I purchased the same tires as OEM. The bike is new to me and I don't have experience working on it. If I can get the wheels off, the quoted price for mounting and balancing at the local Cycle Gear is great.

I received the product and a fairly quick time, but it came with no instructions on how to adjust it. I guess you just have to figure it out for yourself.

I received my handle bars and other items quickly with free shipping if Harley can't help with my needs for parts J&P always comes through

Items ordered on 9/28/25. Received items today, 10/22/25. Suggest customer have option to choose and pay shipping method desired. Would have chosen USPS Priority Mail, instead of Ground Advantage, which takes way too long to receive items that were purchased.

J&P cycles had the tire I was looking for at the right price. They delivered it to my door very fast. The entire transaction was smooth.

I couldn't find the part i needed through harley or any local shop, so i went to J & P where i found multiple options at a fair price. Through harley i wouldn't have had my brake lines for almost 3 months, i had them within a week ordering through J & P

Needed (or thought I did) a new clutch cable and handle. Handles installed easily and seem to be of good quality. Clutch cable was good quality as well but didn't seem to have as much cable as the OEM part, as it took a bit of fanagalling to get enough cable to slip past the cable mount on the handle bars. Unlike the OEM part the cable adjustment uses a 7/16" nut rather than 1/2", but the lock nut is still 9/16". It adjusted well, I just thought it was odd to use a different sized nut. I would have also liked the rubber protector over the clutch cable adjustment to be slightly longer, it covers it but just barely, I will have to see how it handles longer rides and might zip tie it into place if it moves.

I have never owned a motorcycle until September of last year. I've had a lot of fun with it but I couldn't ride for very long. I have seen YouTube channels that show changing the stock seat with aftermarket products. After weighing the pros and cons of each seat, I settled on the Sattlemen. As stiff as it is, it is still more comfortable than my stock seat. It takes me an hour going to and from work each day. So far, I have a little over 600 miles on that seat and I can't wait for a longer day trip. Great seat.

Grateful to J&P for having the tires I needed fresh and in stock. I had heard of supply problems due to tariffs and foreign tensions.

Seeing as how Harley doesn't support it's bikes past 10 years, J&P is a life saver. Prompt delivery, accurate descriptions, simple web site.

This is like the second or third purchase from J&P and you have been spot on... what I see is what I get and your shipping/delivery process is impeccable, down to tracking status even... keep up the excellent work.

Insufficient packaging meant that my handle bars were sticking out the bottom of the box, this made it so the bar end got a bit chewed up. I brought this to JP cycles and they did nothing to help. VERY Poor CS.

Im hesitant on online purchases but everything is clearly matched to out bike, no guessing, easy, easy check out, delivery updates, came quick

Ordering was easy but not a chance was this item going to fit 03 softail... it was so loose sides never touched and so short it never touched the oil. Super bummed they dont have the right stuff
