Looking for an ignition coils for my softail, JP had it on their site, it was available so I bought it. The shipping was relatively quick. The correspondence wasn't great, there were no updates on it being shipped until the day before it arrived

I ordered a pair of repro Panhead cylinderheads and rocker assy's. The website was very easy to use and very clear with special information for overseas customers. I live overseas, so I expected a long delivery time and hassles to get it through customs. I even calculated in the risk that the website might not be accurately updated and the parts not being in stock after all. The flat rate shipping cost overseas were very reasonable.
The next day I was informed by email that my order was processed and shortly after I got an SMS text from Fedex that the parts were on their way. Fedex took care of the customs duties and VAT. No stress! They texted me for the payment in the morning and the parts were delivered to my door that same afternoon, only 5 minutes after the time slot they gave me days before.
I ordered Wednesday evening and received my parts Tuesday afternoon. Great service all the way from both J&P Cycles and Fedex! Thank you. I will surely order from you again.

The experience is okay except they force you to do this review, I deleted this email more than once after seeing that it is more than a confirmation, that I have to spend time to submit it, but they keep sending it over and over, pissing me off, maybe after taking $20 of my time forcing me to fill this oput, they will leave me alone and not lose future business from me, and i am about to need a lot of parts

The ordering process for my exhaust heat shields was super simple. Jp made it easy to find the correct size parts I needed. They offered a variety of options but allowed the choice to remain narrow and not overwhelming. The parts came well packaged and complete. They arrived on-time and the delivery updates were accurate. I will be ordering again.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Arrived like it had been run over by a semi. Inside out, wrinkled beyond recognition. No matter how warm you get it in the sun or dryer, still wrinkled, terrible fit. Not worth 200$ or your time.

I desperately needed a backrest in order to ride more than 5 miles on my bike. I ordered one from another online store and sent it back immediately because It just didn't do the job. So I stopped in at J&P Cycles. The sales rep was helpful and knew exactly what would work for me and my bike.

Doesnt matter if i buy tires, bearings or risers they always come on time or early. I love that the site checks parts and is always fluid about letting you know if you need a separate bolt set or something wont fit with OEM. Makes it really dumby resistant when your new to the game.

The 2 Touring Hog Works covers I purchased are good, just the underbelly strap needs to be about 4 more inches longer so it doesn't slip out of the clasp. Other than that, all good..

Ordered Handguards, ad said fit my bike(they Don't)
I installed brackets on handguards first and then thought I was screwed because now I can't return them since they were used. Jonah helped a lot

It says they ship out within 24 hours, but it really took like 32 but overall still good shipping. I ordered two Shenko tires for my surron and only took two or three days to come

I've been looking for Nexus for over a year. It's amazing on the isinglass on my boat. Now if you could just bring the price down :)
