Everytime I need a part for my Harley, I know I can count on J&P Cycles. I have never had to return items because they know exactly the part that I need.

That was awesome. Linda was very helpful and super nice.

So I ordered a set of custom dynamics fog lights and mounting brackets.
The order and delivery went great.
I have 2 issues,
1, They aren't plug and play, not a big deal just wish they had more wire and connectors to complete wiring.
2, They don't come with the 5/16" bolts to mount lights to brackets.

Shipped in a very reasonable time! The packaging for the pushrods was completely opened on one end and tapped up a lot on the other. Really hoping it's not a used part :/

I have ordered many things from J&P Cycles. I have throughly pleased with every aspect of my experience. I would and do highly recommend them to anyone who has a motorcycle.

This is a must have for Harley Roadking owners. It has solved my issue with bringing foot out and up with using the brake. I also feel this product is better made than OEM.

I was looking for a very particular seat right at the start of Biketoberfest and the customer service rep went out of his way to find the item I wanted which was outside in the Mustang tent and put it aside until I got there the following day!

When I ordered the saddlebag stiffeners, the description stated that the price was Each. Since my bike obviously has two bags, I ordered two. To my unpleasant surprise, I opened the package, only to find 2 sets of two.
Part is fine and does the job, but now I have another set that essentially useless.
Fix your description!

My husband and I have been purchasing parts for several years now from JP Cycles. We have always had fast, accurate service and extremely quick delivery.

Setting up my bike on the website gave me exactly what I needed. Gets everything that works correct the first time. Just click, add to cart and go. Shipping was quick. Had both tires within 2 days.

I have always had a positive experience in the past with products and service. Shipping has drastically declined sense switching to FedEx. It used to take two days for arrival now its a week and half. That being said I still recommend their products.

Customer service rep. Mike was not knowledgeable gave me wrong information about the product. He told me my lid covers were hard for pliable plastic leather covered. They were not they were blind flimsy. Flexible lead covers not what I want. I returned my order very unhappy with Mike and his knowledge or lack of knowledge of the products you're selling

Quick to find what I needed. Easy to order. However I wish they automatically combined orders when placed on the same day without having to cancel the first order.

Called customer service they were very nice but couldnt send the missing parts

I ordered a set of mirrors, the right mirror was received quickly yet the left mirror came about a week later. Please note the website said they were in stock.
