I had to call RevZilla Customer Service to get their opinion of helmet sizing. They walked me through it and explained everything. I told them of trying on a helmet at a local shop and the shop owners telling me I needed a certain size smaller; however, I didn't feel that was correct. When I talked with RevZilla, they confirmed my inclinations on sizing. I received the helmet earlier this week and it's a perfect fit!

I ordered Enduro Engineering radiator braces for a 2024 WR250F. The braces fitted poorly and I was not able to get the stock shrouds back on the bike. The fitment was so bad I just removed the radiator braces and now their useless. I would not recommend this product for a 24 WR250F.

The product wasn't damaged, it was packaged very well. I didn't even get expedited shipping and my product arrived in 2 days, very good experience.
They canceled my order and sent an email saying that if I figure out the reason for the cancellation then feel free to reorder. I called and customer service was useless. They said they couldn't figure out the issue and couldn't let me talk to anyone who could.

My experience buying Arlen Ness black fork tubes +2 was excellent with my veterans discount.But delivery was terrible by leaving my items in the lobby unattended when we have problems with thieves.

My son has started his motorcycle journey and was wearing a very bulky Carhartt jacket. We got him a jacket from Revzilla and he loves it! We are still in the Snowmaggedon on 2026 so he can't ride his bike, but he wore it outside and said the cold didn't penetrate, so I gotta believe it will be good for wind resistance and hopefully we never have to find out about body protection!
I ordered 3 items and, as expected, the delivery was very fast. However, this time was a huge disappointment. One of the products was missing parts, rendering it completely unusable. To make matters worse, the packaging arrived looking heavily worn and used.
I reached out to customer service, but they were not helpful. Now I'm stuck with an expensive, non-functional product. I chose RevZilla for the reliability and convenience I usually experience, but this experience fell far short of that.

As usual Revzilla scores a 10. Replacing an 8 year old helmet with a Nexx wst3 B-side. Fits just right, quality is there in every part of the helmet. My compliments to Nexx.

I ordered a helmet known to be lightweight. I finally got it, and yes, it is exactly what I wanted. I can't figure out why it took exactly 14 days fro the helmet to be delivered. Before I got the helmet Revzilla sent me two emails asking me how I liked my new helmet.
We’re really sorry this order took longer than expected. At the time of purchase, the order did carry a stated 5–7 business day processing lead time before shipment. Unfortunately, widespread weather disruptions across the U.S. then caused additional carrier delays once the package was in transit, extending delivery beyond what anyone would reasonably expect.
We completely understand how frustrating that is and regret the inconvenience this caused. We truly appreciate you giving us a try and value the feedback, as it helps us continue improving our communication and service.
Ordered a jacked that arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service, there was only one replacement jacket left in my size. The customer service rep worked quickly to make sure I was able to get the replacement and sent it 2 day. Very happy with the service
Fast easy process with the items I want in stock
Wasn't sure what the mirrors were going to look like on my bike so I only order one as they were universal fit. Once I confirmed I liked the look I ordered the second mirror thinking I've got a week or so before the part arrives I'll take my time doing some other minor repairs then BANG the mirror arrived early so i had to wrap the fixes so I get back out on the asphalt. The mirrors look and function great. Thank you!
