The whole process is terrible…and my name is spelled wrong & you cant correct it. If you are in a rush for a part do not order from this company. You will be disappointed!
The fuel line i first ordered was the wrong one went round and round with customer service then went back in and found the right part
Unclear about options for add on parts for this product
