Was sent the wrong clutch pack the first time. When I called up, the guy on the phone was awesome. Got me the right part number and sent me out the new clutch pack and also a free return shipping label.
Shipping took well over a week for some reason. Was supposed to get it on a Wednesday and I never got it till Saturday. I don't know why it took so long to get here, but that's my only complaint.

Easy to find parts even for my 20 year old bike. With an rpm membership I got my parts delivered in two days. Two tires a stator and a carb rebuild kit. Would definitely use again.

I've been shopping J&P Cycle for over 30 years. I have always had great service and pricing until now. The grips I ordered were $65 and identical to the $15 Ebay rubber that tore and I was replacing. Easy returns is a bonus. Still waiting on my credit bac?
A little difficult to stay on item while looking for choices
Had what i was looking for at an affordable price. Grips the road at every curve on the road. This is my third tire from you guys and they are my favorite. Totally recommend
Needed a new tire. Couldn't get our size last year when we looked, it was out of stock. Very happy to have gotten one.
The tires are confusing to shop for. Tried looking up certain brand of tires and could only get the front. Had to find a diff brand to go with that had availability on both tires. Then checked to see if original tires wanted were available and they were. So we went with those.
My bike is in my garage at j and p. It make finding my parts quick and easy. Shipping as best as can be expected. Prices are comparable.
Every time I order something and it comes from Las Vegas they managed to screw it up. Most of the time they don't put my name on the package just the company name, then I have to scramble around trying to find my package among 50 packages delivered that day. In my most recent order (this one takes the cake), they sent me two spark plugs in a plastic bag? When I opened the bag I poured out porcelain dust. What is it with the shippers in Las Vegas are they high?

Fast shipping- good service. The axle covers look nice and fit well on my softail, but the set screws aren't the highest quality and tend to strip out easily.
