So easy to order my glasses online. Site was very user friendly, with lots of styles to choose from

I ordered the glasses and received the two pairs, as well as the sunglasses on time(actually early, even during a postal disruption). The fit was perfect. The service was excellent. They also answered a few questions about the order. I will definitely order from them again.

IBooks Glasses has excellent and fast service, a quality product and a very good price. My only complaint is that there is no product line for sport glasses.

Can't see the small print on the computer screen. The transition lens is crap.

Glasses were great and so was the customer service. They contacted me to make sure that the PD was correct because I forgot to change the default.

First off, I liked the fact that they checked on a # I added, they called to make sure it truly was the same as on my prescription, nice touch.
I know now what I did wrong, it's fine, I love the glasses, it's just me. The colour is not what I expected, BUT I do like them and will be coming back for another pair, as soon as I get a new prescription.

Good everything went well, uh reasonably priced lenses and frames the lenses are great the frames are a bit cheap or atleast the one I bought was but it's fine for now

I have been using ilook for years now for me my husband and daughter to get our glasses and have never been disappointed but this last time the brown pair that I have bought feels flimsy and the material is sapose to be metal I have already started to experience them to twist and it is from just putting them on and off and back in the case when not wearing them. I have never experienced this with any other pair I have ordered so I will chalk it up to a one time things but I hope the standards of quality are not represented by this pair. The second pair i ordered are great quality as well it is just this brown pair.

My second time ordering from IGlasses, and will again. Quality frames and lenses, and I live each pair.

I carefully measures my existing progressives frames and stuck with a design as close to my existing glasses shape and size and it worked out excellent for me, Don't expect to have large square frames and order small round sunglasses if you have progressives, any optician will tell you the change will be too great for comfort

You can't beat the price and the customer service was great! They triple checked my prescription to make sure the glasses would be perfect

I think It's important to send you our prescription in order to avoid mistake. The first time I entered the data i wasn't able to add little numbers and extra caracters. So i receved my first pair of glasses and i was able to far but unable to read. The second time, during a chat session, someone asked me to send my prescription and then I received correct lenses. So overall, i'm very satisfied. Thanks again for taking care of me. In the future we will make business together.

Site was easy to navigate. Customer service was very helpful as I made a mistake in my ordering. They rectified the issue for me and made sure I wouldn't be disappointed with my order. Shipping was not very long. Good experience all around.
