Staff take their time and listen to what you want and then are very knowledgeable about helping you with various options. I have always had very positive experiences at this store.

The adhesive on the grips was not sticky and didn't work.

Nice build quality, a little finicky to fit all the way on the pipe. Heat shield washers were a pain. Overall I'm happy it's a big improvement over stock and much bigger sound.

Got it in 2 days. HD model is loud as long as you have the speaker over ears directly. Good price

RevZilla had the exact tires and in the correct size in stock. Finding them and then ordering them was a snap. I then had them shipped directly to a tire installer with no problems. It was all very simple and straightforward.

Easy and simple to order Customer Surveys are a nuisance

I generally receive great service from Revzilla, but this last shipment need a little more protective packaging. I ordered some motul shine and go and the lack of packaging allowed the cap to come off and spray everything inside the box. Nothing was damaged though.

I just realized that the "sedici" brand is sort of revzilla's in-house brand. I have a set of sedici riding pants that I like and I just bought a new helmet, the sedici parlare 3. After several rides with it I would say I really like it. It has a great look and feels very high quality for the price.

Free 2-day shipping has a vvveeeerrrrryyyy loose interpretation at RevZilla. Most of my orders have not been 2-day. And some that claim they will be 2-day have turned out to be shipped via Ground. Very dishonest. They also have a shipping timer that pretends your items will ship same day which is a total lie and is just there to pressure you to buy. Shady practices with the shipping and RPM.

Trailer hitch picture and description show a hidden hitch, and comment that it does not retract from appearance of bike. This is not the case

I should have bought this a long time ago. Alpinestars' quality and Revzilla's customer service and price are excellent.

I've been shopping at Revzilla/Cycle Gear for a long time. Outstanding customer service - product videos and reviews - no hassle return policy(pay attention to their terms) - generally fast shipping - and good prices. I personally find paying the $30(I think) to be a member worth it for free expedited shipping, easy access to customer service, and a bit of savings.

The jeans run pretty tight which makes the inner lining press and bunch up against my legs, which is not super comfortable. The dye quality also looks a little splotchy. But, it offers AAA protection for an unbeatable price, so I can't ding it too much.
