I ordered a pair of pants, some chain cleaning items and dry lube. The cleaner and lube were missing from the order. Kystal was great and helpful getting the missing items shipped out and provided a return label for the pants that ran small.
I purchased a Sedici Advventura jacket in Feb that quickly began coming apart at the seams. For the cost of the jacket and the expense of local repairs I could purchase a much nicer new jacket and decided to look at warranty options. Unfortunately the warranty process meant I would be without a jacket for close to a week, so I timed the process to overlap with a vacation to minimize riding time without protection. Unfortunately the order process for the replacement item was not smooth and the item was "label created, waiting for carrier pickup" for over a week. Emily offered great support and resubmited the order. This replacement was delayed by the carrier additional days. I received the product today, nearly 3 weeks after placing the initial order for the replacement product. The process was cumbersome but Emily was great.

USPS routed each package from NJ to Colorado to Spokane WA (only a 2 hour drive to my location) then to Sacramento CA then to Fresno CA then back to Sacramento CA then to Fresno CA then to Spokane WA and finally to my address Wenatchee WA. STOP USING USPS for SHIPPING

Nice build quality, a little finicky to fit all the way on the pipe. Heat shield washers were a pain. Overall I'm happy it's a big improvement over stock and much bigger sound.
