Ordered 3 helmets based on posted sizes. None of them fit. So, I have $20 in return shipping charges and no helmet. Won't buy there again.

The product is fine but the postage I paid to Revzilla was bogus so I had to pay it again.
Not happy!

Ordered what it said for size, but it was too big. I thought return shipping was free but it wasn't.

I ordered the NRC tail tidy for a scrambler 1100. I received it in a shipping box, but within that, all the pieces were together in a clear bag. No original box, nothing to keep the pieces from banging against themselves. I called after 8 received complaining abou5 hopped it was shipped and that there were scratches that at some point would rust. I was told to respond to an email Revzilla would send with pictures. I did that over a week ago and I have yet to hear anything. I even referenced this past Friday when my front blinkers arrived in a proper NRC box with packing material. No response..

Friends of mine recommended the settlement road sofa seat with backrest I'm a older rider and appreciate comfort so I ordered it even though it was really expensive. Rozilla alerted me to the order being placed when we shipped and when it was delivered, which I greatly appreciated Unfortunately, I put it on the bike. We both sat on it and she did not like the passenger seat so I boxed it completed the return paperwork and was credited back the purchase price less shipping which I thought was very fair I would highly recommend RevZilla to anyone looking to purchase motorcycle parts or apparel. This is a great product, but the picture is a bit misleading (and this same picture is used on most motorcycle parts websites). You don't get two blue rectangular foam filters. You get one blue rectangular foam filter (fused outer and inner) and you get one black rectangular foam filter (flame $#*!ant foam). Both are pre-oiled and everything works great, but the picture should really show the blue (fused) foam filter and the black foam filter.

Dig the website and fast shipping. They get things out crazy fast. They do use USPS a good bit but it works well.

Upon receiving this jacket there was an immediate odor of like having been worn before. The odor was rather strong and I had to wash the jacket three times to get the odor out it did not appear to be an odor from a chemical if I had to guess I would say that somebody wore the jacket for several rides and then returned it so the other is really strong on it.

I recently bought and received this Puig windscreen for my K1600. It was I believe a return item that I got for 20% off retail. It was in "as new" perfect shape and I am really enjoying this taller windscreen as I am 6'5". It was very easy to install and well worth the price even at full price!

Called before hand to ask a question about the product I was buying and was told I would receive an email with that information. Never recieved an email. Decided to buy the product anyways, but this turned out to be a mistake. The product was shipped and received very fast, but as I take it out of the box it was not what I ordered. It was completely the wrong color from what I ordered but at least it was the part that I needed.
