Fits good, disappointed that bottom rocker gaskets did not come with this... had to stop the install and order those and wait another 5 days

I have ordered a lot of parts and gear over the years and never had to return anything. Everything I ordered was correct and if I wasn't sure about the fitment I would ask and they would set me up with the right part.

I've ordered from this company a few times, they have a great selection across a number of bikes. The customer service is great, ive never had an issue finding something or having a question for unanswered. This time, I tried to get my bike on the road a little faster, and I ordered with second day shipping. However, I don't think it got to my house any faster than normal shipping rate. I could have just been on the shipper as it sat in one place for a whole day before moving again.

This is the second time that I paid a significant amount of money for 2nd day air and got the shipment over a week later. I've spent several thousand dollars in the last two months, but no more. I get an email saying my shipment is ready to go almost immediately, then it takes several days for Fedex to pick it up, then over a week later, I get my order. I don't need to see your disclaimers covering your $#*!. Most businesses your size and their even larger shipping partners have figured this out. You should refund the shipping upcharge for this type of service - at the very least. I'm out...

I like to be a hands on person when taking care of my bike. The filter I bought had the hex nut on the end to make removal a breeze. No more struggling to get the oil filter off.

Over all experience is great products are of good quality only issue is when looking for a specific part i get a mix of what im looking for and anything surrounding that part.

Pretty easy to navigate the site and find what i needed specific to my motorcycle, easy checkout and fast shipping.

Ordering was fine, received order in timely fashion. Product, however, is less than satisfactory. The holder does not stay in upright position. Am not satisfied.
