Stopped w J&P a few years ago due to shipping issues. Tried a small order this time and all good. Received in time frame quoted

Shopping was easy. Ordered the wrong part. Came as a pair instead of single fitting and shipping was twice the price of the envelope it came in.

I have looked HIGH & LOW this past summer for a new bike battery, locally, with no luck. Finally, after planning a bike trip to the very tip of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, I tried your site. It was an awesome experience.

If you are going to ship out an order incrementally, you need to tell the buyer that. Getting piece 1 at a time is a hassle, especially when you are out of town for work.

Growing up in Iowa, jp cycles was a mainstay for us. The people there helped you figure out what you needed, gave advice and often times if you ordered wrong they would step in. Here I'm ordering and hoping what I need is right. It's lost the personal touch that made jp feel like an experience vs an online retailer like everyone else

Living in England some parts for Harley-Davidson are hard to get hold of but j&p make it easy and normally I can get parts quicker from j&p than I can from suppliers over here

I'll admit that we've tried to get my husband gloves that were a bit cheaper but have always had to return them, or been unable to return them because of really awful return policies by other stores. It's kind of like cutting your bangs when you've had a few glasses of wine, never a good outcome. This is our 2nd purchase from J&P. The first helmet fit, well, like a glove. So the second was also a perfect fit and the gloves fit exactly like they should and are great quality! Now his bear paws and enourmous cranium are protected and in style too! Thank you!

You need to add replacement bolts to these orders. I had to go to a shop and buy two bolts to replace the shifter bolts that came off the shifter

I've ordered more products from J&P than I can keep track of over the years and it has always been a positive experience. Prices are typically the best I can find and order processing and shipping is always prompt. Customer service is great as well although I've never really needed to use them much.

I could not find what I was looking for through a search (website needs a little work) so I did a live chat. The first person I got gave me some options but once I looked at the link she provided, the options she gave me were way out of my price range. So I did another live chat and got Todd. He was great! He found options that were within my price range and even offered to create the order so all I had to do was click on a link and enter my payment information. He even gave me a small discount and free shipping. He really went above and beyond to get me back on 2 wheels. Thanks Todd!

Got both tires for my bike in decent time and price. But front tire came with new production date but rear came with three years old date of production. Called to service and they tell me that is ok. Will see on the road.

I received my order right on time I love fact that it fit so good in my saddlebags but I also I've never seen a nozzle like that before it it's a perfect nozzle that was a good surprise

Buying a helmet on line was full of uncertainty but the product came just as stated got the right item and there were no problems you even had a sizing chart which was a great help pricing was also great

I don't need items from J&P very often but when I do, they are always great to work with. Fast shipping and always availble for chat of I have any questions.

Passing light bar and lights were of good quality. I had to do modifications with my order due to custom build of my bike. Only real complaint I have is there was no written instructions on how to connect light wiring and any special circuits needed for the LED turn Signal.

J&P had the part for my Harley Davidson that my dealer did not. It fit my bike perfectly. I am very pleased and will shop at J&P again for sure!
